I have 2 of these - the Redragon K552 (a few years old now) and the AULA F3287 (around 9m) I thought the latter was a great deal but it stopped working a few months ago, so will avoid AULA now. The Kumara is still running well. I am not a heavy gamer though.

r/mkindia • Suggest me a good budget keyboard under 3K ->What lunatics are recommending the Redragon Kumara? Worst keyboard ever. And yes I see people recommending the Aula F75 a lot, what's so great about it?
r/keyboards • The 20 most rec'ed gaming keyboards on Reddit (in the past year) ->Redragon Kumara lists for $45.00 and it's ugly AF, uses the terrible Readragon driver that's not even uinversal for theoir boards... they package a unique separate driver for each board. And on top of that it has those horrible Outemu-style sockets... I gave up trying to pull the switches on mine, it might as well have been soldered. It's comparable to the bare Keychron C2 Pro except the C2 Pro gets you QMK/VIA support for the same price. The MageGee TKL is equally crummy, but it comes in a wide variety of colors and costs $25. Kemove K87 is $5 less and has decent Kailh-style 5-pin coskets. Womier WK87 is $36, proper 5-pin Kailh-style hotswap sockets, and I am sure Womier's software is better than Redragon's. I have its smaller and a bit newer QMK-based cousin the Womier WK61 Pro and have no complaints. So, a quick browse through Amazon, and the only board I found that isn't cheaper was a Keychron, and they price their kit pretty high. And any of these are better boards for the same or less money.
r/keyboards • The 20 most rec'ed gaming keyboards on Reddit (in the past year) ->It is a worse keyboard than the Dell L100 membrane boards that I used to get from Goodwill used for $3.99.
r/keyboards • The 20 most rec'ed gaming keyboards on Reddit (in the past year) ->Not exaggerating in the least. The Kumara has absolutely none of the features that represent the advantages of a mechanical keyboard over a membrane, it has nasty cheap switches, they are effectively not hot swap, it is not usefully configurable, it might as well be the keyboard that comes with your Packard Bell. It came out 10 years ago it's not surprising that it's not a modern keyboard. I'm sorry if Reddragon is dumping awful keyboards on your country, but it doesn't make them any less awful
r/keyboards • The 20 most rec'ed gaming keyboards on Reddit (in the past year) ->I use a redragon k552 Red switch keyboard. It's built really well for the price. But it's extremely hard to pull the switches even though they say it's a hot swappable keyboard. Ive tried with the switch puller which comes included and couldn't pull a single switch (could be a skill issue as I'm not into keyboard customisation).
r/IndianGaming • Want a mechanical keyboard around 2k (2.3k) ->Actually it's not even about customisation. One of the best things about hot swappable keyboards is that you can fix a defective key by replacing that specific switch instead of changing the whole keyboard. But I didn't face any issues with the switches so far, so for general use it should be a good value board
r/IndianGaming • Want a mechanical keyboard around 2k (2.3k) ->The k552 is a TKL (ten keyless) keyboard. It comes with arrow keys As for the battery usage, I don't think it will have any significant impact on your laptop battery life. You can even turn off the RGB if you think it's affecting your battery life
r/IndianGaming • Want a mechanical keyboard around 2k (2.3k) ->Are keyboards like AK820 Pro and F75/S75 good for gaming? I love the sound of those keyboards but not sure should I order any of them? Atm I have redragon kumara but the sound is awful.
r/BudgetKeebs • September 19, 2025 Weekly "General Help Post?" - Please post all general, recommendations, and help questions as a top level comment under this post. Thank you. ->get redragon kumara k552 you can also swap any key if it ever stops working so you dont have to buy new keyboard till the board it self has some problem going for any keyboard higher then this is waste of money as all you will get is just looks thats it if you ever want to buy a high end keyboard that worth the money is keyboards with Rapid trigger like wooting or razer
r/IndianGaming • Is there a good mechanical Keyboard under 3K? ->redragon should have a full size keyboard under that, they've got metal plates and the switches are hotswappable. i have had a kumara for 4 years and it's been through multiple rough flights across the country in a poorly arranged suitcase for all those years and it's still holding up nicely.
