I just got my brother the d3 and when i held it it felt amazing... assuming theyre simmilar Heres a link to eloshapes to compare the D2, D3, and O3: https://www.eloshapes.com/mouse/compare?p=glorious-model-d3-vs.-glorious-model-d-2-pro-1khz-vs.-glorious-model-o3
I have to agree with someone of these comments. My biggest gripe with glorious is 2 fold. Weight and the scroll wheel. These two new mice are heavy compared to 2025 mice and the scroll wheels are well awful… I’ve had more model ds than I care to mention and all problems with the scroll wheels are 6 months.
Background: I had the Model O2 Wireless Pro for a few days before I ran into the same issues others had in the past (my bad for not doing my research). I returned it and used that credit for a Model D3. Support was great and helped me work on it all night but when nothing worked, they just gave me a return label and helped me ship it back. I had used a few glorious mice for a while including the Model O, Model D, Model O Pros, etc. but I originally always used ergo mice in things like the Rival 310, Intellimouse, etc. so I wanted to go back to ergo. So far the Model D3 Wireless has been pretty nice. Left/Right clicks are solid. No creaking/flexing when pinching the sides. The sensor and skates are super smooth. The side buttons are whatever--I only ever use them to just go back/forward when browsing anyway since I mostly play League and don't need them. Scroll wheel and click is still just "meh" but I think it's a bit better than other versions. I'll have to test the battery life but the swapping of batteries seems nice. I usually prefer heavier mice so this mouse was a perfect weight for me--very lightweight for my standards at least. Handshape was also good for my hands (I think 21x11cm) as I enjoy larger shapes. Hump is somewhat toward the middle. As for the "aesthetics" of the mouse, I never really cared for that bit in general so I can't comment on it, but I think it's nice. Software for Glorious is pretty good and haven't had any problems there yet. I'm slowly readjusting to ergo from ambi, but it'll prob just take a few games on Ezreal to get there. It's a little pricey but so far it feels worth it. sometimes my middle finger hangs off the side of the RMB, but it's built in a way so it doesn't do that annoying clipping of the shell of the mouse which is nice.
Been using GModel D wireless for 4 years and honestly it’s been a challenge to find a mouse that fits my grip as well as that. Gonna try the DEX 2 and some Chinese ones ( Rapoo VT3 max (gen2)) and tried the m900 ultra ( liked it but felt the dpi button on top missing was something I valued, so I returned it)
Really like my glorious Model O, worked perfectly for me, no complaints except for the proprietary USB C port
Can you go to a local PC store and try any? I absolutely hate the g502 shape and design. For casual gaming I use the Glorious Model O and for competitive the Razer Viper Ultimate.
Mine randomly stops moving the cursor for a second since it went out of warranty. Wouldn't buy again.
Logitech g pro wireless. I used to have the g502, also a great mouse. I have the glorious model O, and a few others as well, but I would not recommend any of them over the first two mentioned
glorious model O fits my hand nice
Glorious Model O, but Logitechs are great as well
