Unfortunately you can't get good keyboard in that price range. Check redragon keyboards like k551, k552 and k617(not very good for coding as it is very small). Choose according to your size preference as you haven't mentioned size. Amazon basics wireless is also there but it is small. You can also consider cosmicbyte firefly.
