The Logitech G600 is the one that's leagues better than all of its competitors because of the ring finger button. The only other mouse to have that feature is the EVGA x15 which I also have, and is decent

Nothing, and I do mean nothing compares to the Logitech g600. The EVGA x15 is the only mouse that has the ring finger modifier button. But it still lacks the mouse wheel front and back buttons. And it feels awkward. After using a g600 for going on a decade now, I believe I'm on my 3rd now, and I will never use another mouse. I would quit the game before doing so.

eVGA has a mmo mouse and they are going for REALLY cheap right now. https://www.amazon.com/EVGA-X15-Customizable-Ergonomic-904-W1-15BK-KR/dp/B09CRN2BMS

Yeah I snagged one because it was cheap to try out. The fact it doesnt have 12 buttons on side like all the rest of the MMO mice is probably going to be a blocker for me. I'm so used to it now. That ringfinger button tho is really what I want because I use it as a push to talk (or did, on my G600 you can't get anymore).

No recommendations from me, just a warning. Stay away from the evga x15. On paper it seems perfect but this damn thing keeps forgetting the key bindings I set.

Oh neat, never heard of that one. Seems interesting, its kinda rough because I sort of lose 2 buttons from the more traditional layout but technically they're there on the left click. Might snag one just because its so cheap that I wouldn't even be mad if I just toss it in my closet. Seems like an interesting layout to try and I've been needing a new mmo mouse but I've gone through all the big names already. Its crazy how some of these just fly under the radar.

I still have 2 g600s I use but ironically the ring finger hutton adding so much width is why I need to replace it. Makes me grip it in a way thats fucking up my pinky and causing hand pain. My guess is this will have the same issue but im willing to give it a shot at that price point. The buttons are definitely gonna be rough though. Im just kinda desperate for anything new since ive been through the other 3 brands and am tired of their issues.

I've been using the EVGA x15 for a while and its coming to the end of its life, I'm a massive fan of having a second right click button plus its the perfect fit for my hands. wanted to see if there was anything similar out there before I bulk buy the same one again. Does anyone have any recommendations?

I tried this one out and really didn't like how it fit in my hand. The side buttons are awkwardly positioned such that my resting thumb position was nowhere near the buttons I'd prefer as my "home base" buttons, and there was just too much spread between the index finger buttons on the side of the left click, and the thumb pad. I'm using the Corsair Scimitar right now. It's not great and I keep right clicking accidentally, but it's close enough. The adjustable thumbpad position is a nice touch.

I like the EVGA x15, my favorite features are the ring finger clicker and the space on the left side for your thumb to rest and use as a reference to the placement of the other buttons so you don’t accidentally press one when gripping, the button are also slightly different shapes which helps with tactile feedback on knowing what button your thumb is one. Only complaint is my pc’s motherboard usb ports seem to find issue with it and it becomes unrecognized randomly while using it. Solved this by just using a usb extender in between and everything works fine. Also the numbering in of the buttons in the software is dumb, should have just been clockwise in order but not that big of a deal to just remap them and orient it clockwise.

I do! It's actually gotten me a little used to active items. I left the Deadlock discord partially because of getting berated for using an mmo mouse. Lol. Buttons 9 and 10 are hard to reach. But I'm short with short fingers. My cat makes me miss having a 1000hz wireless mouse though

I had the razer naga pro crap out after a few years and needed a new mouse fast. I ordered the evga x15 thinking that would be my new mmo mouse , but it would take a week or so to get there. M908 was there overnight for like $25,,so I ordered both f8guring I would keep the m908 as a spare and evga would be my new daily. Except when I started using reddragon I fell in love with it. I tried the evga mouse but the numbers are laid out in a questionable way. So now I have the x15 evga as backup. It was inexpensive as well.

Same here, my G600 is starting to fail and I really grew to rely on that third button for regular use. This isn’t quite the mmo mouse I’d want to replace it with, but I’m gonna try it for this price, no question.

Damn… Edit: Okay yeah this scroll wheel sucks. Otherwise it seems alright, but I guess two weeks or so is when I might start noticing problems. Edit: The software is trash. I don't regret my purchase, this mouse is basically "when it works, it works". And once you're set for whatever game you want to play for that moment, it's going to work fine while you're using it. You're going to need to baby the software, and it already sucks, especially in comparison to Logitech's. Limited to five profiles, no auto switching, and moving between profiles can be janky, but once you fix anything that went wrong (minor quick things), you're good to go. Scroll wheel hasn't failed on me yet. So far I prefer a more traditional MMO layout, but this is still very usable and may offer its own advantage here and there. If this is the most affordable option with the third mouse click, it's worth it.

Hey op, I'm a stroke gamer (wierd calling like that lol) myself. Been using mouse with loads button for gaming as well since 2017. Logitech g502 is my first gaming mouse I use, works great for cod and few shooter but abit limited, button wise. I also tried logi g604 too but don't like. The side button abit too hard to get use it for me Currently I use evga x15. So far the best mouse for me. 20 buttons and you can customise everything with 5 profile in their evga app. I beat wukong entirely using this mouse and heck the first game I unlocked all achievement in steam too xD Negative side it's quite heavy but I'm used to it now so no biggie. Also i do have pedals aswell, another extra 3 button for gaming lol

Might be able to find an EVGA X15 still. Although it's not 12 buttons on the side exactly, it has the ring finger. I'd opt for somewhere you can return it if you have the option since it has a different shape to the G600. You could try your hand at modding your old G600 too, depending on what's wrong with it. If it's double clicking you can replace the switches, though it requires soldering.

