If you have medium to large hands, the Viper V3 Pro is the best option, especially if you're working and gaming with it. While the hyperlight is a great gaming mouse, it's just a lot smaller and requires your hand to more aggressively grip the mouse. This will cause fatigue and cramping over long work sessions.
r/MouseReview • Daily work / evening gaming mouse rec ->Viper v3 pro would probably be fine, but it's definitely big. You might be more comfortable on a lamzu Maya, egg Xm2 or op1, or hitscan hyper light. People rave about zowie as well, I just don't know them well enough to recommend a specific model. People also love Scyrox, except some people complain that they do not implement the sensor very well. I would investigate more. It might be a great choice for you. One key thing to know is that every single mouse these days uses the same 2-3 sensors and 2-3 processors. Those sensors and processors have a baseline capability, so really performance on mice these days is just a non-issue. Some companies create firmware that works better than others (hence why people complain that the same sensor feels worse or better on one mouse than another), but ultimately the most important feature is *shape*: How it feels in your hand, how it feels to move on the surface of your mousepad. Also, consistent reports and reviews of good build quality is important. Research is the best way to find what you like! I personally ordered multiple and kept the one I liked the most. Just make sure where you're buying has good return policy if you do that.
r/MouseReview • Thinking about swapping to Viper v3 Pro for small hands ->Hitscan hyperlite/mz1 wireles, gsr se 2/raiden x soft , the finals, v rising
r/MouseReview • What's your current main peripherals & game? ->Hitscan Hyperlight. It's 40g, great QC, Omron opticals and a sensor position moved a smidge towards the front of the mouse; that combo made me a believer
r/MouseReview • What is the best gaming mouse i can get ->Great mouse for sure, bur saying its "the best" is just stupid. It really depends on grip, hand sice and general preference.
r/MouseReview • What is the best gaming mouse in 2025? ->Compared to the hitscan hyperlight(my favorite mouse ever) how's the op18k, is it good? Smaller?
r/MouseReview • I have a peripheral addiction AMA ->Hitscan hyperlight & type 99 soft
r/FPSAimTrainer • Which mouse and mousepad are you currently using? ->Bro I got like the same hand size as you basically, and very similar grip style lol, crazy. I got a YouTube channel for mice I have reviewed that I loved for small hands. Based on your grip style I can easily recommend: ZA13-DW will fit your small hands phenomenally because of your hybrid palm claw grip. I can’t tell, but if your pinky curls on the grip.l, it’ll fit very very nice into the side grooves of the ZA13-DW. If your pinky and ring finger are resting in the forward right side of the house, the front sides flair out very nicely to accommodate them. Also has a fantastic hump that’ll secure your palm as well. HITSCAN HYPERLIGHT is a super safe symmetrical shape that fits essentially every grip style, even your palm/claw grip because you have baby hands like me. Performance is top notch, and is extremely great price/performance. For a full palm grip: lamzu thorn, this thing is def one of my favorite ergos hands down for full palm contact. These three are absolutely going to be great choices for you, def look into them. I’ll plug my YouTube change here for you as I’ve reviewed both the ZA13-DW and the hyperlight and we have basically the same hand size. Cheers, https://youtube.com/@lobsterreviews-r1b?si=Qd-329zZbU0TWWZk
r/MouseReview • Small hand mouse enthusiasts ->I just got the hitscan Hyperlight. its a game changer man. I went from Logitech 502 Heroe to the hitscan and Few games in i can tell my acc is waaaaaaay better.
