But its also like 63grams vs sabre’s 36 grams. 20€ more for like half the weight. Would never buy 60g mice since there is lowerr weight options avaible

Well you're paying less for qorse sensor. The Corsair mouse comes with a 3950 sensor. The A950 air comes with a 3395 sensor. You can probably find that mouse with that sensor for $45-60 USD if you're buying directly from China (TaoBao, Jindong). The price honestly isn't too bad given that you're still going to get better customer service, than being told to kick rocks.

I get a new mouse every other week, I have a problem.. current have a vxe r1 pro, Corsair sabre v2 and a deathadder v3 hyperspeed. Sabre is my favourite, r1 pro is surprisingly really good for the price, V3 hyperspeed is great too.

Mm I bought one recently, I really do like it .. except that I have the black one and it has no coating on it, my hands sweat sometimes and it feels slippery. If the mouse had a good rubbery coating on it, would be my end game. Its fine with the grips but ideally id rather not have to use them. I like the aesthetic without them but it's unusable to me without grips on it.

Yeah it feels great, I'm just concerned how long they'll last and when they need to be replaced. The mouse is amazing, just unfortunate it didn't have a nice grippy coating on it.

Because of the texture of the plastic, the mouse scratches SO easily compared to the other mice that I have, I’d definitely not buy it and get the hitscan hyperlight

so its basically double as expensive as its supposed to be with its specs. corsair is really not learning fast.\^\^

ive personally made very bad experiences with quality. stuff just doesnt even last a year. this mouse in particular is about 2 years late and double the price of other mice with similar specs.

i have made really bad experiences with corsair products quality overall. can not recommend. overpriced and not even good (good as long as it lasts but doesnt last long enough). you could get a flawless mchose L7 with 39g, 8khz polling and optical switches for 50 bucks nowadays btw.

Great review and I echo everything you said about it. It’s very similar to the Pulsar Crazylight which I have been using for the last few months, in both size and weight, and I was using that daily until I got the Sabre V2. I have installed the included grip tape as it was a little slippery, and it’s now my perfect mouse.

The included grip tape is fantastic on this mouse. Looks is a matter of taste but I love how this mouse feels with the grip tape.

i had a hands on, it comes with grip tape and extra mouse feet. its surprisingly sturdy and has a very grippy texture to it. unfortunately im probably not going to buy it, the location of the side buttons is hard for me to press due to nerve damage in my mouse hand/arm

its quite an odd material, its super grippy to the point its almost rough. it feels, fine, i guess. it doesnt feel cheap but it doesnt feel very premium either

i didnt buy it but i held it and moved it around in store. i do like the shape, fits well in my hand for palm and fingertip grips. it has a very grippy texture on it that makes it hold well in the hand. i dont like where the side buttons are placed though, i think they are too far forward for my fingertip grip. even some palm users would have trouble if they have small hands.

My only issues are the mushy side buttons and the scroll wheel is a little on the heaver side so my finger starts to hurt after a while of usage. I also have a crazy light and the Sabre is bigger in the hand for sure

Honestly, I would just go for a really light goated shape that's thin as 7.5 cm wide hands is skinny as hell... So you're wrist range of motion isn't limited. \- PMM OP1 - less than 35 g and expected release sometime this month in October \- HTS Ultra 8K - 29.5 g like Scyrox V6/HTS Plus but shorter \- HTX Ultra 8K - 32.1 g if you like Razer Viper Mini buy this one \- Crosshair Sabre V2 Pro - 36 g and only recommending because you can try it in Best Buy at the Crosshair display before you buy it

Honestly I would try Crosshair Sabre V2 Pro at sub 35 g at 100$ as you can always return it to major retail stores if you don’t like it. Picking one up at Best Buy today :D.

That’s what I thought but according to AimAdapt’s video it’s like an improved Dareau A950 Air shape, especially for my palm grip, where I put my right 2 fingers and on smaller mice my thumb at the front of the mouse vs A950 that instantly gives me pain, and skates look like my Zowie black skates rather than Dareau’s crappy split skate design. But yeah… hoping it’s the best palm grip mouse ever!… Or at least I’ll get my money back :D.

hope they changed the scroll wheel. Last few corsair mice i've had have always had low tier scroll wheels.

I got this mouse and find it disappointing compared to the Razer Viper Ultimate. You think that with the mouse being lightweight the wireless dongle would be smaller, but nope the thing is huge. With the Razer Viper, the dongle is small and connects directly to a USB port. It can be stored in the mouse. More with the Sabre V2 there's no dedicated button to switch DPI on the fly, you have to hold down the right click and back button on the mouse, not convenient at all. Finally you have the USB cable for the mouse and wireless dongle, it's rather rigid compared to the braided USB cable from the Razer Viper. I cannot recommend this mouse at all especially at the MSRP of $100. I got this for free as part of a review program, but man I'm thinking about selling it back or something.

Uhh I just got one and it's not sturdy. It's slightly less squishy than a milk jug. Wouldn't throw it in a laptop bag unprotected lol

Sabre was the only large enough mouse that I would recommend for comfort V2 looks much smaller, at this size you can recommend literally anything else besides sabre v2.

Gaming mice use different plastic materials. CORSAIR's is much harder and more durable, but otherwise they're identical.

Corsair Sabre wireless was my go to for 2 years, perfect weight and shape for my hand but it was just trash quality, had 2, both lasted 1 year before they started double clicking and the scroll wheel started acting weird. Now i use a glorious model d which is the closest thing to the sabre shape wise

I feel your pain.  Historically, I have had terrible luck with selecting a mouse.  I had brand loyalty for Razer and had good luck with them back in the day, but I bought a very expensive model for $100+ only to have it fail during very light use for build quality issues (left mouse button cover plastic cracked).  This was maybe a decade ago and since I have been on a carousel of trying all different brands of mice, only to end up disappointed.  The ones I remember are Corsair Sabre, Logitech g502 Hero, and Steel Series Prime+.  Invariably they all let me down, usually with the switches failing for either the left or right button in a short amount of time.  Except for the Steel Series, which I bought because it had optical switches, but unfortunately the scroll wheel was horrendous.  Right now, I am begrudgingly giving Razer another shot with a Basilisk v3 because it has optical switches as well.  Will just have to see how long it holds up.
