Yeah I couldn’t clean mine with ultrasonic either. All the models after Tarik and aceu have good coatings. My clix propechy is my best qc unit.

Qc has been pretty bad. I have 6 ULXes and all of them have some kind of defect, some worse than others. Namely misaligned panels that you can’t fix, the stained coating (which to their credit they have fixed), and dead click zones. I’d go wl mouse personally at this point. Basically the same shape, sturdier magnesium shell and it’s cheaper

Fm prophecy it's my endgame mouse I was a little cautious from hearing about QC issues but it's actually amazing

I have a classic and a medium. I think the medium is the better size.

I have 20.3x10.5cm hands, and I use a claw/fingertip grip hybrid, but my ring and pinky finger are flat. I like to have a flat side and only the base of my thumb touching the mouse. However, it feels like whatever mouse I get, it is super uncomfortable for this grip style, despite that grip being what I naturally gravitate towards. It causes my pinky and ring finger to cramp often, even if my hold on the mouse is light. I would like to know any suggestions for mice that may fit this description/provide comfortable use with this grip. (If it’s impossible, I would still like mice suggestion/grip change suggestions) Here is my experience with specific mice: GPX2: I love the flat sides but was too thin for me. Caused a lot of cramping but was awesome to aim with. VV3 Pro: The size was a little more comfortable, but I felt like my micro adjustments were worse with how the sides indent inwards. DAV3: The shape is awesome but forces me to use a palm grip, which I am trying to avoid. The shape lowers on the side, forcing me to stop having that space between my palm and ring/pinky finger (which I would like to avoid). Otherwise, comfort levels were decent but bad micro adjustments. Maya X: Similar to the GPX but with rounded sides and a little wider. It wasn’t perfectly wide, slightly too thin to give me a little discomfort, but more comfortable than the GPX. The curved sides felt like it caused a lot of instability with my aim. Also, because I use a glass mousepad, the flatter mouse kind of forced my fingers into the pad, instead of being able to just hover over to drive my fingers into the pad for control. (at least on a comfortable level). VAXEE XEV2: Probably close to what I want. Slightly wider than GPX, (but a little thinner than the Maya X, making it still uncomfortable to use), a taller mouse which felt good on my pad, and supported my funky fingertip/claw grip hybrid well. However, the selling point of the mouse is SUPPOSED to be the bigger palm area, but since I dont use that area of my palm, it tends to be unnecessary weight or limit my fingertip control. TL:DR, Fingers too long, hand too big for my specific grip I gravitate towards, would like to know suggestions for mice that fit this description. Thanks for reading :) Edit: After some testing, an ideal mouse would be something more Symm than ergo, (though im not completely looking at symm, the gpx2 dex doesnt seem bad), with the size of the dav3/4, the height/back hump of the gpx2, and the side of the vaxee xe v2

Finalmouse classic was too thin as well as not a tall enough back hump/back width (smaller than the vaxee xe v2 and lower than the gpx2, which seem to be perfect height for me), ec1 seems too heavy, flickshot wavo seem good for the size and weight, but has the same back hump issue like dav4 that might force a palm grip (however ill look into it,) as well as the evora pro (seems like itd force palm)

Went ahead and ordered one with the frostkey I have, by the look on their web and data from eloshapes, this's definitely a Superlight's shape (an absolute potato) so meh.... Kinda sad that they don't include 3 different sizes like they did with the ULX since 2 out of 3 classic size FM I own have that annoying squeak or creak within the bottom and sometime on sides while my small and medium units are incredibly solid.

Very good observation. I do enjoy their mice and also ordered the CPRO. The software is probably my favorite thing about them. It’s so much easier to use and not bloated like all the others. I will likely pause my support for the company after the CPRO arrives until they fix their internal issues with the misguidance to their customers. I currently own Sakura, last legend and have two CPRO on order.

These are literally the mice I’ve been looking into, coming from the OP1 and UltralightX Small.