r/MouseReview • Sold my 70+ mice collection, kept these bangers ->So what the fuck do you want to prove? That hitscan is bad p/p value? It has worse power draw? It got worse tracking on glass (observed by me and measured by Razer). It is pricier despite using much cheaper sensor, does not include high polling rate dongle and is heavier after all .Cant believe this douchebaggery shilling is still tolerated on some subreddits. What is next? More money sipped into marketing means better performance? What a god damn clown
r/MouseReview • chinese mice changed my perspective on gaming mice as a whole ->It isnt cheap, Hitscan is overpriced. You know what is cheap? Sub 30usd sub 55g 3395 chinese mice. You know what else is cheap? Chinese 3950 sub 40g mouse for 45 usd. As for terrible fekker switches info eyejokerdb, sharpkb, other chinese specialists or Ponnie. All of them came to same conclusion
r/MouseReview • chinese mice changed my perspective on gaming mice as a whole ->I’d go hitscan for this one.
r/MouseReview • Hitscan Hyperlight vs G Pro X Superlight 2 ->I haven’t bought a pulsar mouse yet. I have a medium ulx I love and I also like the hitscan hyper light a lot as well. I was interested in their x2f and their other new one. How have you liked pulsar so far
r/MouseReview • I have a peripheral addiction AMA ->Sold some mice I wasn’t using and used some of the money to buy a hitscan hyperlight. Just returned my Maya X and I’m gonna cop the CL as soon as the return gets processed.
r/MouseReview • Which mouse is this one? ->to be fair, viper v2 uses 3950, how is hitscan any more premium?
r/MouseReview • HITSCAN Hyperlight Review ->There are differences, 3395 barely works on glass. And 3950 has lower electronic consumption, with the same battery weight, 3950 last longer, keeping the mouse either lighter or last longer. To think of some companies cheat all the way to get low weight for marketing, they sacrificed the battery capacity.
r/MouseReview • HITSCAN Hyperlight Review ->If you are looking for that back hump, the OP1 8k is really good, the precision and stability you get with the shape is insane. But it's a really thin shape so if you want something wider, the Hyperlight is your best bet albeit with a less aggressive back hump.
r/MouseReview • Done buying mice. All of these are endgame. ->If you don't mind the wire, the OP1 8k is really nice for general use. You can go for the 1k version too if you want something cheaper, I usually hover around 1-2k polling rate.
r/MouseReview • Done buying mice. All of these are endgame. ->Omron opticals on the Hyperlight is the lightest for me. Maya and Atlantis are the second lightest.
r/MouseReview • Done buying mice. All of these are endgame. ->Honestly, I started with a Viper Mini and MP510 I’ve not become better while having all these new peripherals 20+ mice and mousepads. Of course I’m better than 5 years ago lol, but aim training and just playing the games I like has helped much more than peripheral changes. I went from a Viper Mini 5 years ago to a Hitscan Hyperlight (similar shape) basically went full circle lol. Even tried the XM1 that you have but it was too large for my hand, but it felt very premium to me at the time.
r/MouseReview • Come and help me find a new mouse ->Finally, I found someone with the exact same hand size and grip style as mine who reviewed this mouse! This review has convinced me—I'm definitely going to get it. Thank you so much!
r/MouseReview • HITSCAN Hyperlight Review ->I just received my Hitscan Hyperlight with the 8K dongle yesterday. I've been using my GPX SL1 for three years, and I must say that this new mouse is incredible. I love the switch implementation, coating, weight, responsiveness, and every detail about this mouse. However, I'm a bit confused about the best settings to use. Should I turn on Motion Sync? Is 2K polling fine? Should I enable Performance Mode? Should I keep Long Distance on even when the dongle is near? What is the best LOD—1mm or 2mm? Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
r/MouseReview • HITSCAN Hyperlight Review ->The hitscan hyperlight would have been the no brainer had they not released the 2c, now it just comes down to how much you’re willing to spend
r/MouseReview • Hitscan Hyperlight vs G Pro X Superlight 2 ->Hitscan Hyperlight & Pulsar X2H es + Wooting 60HE & OHY XVX HE68 + Artisan FX Raiden Mid XXL + Tekkusai The Phantom.
r/MouseReview • What's your endgame mouse + keyboard? ->I kinda wish i didn't sell my Hitscan Hyperlight so soon after I got it.