I bought the "Evga X15" thinking it was wireless. I'm kinda sad that i love it because it is frigging wired.....I still use it as my daily mouse, having "two right clicks" is amazing, don't know if i can go back to any other mouse now ;\_;

Technically it is i suppose, it has 8 + 2 side buttons, 2 extra buttons on ur left click and 1 extra "right click" to the right of the actual right click, The buttons are less in the way compared to something like a NAGA tho.

been using this mouse for a month. the software is pretty basic but you only need it to program the buttons to what you need and then you can ignore/delete it forever. its like maybe a tier or two below g600 which was my previous mouse which lasted like 5 years. i expect this mouse to last maybe a year before i get a better mouse but i dont think theres a mouse that beats this at this price

There's a reason it's $12. It would be a good mouse if they didn't cheap out on the switches. They often failed on me to register clicks, double click on single click, or click on their own if I pressed a button that was near it. However, it is a 8k mouse. And if I remember right, it's a good board inside of it. Maybe someone with some skills could swap out the switches, they'd have a really good 8k mouse for $12

The EVGA mice are plagued with button issues. I've tried them all. Multiples of each. They all suffer from miss clicks or self clicking. However, their mice are reported to be 8k polling. If you're a DIY enthusiast, this is probably the cheapest and best 8k platform to use. It is using a pixart sensor.

This mouse and most of EVGA's mice have button issues. Like severe button issues. This mouse also has 8k polling (that's their claim, I don't have to tools to test). If you have the know how, this is probably the cheapest 8k DIY platform you can get.

I've tried this mouse in the past and it had a very annoying issue where it wouldn't register clicks if I were to press both mouse buttons down at the same time (which I use quite often to move forward in MMOs). Same issue on two separate mice that were brand new, so I ended up returning both of them and going with a Logitech.

I love this mouse & bought two spares. It’s a bit heavy, but it has a ton of buttons with all but scroll up & down programmable. It also has an “e shift” button that lets you program a 2nd layer of buttons. After 3 years I had zero issues with any buttons, but every day or so it would lock up & require an unplug-reset. (Not sure if it’s windows or hardware issue).

Best feature is you can set one button to act like a shift key & program a 2nd layer of shortcuts for nearly every button. There are like 8 convenient buttons for your pointer finger & 4 or 5 for your thumb. (It’s kinda hard to reach & distinguish **all** side buttons. Plus you can store 5 profiles on the mouse for different apps.

Also the MMO one the [EVGA-X15](https://www.amazon.com/EVGA-X15-Customizable-Ergonomic-904-W1-15BK-KR/dp/B09CRN2BMS) is on sale for $18. EDIT: And I just noticed the [X17](https://www.amazon.com/EVGA-Customizable-Profiles-Ambidextrous-905-W1-12WH-KR/dp/B08VTQQDXH) is also on sale for $10. I have one of these. While it's just a decent basic gaming mouse for gaming features, I love that, in my hand, the shape is a lot closer to the MX Master mouse than you might expect. So if you want seek getting your wrist at that slightly more "ergo" angle, it does a decent job of it.

I do like the design of this one, with the gap in the center instead of the typical 9-button side panel. It looks like there's a little nubbin to orient off of. The G600 has two rows of \\/ \\/ angled buttons to help distinguish them, but mice like the Corsair Scimitar or Razer Naga would definitely have the problem you describe.

I love mmo mice and want to see more unique designs in the space, but this was not it for me. At $12 its an interesting toy, but I wouldn't recommend this mouse to people who actually need or are looking for mouse. It fails to register clicks alot, the sensor felt off on mine, and was one of the few times I got up and looked for a different mouse mid gaming session as it was hindering my experience (cheap work mouse did a better job).

I personally do not like this mouse. I use MMO mice nearly exclusively and it feels off. The layout and numbering by default is weird already, and to get a semblance of normality you have to rebind using software. Couple that with not great software, and its a chore to use. I also wasnt super fond of the sensor, and the third clicker which is used as a sort of "shift" for the buttons, you are bound to make errors while learning a cheap peripheral. I wouldnt try to daily drive this mouse again, and if you do, buy a few so you dont end up wasting a ton of time learning it, and suddenly have no direct alternative. TL;DR: If you want a cheap toy it can be fun, otherwise pass if its your main mouse.

Sadly, there is nothing modern with the same third G click that the G600 and EVGA X15 have. I am suggesting to get another X15 since yhey are still being produce. I personally adopted the G502, that is a downgrade total versus my older G600 except on the scroll wheel. but i adapted. The whole market is sacrificing functionality for mouse weight. and all brand that try to make a more modern \* mmo \* mouse are always forgetting the great G buttom.
