I think people are having connectivity issues because they might have the dongle connected directly to the PC. RF interference is strong with multiple devices gathered together like that. I've used it briefly for a couple of days with my own USB-C adapter so it's closer to my mouse, no issues with connectivity. Strongly recommend to get a USB-C adapter to move the dongle closer to your mouse.
I’ve got the M65 wireless and the grip is coming off after 6months
Corsa**ir** M65 RGB Ultra Wireless. It’s overpriced for sure at $130, but it feels really nice with smooth clicking and removable weights. I really like the thumb rest and it’s good sized that fits my larger hands.
Corsair M65 RGB Ultra wireless.
R65 Corsair. I like it because it’s weighted and can swap out the weights giving its own very satisfying drag, most like the old school ball mouse’s.
Corsair M65 Ultra - 3 side buttons, 2 behind mouse wheel. That's enough for me, but it also has tilt gestures if you want to enable that. Without weights it's 110g.