r/MouseReview • What's your current main peripherals & game? ->Yeah, the Hitscan Hyperlight is great for my hand as well. Btw you seem to be someone who knows the history of SteelSeries mice pretty well. Why do people dog on their mice nowadays? It seems like SteelSeries were a loved mouse brand years ago. I'm just curious.
r/MouseReview • What's your favorite MOUSE SHAPE of all time? ->I'm loving the Hyperlight as well. I have been tempted to get myself the Beast X mini. I've heard it's smaller than the Viper Mini.
r/MouseReview • What's your favorite MOUSE SHAPE of all time? ->I dont know how small your hands are but mine are 17x9 and i love my Hitscan Hyperlight (39g to your DA's 103g). I also love my X2 Crazylight but thats another pricerange. Looking for ergo shape maybe a Pulsar Xlite V3 Mini (52g), i had it but i cant say i put enough time in to really evaluate it. I bought it to try an ergo and pretty quickly went back to symmetrical shapes.
r/MouseReview • Lightest gaming mouse for small hands (female)? ->Great review! I've put like 5 hours in to mine now and it's perfect. It's the only shape i have tried at this width that doesnt cramp me up in the area between my pinky and ring finger, my hand just kind of landed on the mouse and i could feel my pinky relax instantly. Clicks are at such a comfortable slope and compared to the X2H Mini i have no problem getting stuck on the hump trying to microcorrect. Also, only mouse so far i've not needed grips for (but we'll see, sometimes my hands get dry to the point where no coating regardless of how grippy it is will help).
r/MouseReview • HITSCAN Hyperlight Review ->17x9 here, maining the Hitscan Hyperlight rn (kidn of a relaxed claw/fingertip hybrid) and cant recommend it enough. Next mouse to try will be the HTX Mini for pure fingertip (might change my mind last second and go full on HSK Pro).
r/MouseReview • Small hand mouse enthusiasts ->Hitscan Hyperlight and WlMouse Qisha(balance)
r/FPSAimTrainer • Which mouse and mousepad are you currently using? ->depends on your hand size. it feels big to me
r/MouseReview • Would you recommend the Hitscan Hyperlight? ->Ya not a huge fan of the mid hump, but the way the buttons curve around your fingertips is so nice.
r/MouseReview • Would you recommend the Hitscan Hyperlight? ->Don’t get anything from Logitech, the quality is so bad now. Honestly the best build quality mouse if the op18k (a wired mouse). But if you really don’t want wireless then something like a scyrox v8 or Hitscan hyperlight are built amazingly for around $70
r/MouseReview • Looking for a mouse that lasts at least 3-4 years ->Hitscan Hyperlight, I'm alternating between the two, Op1 definitely has the better shape though the Hyperlite has a good shape while being light and wireless, but im also keeping an eye out if the upcoming v2 of the Op1 w4k is 50g as it'll be better in every way. Not sure if it'll be that weight though. ps. and my hand size is the same as yours
r/MouseReview • Best Gaming Mouse for me ->Hitscan Hyperlight and Ninjutso Sora V2 GOAT. Cheap option: ATK F1 Ultimate
r/MouseReview • Small mouse recommendations with similar switches. ->It is probably one of the best mice of the moment
r/MouseReview • Small mouse recommendations with similar switches. ->I ended up going with this, this is fantastic feeling! definitely fixed the few remaining issues I had with these two mice. Thanks!
r/MouseReview • Need mice reco (19x10 ->Op1 8k is a good choice, if you want a similar shape the hitscan hyperlight
r/MouseReview • Which mouse to choose after Viper Mini? ->Hitscan hyperlight is def the better mouse but it really depends on hand size and grip
r/MouseReview • Hitscan Hyperlight vs G Pro X Superlight 2 ->Had them both, would still choose the hyperlight if price was the same
r/MouseReview • Hitscan Hyperlight vs G Pro X Superlight 2 ->measure your hand dimensions (length and width). then try and search for mice that best suit your hand size and grip style. I came from the ATK X1 (VV3 shape) and it just didn't suit my grip style. I got the hitscan hyperlight, which is close to the viper mini shape, and it fits in my hand like a glove.
