Very good observation. I do enjoy their mice and also ordered the CPRO. The software is probably my favorite thing about them. It’s so much easier to use and not bloated like all the others. I will likely pause my support for the company after the CPRO arrives until they fix their internal issues with the misguidance to their customers. I currently own Sakura, last legend and have two CPRO on order.

Finalmouse (Starlight-12 and older), wired Zowie mice, older Deathadders (2013, Essential, Chroma) and other older Razer mice, and some others that if I remember I’ll update my comment lol
I would vouch for the Finalmouse Starlight small series or something similar to that size (and probably weight). I actually gifted mine to my brother since he was stuck on MX518 for a decade and he loved the starlight. I main the HSK Pro Ace but I still think about that Starlight. I still fiddle around with it everytime I go to his place haha.
Went ahead and ordered one with the frostkey I have, by the look on their web and data from eloshapes, this's definitely a Superlight's shape (an absolute potato) so meh.... Kinda sad that they don't include 3 different sizes like they did with the ULX since 2 out of 3 classic size FM I own have that annoying squeak or creak within the bottom and sometime on sides while my small and medium units are incredibly solid.
I got my first mouse when the Tenz starlight pro dropped. Then it kinda turned into a hype beast thing for me. These mice are just very cool to collect here and there. Also when you get good qc, finalmouse are a very premium experience. I own a few ULX and a few starlight pro’s. Its very subjective to say if these are the best mice or not. To each his own. However im trying to explore more brands. I’ve experienced it all from razer, logitech, Steelseries, hyperx but my main mice are Tenz starlight pro and Viper V3 pro
