That's likely going to come down to hand size. for my 19x9cm, I rather like the MChose L7Ultra+ and M7 Ultra, as well as the Gwolves HTX Ultra (not budget) and Incott 029 Pro (budget finalmouse clone). Still on the fence about the VGN y2, it's a weird not-quite-ergo that is a bit on the small feeling side for me, but could be pretty comfy if I spent the time with it. Really most modern mice are roughly comparable in performance for the 99% of users here, it comes down to shape.
HTX Ultra 8K - like a Razer Viper Mini but flatter hump and less than 33 grams
Honestly, I would just go for a really light goated shape that's thin as 7.5 cm wide hands is skinny as hell... So you're wrist range of motion isn't limited. \- PMM OP1 - less than 35 g and expected release sometime this month in October \- HTS Ultra 8K - 29.5 g like Scyrox V6/HTS Plus but shorter \- HTX Ultra 8K - 32.1 g if you like Razer Viper Mini buy this one \- Crosshair Sabre V2 Pro - 36 g and only recommending because you can try it in Best Buy at the Crosshair display before you buy it
G-Wolves HTX Ultra, Vuk, or the new Lycan. Like someone said, might be rolling the dice on quality, but I have used 5 G-Wolves mice in the last few months and have not had an issues. Technically not optical switches, but they are still incredibly fast clicks.
Ulx small, htx ultra, htx mini Try them, I have small hands and I love them.
The sensor on the l7 is likely fucking you over because as balanced as it is, fingertip grip prefers your finger be over the sensor, so yeah x2 mini v3 ain't bad May I also suggest op1, or alternatives on eloshapes, my old main lemokey g1 if on sale, kysona mercury or scyrox v8 shape, Superlight 2c or generically small mice like HSK and htx
Ok so raw fingertip, the hitscan hyper light was option #1 for most (not me I hybrid fingertip and claw), the zero seems decent I feel but never confirmed. Mchose a5 was decent but still relatively long, 122mm I think, but in theory it's pretty good. And software can't really help Honestly buy a darmoshark m5/keychron m4/g wolves HSK lite first to see if you would prefer raw fingertip/lower click height. And browse eloshapes, finding mice with similar sensor position, side shape and length to the viper. Easier
The gwolves htx is pretty flat but I find that it doesn't really encourage me to not curve (pronate might be the right term idk) my hand like I do when I claw other mice. I think it's mainly because I aim a lot with my fingertips and forcing my hand flat doesn't support that type of aim
The mouse I used the most was the gwolves htx. Perfect mouse for me, no issues.
guilty as charged. my hands definitely have that 'too much coffee' tremor, so i need the extra weight to dampen the boomer shakes. glad the g-wolves is working for you though.
