Started with Nagas in 2009 and replaced them every 3-6 months because of double clicking. Swapped to Scimitars when they released and double clicking was even worse... So now I have just swapped to a Superlight and changed all bindings to keyboard focused instead.
Strange. I got Scimitar elite se on release day, and have absolutely no issues with it. Best mmo mouse I’ve ever had. Much better fitting my hands than Naga and much better side buttons placement than SteelSeries mmo mice. Wouldn’t trade it for anything else for mmo/rts. Even finished doom dark ages on it :)
Corsair Scimitar Elite SE or whatever the name is that I use. I love that shit. Dont get this one tho. Its great but does NOT worth the money. Get something cheaper. I had Razer one before. Was good as well for half the price.

The key board feels amazing and I love the aesthetic of it, and I had the wire version of the scimitar as I enjoy MMO mice, RIP the g600, and recently got the wireless for dirt cheap.

I used both new and old Scimitars and I have no complains.
No way I would ever get Razer device. I had their naga mouse - the worst build quality and repairability I have ever experienced. Also I was shocked when tried to use their SW in VM - it required online account.
So this SW you mentioned could be useful for those unaware poor souls who bought Razer device witout knowing how bad Razer is. But, please, guys do not buy Razer. There are Corsair, Logitech and anything else but Razer.
I use a Corsair scimitar, the 12 buttons are mapped with skills in a 3x4 field, have 3 of them. Holding shift for the second 3x4 skill field and strg for my third 3x4 skill field
It's very comfortable to use and fast, I use a wired version
