Hey everyone, the scroll wheel on my Corsair Ironclaw Wireless died today, which makes it pretty useless for both gaming (currently: Baldur's Gate 3) and general usage. It seems that broken mouse wheels are a common fault with Corsair mice, so I'm ready to switch brands. I'm looking for a replacement and was hoping to get some insight and advice from the experts, aka y'all. Location: Germany. Budget: 50-70€ Hand size: 17cm (tip of middle finger to wrist) Should have: Rechargeable battery, wireless connectivity, ergonomics (right handed), 5-7 side buttons, high build quality. Also, I've gotten used to the 18k DPI on the Corsair, so I'm hoping to stick at that level (or a better one). Nice to have: Infinite scrollwheel (so no "clicks" - sorry, don't know the correct term) Does not need: RGB. I play a variety of genres. RPG, FPS, Action/Adventure, Strategy. No MOBAs or MMOs though, so I don't need 12 side buttons. 😅 Currently I'm looking at the Logitech G309 and the Razer Basilisk V3 X — unfortunately, they are not rechargeable. I'm open to trying new brands. Any ideas? Thanks! :)

A couple of the biggest mice I've used were a corsair ironclaw wireless and the corsair scimitar.

oof that sucks, I bought a Razer Basilisk Ultimate in 2021 that's still going strong. Before this though I had a Corsair Ironclaw where the mousewheel shaft snapped after about a year. Replaced under warranty but the replacement had the stupid double clicking issue. I really liked that mouse it was chunky and heavy but I think it's the only mouse I've ever owned that I felt fit well in my hand.

This is by far my favorite mouse I’ve owned. I’m on my second one only because I dropped a weight on the other while rearranging my room. Worst mouse I ever had was a Corsair Iron Claw it lasted for about 2 maybe 3 months and then the scroll wheel died. I decided that was my last Corsair peripheral.

Agree. I have ironclaw wireless and wired, and then a G502 as well. Definitely prefer the size of the ironclaws. Only bought the 502 for extra buttons (ironclaw wireless wheel broke--known issue--and wired has fewer buttons).

Corsair Ironclaw might be tolerable. I prefer the wireless version. They're both noticeably larger than the G502, and I also prefer something that can pretty much use my whole hand. Idk if you'll find anything quite big enough, esp depending on your grip.
