There’s a mouse called Hecate G3m that has two different switches for each main click and you flip a switch on the bottom to switch between Huano silent and another more normal switch. Some of the more quiet Omron optical in mice like Attack Shark R6 seem to be just as quiet, though. If you want both quiet + a normal switch click feel at the same time, then probably something like Zaopin Z1 is best with it’s Huanos. Personally, I find the feel of anything besides Omron mechanicals a downgrade in click feeling, but they have a sharper, high range tone in general that’s harder to mask except in the most quiet of mice. There’s a switch PCB hot swap kit for OP1 that allows you to put in new switches with no soldering or even changing the mouse feet required. Putting Omron 60m in OP1 are probably some of the best clicks and quietest of the Omrons you can get (quietest of Omron optical like R6 are still more quiet). I’m just not a fan of the OP1 because it’s too skinny to use unless you’re a dwarf.

I got an Edifier Hecate G3M Pro off of MechKeys a while ago, and I’ve been happy with it: it’s both wired and wireless, with a USB-C cord it charges with and can act as a wired mouse through as well as a USB-A wireless receiver.

The only such mouse I've really done anything with is the Edifier Hecate G3M Pro, though I was only able to find it for sale on MechKeys. It's been good for me though; it has a silent-click toggle and it's both wired and wireless (recharges though USB-C, and can also operate through it if needed). Cute's a matter of opinion, but it does have some fun bright colors.

I'm using an edifier Hecate g3m pro, upgraded edition. Saw this mouse some time ago on LinusTechTip channel and bought it. One of the best choices I've made. Love the silent switches on it, coupled with my silent mechanical keyboard, I can play very late while not waking up my gf.

I have razer wireless 120€ mouse but I switched to an Edifier Hecate g3m. Has two options clicky and silent.

I'm pretty sure the only mouse on the market right now that is suitable for gaming and has silent switches is the Edifier Hecate G3MPro. It is within your budget as well. The second round of options, although they're not really "silent" switches, are mice equipped with Omron Opticals. They are getting increasingly less common to find for 60$ or below though.

Hecate g3m pro. Nobody mentioned this one yet. It has two switches, a clicky one and a silent one. The silent one is really really quiet.

I saw that one yesterday! Sadly the 144 hour version is only for medium-large hands. The 70 hour version is a good size (small-medium), but obviously less battery life.

The edifier g3m has 2 sets of switches 1 standard and the other silent so you have a back up switch built in just in case it fails.