r/MouseReview • Whats the best mouse to buy right now? ->yes. safe shape, high build qualiy, great performance
r/MouseReview • Would you recommend the Hitscan Hyperlight? ->Top 3 rn for me is the Hitscan Hyperlight, Gpx 2c and the Viper V3 pro
r/MouseReview • Sold my 70+ mice collection, kept these bangers ->Hyperlight is considered a very safe small shape already, if you ever used a viper mini before, just think of it as a less curvy, flatter vm. I would easily rec the Hyperlight to anyone who wants a small mouse
r/MouseReview • Sold my 70+ mice collection, kept these bangers ->It's a lot of people's favourite small mouse, the F1/Hyperlight is just goated
r/MouseReview • Sold my 70+ mice collection, kept these bangers ->Because of the texture of the plastic, the mouse scratches SO easily compared to the other mice that I have, I’d definitely not buy it and get the hitscan hyperlight
r/MouseReview • Corsair Sabre V2 Pro Ultralight Wireless Gaming Mouse Review - Basically Weightless. Great FPS Option. ->I mean the hitscan hyperlight comes close, but I want a premium razer mouse
r/MouseReview • Zekken Using Another Unreleased Razer Mouse ->That might very well be, but the hitscan hyperlight is still no premium mouse.
r/MouseReview • Zekken Using Another Unreleased Razer Mouse ->The reason the Hitscan Hyperlight isn’t “premium” comes down to execution, not specs. It has a good sensor (3389), it’s lightweight, and it works — but that’s not what defines a premium mouse. Build quality is the first giveaway. The plastic feels cheap. Not in a “it’ll break in a month” way, but in the way it flexes, the hollow sound, and the lack of rigidity. Premium mice feel solid even when they’re ultralight — the Hyperlight feels like a toy in comparison. You can press on the shell and feel it give. That’s not premium. Clicks aren’t clean. There’s noticeable pre- and post-travel, and the click feel is soft — borderline mushy depending on your unit. Compare that to something like the Viper V3 Pro, which has crisp, low-latency optical switches that feel consistent and fast. On the Hyperlight, clicks just don’t have that snappy, deliberate feel you get from a top-tier implementation. The shape and finish also feel unrefined. The coating doesn’t feel grippy or premium — more like basic smooth plastic. It doesn’t hug the hand or feel sculpted. There’s no ergonomic nuance or polish to the mold; it just feels generic. It’s not uncomfortable, but there’s a clear lack of design refinement. And while sensor performance is fine, you’re working with an older implementation (PMW3389), no motion sync, no surface tuning — nothing that sets it apart or elevates it. It’s functional, not premium. So yeah, it’s a decent budget/enthusiast option for the price, especially if you just want something light and usable, but it absolutely doesn’t belong in the same category as something like the Viper V3 Pro. Premium isn’t about specs on a spreadsheet — it’s about how dialed in every part of the experience is, and the Hyperlight just doesn’t get there.
r/MouseReview • Zekken Using Another Unreleased Razer Mouse ->Atm I use the Hyperlight Hitscan and I love it. Very light (39g), nice grip for my rather small hands and polling rate up to 8k if you want something like that. Other perfect mouse for me is the Hati HTS Plus 4k Edition. Also very lightweight and 4k Polling Rate.