r/mkindia • Broken 2 cosmic byte keyboards. Recommend full size mechanical keyboard under 2500. Long lasting Please. ->Budget: 100 CAD, willing to go 30 ish over Other: Black color preferred (not too picky, just tryna match with my [dark brown desk](https://www.ikea.com/ca/en/p/ekbacken-countertop-brown-walnut-effect-laminate-60476486/#content)) Previously I got the [Redragon K552](https://www.amazon.ca/Redragon-KUMARA-Backlit-Mechanical-Keyboard/dp/B016MAK38U/ref=sr_1_12?crid=3087NDIWOCSSE&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.qh8dn2hyGzEh6TweuFQY61KpTCUml8F9PzmHZ5lOYWKfOfZ-4CgmhwkNgePKBosyEaqg7eYASCacePaqaHYtj5fMh7E2KxMYXaF4J0z9wZKWQyzJ5YCwEuK3EsZ6iz71Gj1OI-q4Sb4SyfBfxYAkccyEsCseIahVD4VBCO1LXWbk3wtPkJefpN7D3VGUGMPkaZg97d5VcVsaKBGDD2pbhVityMLySAIzAZil-jiXsN2Tiy4sZuPJ6n-keJN3HthcdREtybqUV5CsiqcqKc1KqS1ITvRAtQcRfmAHjcazfDq17cv58LrkbXhadH4yluMHSR2kJ55P9IsGiOT9FQg0sHdiQb8kyNLcUUl0_m99ZYzaReZJI1u_L_505f1FfAWUpJlF3kEu17eYHN0LN9hThjlukaweaIOfwMF7rGfHHD1vYt7QPQadcGUaWlMlhlyw.PARbQlI6j-Yi5W5BAPw5TPYbijboIJlWuqe5LKy_VRE&dib_tag=se&keywords=red%2Bdragon%2B75%2Bpercent%2Bkeyboard&qid=1743049159&sprefix=red%2Bdragon%2B75%2Caps%2C106&sr=8-12&th=1) back in 2021. Recently it broke randomly (keys stopped working) so I decided to get a new one Without doing research, I got the [Redragon K530](https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B08YNJJX6R?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1) since I already had Redragon and I wanted an "upgrade". I got blue switches cuz I like the clackity sound but realized that over time it's gonna annoy myself and others around me This keyboard is not too shabby but I got too used to having arrow keys and FN keys. I depend on the arrow keys too much to fix small typos and it'll take me quite some time to get used to 60%. Plus this keyboard doesn't have a built in volume up / down without setting a macro within the software which is kind annoying I ideally want 65% to 80% (anything where I can use the arrow keys) and red switches Desk space not an issue plus I type a lot. Any recs?
r/keyboards • Recommendations for a 75% keyboard red switches ->Redragon kumara is a fine mechanical keyboard, probably can't find something as cheap and nice. It won't satisfy the average keyboard enthusiast here but it's a nice super entry lvl keyboard, far from "worst keyboard ever"
r/keyboards • The 20 most rec'ed gaming keyboards on Reddit (in the past year) ->yes there are many other cheap options that's true but you gotta consider that those options aren't available for every country and if you import it can easily cost way more. Kumara is $30 usd where i live, even less if you find a nice discount, Keychron C2 Pro for example is $80 on discount, $120 normally. Kemove K87 is also over $100 , all the options you mention are waay over the price of Kumara where i live. It being "ugly" is totally a you/preference thing so that's no problem. You gotta understand you simply aren't the target audience for kumara that's why i said it isn't for the "average keyboard enthusiast" but it definitely IS a nice keyboard for someone who just wants to try a mechanical keyboard for really cheap and doesn't even really know/care about switches. TLDR: kumara just isn't for you, prices don't work the same in every place of the world, kumara is simply not the "worst keyboard ever" anyway.
r/keyboards • The 20 most rec'ed gaming keyboards on Reddit (in the past year) ->3rd year now - keys are not so smooth + couple of lights failed. https://www.reddit.com/r/mkindia/s/1Thcb4BSg7
r/IndianGaming • Redragon kumara k552 keyboard review ->Buy Kumara K552 from Redragon
r/IndianGaming • Should I buy this keyboard ?
->bro, i got the same keyboard but 2 keys just started acting weird recently, can you help me out? https://preview.redd.it/k24a4n46db4f1.jpeg?width=1200&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=3334d81e403d835915bdfb0b26f5f41f9a7fb1e1 See, the "I" and "Del" key.
r/IndianGaming • Is there a good mechanical Keyboard under 3K? ->I have a Redragon keyboard with a faulty Control key, is this a good buy?
r/buildapcsales • [Keyboard] KINESIS Gaming TKO 60% Layout, $30 after coupon ->I followed your advice and changed the switch. It works like a champ now. Thank u!
r/buildapcsales • [Keyboard] KINESIS Gaming TKO 60% Layout, $30 after coupon ->Redragon K552 this is the keyboard that I have.
r/buildapcsales • [Keyboard] KINESIS Gaming TKO 60% Layout, $30 after coupon ->If you’re looking for 60%, I recommend the RK61 and red dragon k617 fizz. For TKL options there’s the k552 and the Womier SK80 which is only around $10 above your budget.
r/PcBuild • Best budget gaming keyboard recommendations? ->I bought red dragon kimara k552 white red switched from elite hubs for only 2800 so far its been great you can try that one out
r/IndianGaming • Is the Aula f3287 mechanical keyboard good? ->Yup solid keyboard for the price
r/IndianGaming • Is there a good mechanical Keyboard under 3K? ->I have the Kumara TKL from Redragon The swtiches are Red Noisy but not bad. If you buy a mechanical swtich keyboard, best to read up on the switches beforehand. And as a rule of thumb, avoid Ant Esports as much as possible.
r/IndianGaming • How’s this mechanical keyboard? ->Buy redragon k552 can be modded to sound good I'm using it I just did foam and take already thocky
r/mkindia • Any review for this magegee keyboard ?? ->k552 bruh not the other one
