Design is great, very light, feels sturdy and the hotswappble battery is awesome
I didnt like it at first it looks weird but its growing on me now. My friend told me it looks nice and unique
Scroll wheel and wheel click is very good, egdges? No issue for me for palm grip, the coating is somewhat smooth because its a alloy i think feels slippery for sweaty oily hands like me but easily fixable by using the included sticker grips. Only minor single complain is the side button the backward one. When you press it at end tip part click wont register but its matter of practice or some times i hit the wrong part of the button just hit the middle part to avoid this issue
its looks like tamiya for me at first but after a week its growing on me now exoskeleton type of mouse
Yeah a magnesium alloy body with 3950 sensor hotswappable battery with metal casing? Yeah I think this one so far is their only product that was priced right 😁
My gpx2 dex and keris II ace is more expensive than this but im liking the build quality of this compare to those plus the hotswappable battery is a good addition. The looks is kinda cheap for others but for some its such a looker. Im happy with my purchase for now ill be using this as my daily driver
Yeah i get your point that its not a literally "infinite battery" but its something close that and will function like that. what do you expect to a Chinese company that has a slogan "future art community" what the heck is that? Or what are they meant for these words? The razer and logitech and this angry miao also have that but the extra cost will not justifies those things thats why they are not so popular. Upon checking 120$ for logitech powerplay and its plague with poor reviews
The angry miao infinity mouse, optical switch is wireless, infinite battery, good construction and good shape, many grips can be used.
The review no one asked for. I’ve been looking for the perfect economic mouse. I have a wider palm and bigger hands, so I naturally lean toward wide mice that can support my whole hand. I’m a palm gripper. First Impressions During my search I tried a few different mice, but the AM Infinity kept catching my eye. It didn’t meet any of my criteria, but I bought it anyway. The unboxing was exciting and the presentation was a solid 10 out of 10. Weight and Build Once I picked it up though, the mouse was lighter than I expected for an aluminum build and I was disappointed. I think there is a threshold for mouse weight. If you go lower than that you are just buying into gimmicks and community trends and paying more for less. I know that is an unpopular opinion. Performance Even so I kept using the mouse. The 8K sensor is excellent, the glide is effortless, and the build feels sturdy. It looks great and it is fun to hold. I expected wrist pain or fatigue but none of that happened. Features With the name Infinity I wish it had an infinite scroll. At the same time I am glad they included Bluetooth and 2.4 because that adds real flexibility. Main Issue The biggest issue is the power switch. It is very hard to adjust. Without nails there is no way to move it, it is just an exposed toggle. That goes against the rest of the design and makes the mouse feel cheap at times. Battery Some people complain about the hot swappable battery but I think it is a good feature. Hot swappable batteries and switches are quickly becoming the standard and I think we should keep moving in that direction. Overall This has become one of my favorite purchases this year despite its flaws.
I still love my wired R.A.T.8 (older "non-MMO" version from 2022: [https://imgur.com/a/ooAQTug](https://imgur.com/a/ooAQTug) ) and don't understand why it has become so difficult to buy this line of mice in the US lately (I heard it is easier to find in Asia)... It is a very well-built mouse despite Mad Catz sketchy reputation throughout the years. The software is a bit clumsy, but works well enough to save the configuration in the onboard memory, so not a big deal. I don't know how heavy the newer models are, but my R.A.T.8 is a fat boy (G502 territory)! And, like the original G502, lets you make it even heavier if you attach the optional weights in the bottom... something I know sounds like heresy around these parts of Reddit. But hey, different strokes for different folks... ¯\\\_(ツ)\_/¯ I wouldn't use it for fast paced FPS games of course (I use an Angry Miao Infinity Mouse for that), but works just fine for productivity (with its awesome thumb horizontal scroll wheel) and "casual" turn-based or RTS games (the types no one except old folks like me still play XD). I know this type of "80's/90's sci-fi" design might be a bit out of fashion today, but I've lived long enough to know these trends come and go, so I won't be surprised when this edgy design language becomes popular again (even if by nostalgia alone). I, for one, think it looks awesome! I keep mine almost as a show piece from another time... "An elegant weapon for a more civilized age" 😂
I know you're getting a lot of hate, and I just want to say that, despite me thinking I would not like it, I'm glad you enjoy it. Packaging is also the best I've seen on a mouse lol.
Yeah I mean $110 ain't bad either, pretty well priced considering the packaging and accessories.
I imagine it looks better in person too haha, pics never do justice to things like this. The swappable batteries is awesome though, not sure how no one else has done that yet.
I recently bought an Artisan Raiden mid I’m using it with an AM Infinity Mouse or should I use it with my Pulsar X2 mini crazy light with glass skates? I do like to do fast flicks and hold angles so is that mousepad better or do you recommend me another setup?
Thanks for telling me so I better keep de AM infinity mouse with the Teflon skates or whatever it comes as stock
I know you said under 100 but for just a bit more ($130) you can go for the AM infinity mouse. battery hotswap function is super neat in my opinion
70g is my sweet spot. I hate how so many people just jump on the lightweight bandwagon. I'm very used to a certain level of friction. If the mouse is too light, then I have to physically press down to get the friction I want.