r/QuakeChampions • Gaming Mouse ->It sounds like you want an op18k which is actually a little more of a claw grip mouse for smaller hands. But, for bigger hands, it’s sufficient for finger grip. You’re going to get the highest quality mouse possible for $80; even less if you get your mice secondhand at r/MouseMarket. I have the mouse—it’s phenomenal. It’s one of the few mice where there is a noticeably better sensor implementation. Also, arguably the best buttons on the market. In regard to your specific mouse choices, I’m pretty sure most mice have optical switches at this point im not sure about optical scroll. Every mouse pretty much has rubberized coating also so I don’t think that’s a hill to die on. Especially since most rubberized coating is quite good. Your melting side problem only happens on a couple of shoddier mice like the g pro superlight’s so I wouldn’t worry about it too much. Another mouse I’d recommend is an x2 crazylight for a dedicated fingertip mouse. It’s probably pulsar’s best mouse. Really light, excellent build quality, solid sensor implementation and just overall rock solid. It’s a pretty safe choice. I like my x2 crazylight a lot. If I fingertip gripped more often, it would be my go-to mouse. The Hitscan hyperlight is also a great choice. I love that mouse. I actually use it as a claw shape bcuz my hands are pretty small. It’s a Viper V3 clone that’s small and it’s pretty damn good. Ideal for fingertip if your hands are big like yours. Let me know if you have questions brother.
r/MouseReview • Looking for right FINGERTIP mouse ->ehh this mouse is so good EXCEPT for the shape and LOD for me :( the clicks feel very nice on all buttons, but i hate when the right side of the mouse is curve inwards, it makes my pinky almost cramp up. And the LOD is too high, even on the low setting (1mm) it still moves the mouse around even if i am hovering it in the air, which makes my entire mouse movement messed up if i for example do a swipe to the right and lift my mouse to place it back into the original position, my aim would then follow back halfway.. it feels like the LOD is 4mm or something instead. if they made a slightly larger mouse with low weight or similar to this and also fix the LOD then i would probably switch out my trusty gpro x sl, alas, i still havent found anything that can replace it.
r/MouseReview • HITSCAN Hyperlight Review ->both my sl1 and sl2 have lower LOD than the hitscans lowest setting for some reason, maybe im just cursed when it comes to mice, or its was because the hitscan wasnt as comfortable for my hand so when i lift it i dont do it the same way i lift my gpro, idk tho, the hitscan LOD felt off
r/MouseReview • HITSCAN Hyperlight Review ->Hitscan hyperlight is really good but currently out of stock. You can pre order now and it should come mid January
r/MouseReview • Never used a mouse for gaming before any recommendations? ->I do not recommend the OG g pro superlight. The debounce time is too high for fast mechs. Causes desync between your keyboard and your mouse when editing and creates timing issues. Get the superlight 2 if you wanna go for Logitech. Other than that, the viper v3 pro is very good and the hitscan hyperlight is a mini version of the v3 pro
r/FortniteCompetitive • What are the best mice for Fortnite competitive? ->Depends on your hand size but I love the hitscan. My hands are on the slightly bigger side at 19x11 and it’s my first small mouse. I’ve tried GPX, Maya X, VV3P, XM2W… settled on swapping between hitscan for fingertip and VV3P for claw. Getting used to a sub 40g mouse felt weird, but thats with any lightweight mouse. Highly recommend
r/MouseReview • What is the best gaming mouse in 2025? ->I actually liked the Maya X a lot. I only returned it due to the 20ms input delay bug (which i believe they’ve fixed now). But it depends on grip right? Maya X is definitely bigger and I tended to claw it. I could get a pseudo-fingertip going on it but it felt a just a little too big. And i feel the same in reverse about the hitscan. I like to fingertip it. I can get a claw going on it, but its very slightly too small.
r/MouseReview • What is the best gaming mouse in 2025? ->+1 on Hyperlight it’s a p good deal even if you end up buying the 8K dongle only complaint I have with mine after owning one since January is how as of late it basically needs to charge overnight otherwise you’re stuck with wired it’s by far the slowest charging mouse I’ve ever owned either that or the LED display for battery status is just not really accurate
r/MouseReview • Help finding a mouse ->Vv3 pro is good but I think it is not a mouse for smaller hand. if you are into lighter option try ATK F1 Extreme or Hitscan Hyperlight These both have some similarity with the viper mini. IMO op1 is very narrow so it is not for everyone but some people love it.
