R98 Pro Wired Mechanical Keyboard

The keyboard is well lit but you still can't read the keyboard lettering in the dark. This is the 2nd type of these 'backlit' keyboards I've had to pass on because of this.

This guy seems overly biased - maybe he's their marketing guy? When sitting down at your desk in a dark room, you should be able to see the home keys at the very least. Unless this guy has Braille on his keys or assumes your hands magically fall into the correct position each time without error, it is just naive...

My recc if you like silent mild tactile (like me lol) get favorite color keeb and swap with outemu silent yellow jades. Literally so good

I don’t like the pro lie of the keys it comes with, but overall I’ve really liked this one, just with low profile caps

I had similar thoughts when I built my PC, ended up with a royal kludge and haven't looked back, first one died on me, drink spilled on it not by me. Immediately ordered a second one it is worth the $80 and I don't see any reason to spend more for a full mechanical keyboard