r/MouseReview • Recommendations for a mouse for smaller hands ->Hitscan hyperlight if you want a v3 pro but smaller 🫡
r/PUBATTLEGROUNDS • Those of you who play on PC, what type of mouse do you use? ->Same! No way I’m paying big bills to big brands. 🤣 I bought both the Scyrox V8 and the Hitscan Hyperlight, for around 150euros so I’ve got two mice with stellar build and performance. Win win.
r/MouseReview • What's the best budget gaming mouse? ->What skates do you use for the hitscan hyperlight? I have had this mouse for about a month now and think the default skates are pretty good, but I can’t help but think the obsidian dots would be better.
r/MouseReview • I have a peripheral addiction AMA ->Nope, this was a hail mary. I struggled with the shape for the first few days but I eventually got the hang of it and now I literally cant use the RVM anymore. The weight diff is very noticeable and the tug of the cable significantly sours the experience, not to mention the shape makes your ring and pinky curl too much to get a locked-in grip with my hand size. Mice like Hitscan Hyperlight are a godsend because they take the rvm shape and give it less aggressive sides so it feels way more comfortable to grip even with larger hands (according to other fellow 21x11 and above smallmice enjoyers)
r/MouseReview • Razer Viper Mini too small to daily anymore with 21x11.5cm, pulled the trigger on an $86 Lamzu Maya X, what an absolute banger it is. ->Superlight 2c , I like the most. The size and software is great 👍 About hitscan hyperlight slightly overprice come with 1k polling only. The 8K was additional cost. https://www.eloshapes.com/mouse/compare?p=hitscan-hyperlight-vs.-logitech-g-pro-x-superlight-2c
r/MouseReview • Hitscan Hyperlight vs G Pro X Superlight 2 ->I bought the Superlight 2c was $135 sgd and hitscan hyperlight around $135 without 8K dongle the dongle selling $35 sgd
r/MouseReview • Hitscan Hyperlight vs G Pro X Superlight 2 ->Maya x implementation sure is nice. I’ve yet to find something quite like it. You could check out the hitscan hyperlight. The switches are a little stiffer, but have minimal pre/post travel and are very ‘pingy’ like the Maya, and you get a smaller profile.
r/MouseReview • Small mouse recommendations with similar switches. ->Hitscans software isn't bad. logitechs Ghub is trash but onboard memory manager isn't bad. hardware wise, dominated is a huge over exaggeration. Only thing worth noting is you'll get better battery life on the 2c. The only thing to truly consider here is which shape you like more and price. You're paying almost double the price for logitech's logo. Even larger difference if you consider aftermarket skates for the 2c because Logitech skates are the worst in the industry Personally I consider the hitscan better even without looking at price because I like the shape more. Add value in and it's not even close.
r/MouseReview • Hitscan Hyperlight vs G Pro X Superlight 2 ->I have big hands and my new hitscan hyper light is tiny but it’s soooo good
r/MouseReview • Tiny hands..Next mouse after viper mini? Fingertip mouse? Keychron m4 ? Is it good? ->i just bought a hitscan hyperlight and its amazing
r/cs2 • Which is the best for cs 2 ->There is no best, you can tell us your preferences and we can give you a general idea but every mouse is different, even some people find that that dislike the ATK F1 and love the Hitscan Hyperlight despite being such s small difference. Feel your Vv2p and find when you wish it was different.
r/MouseReview • Best Mouse for All Around Gaming ->I want one so bad but I’m having a hard time justifying the price when I’m using a Hitscan hyperlight and scyrox v8
r/MouseReview • Recently Got The WL Mouse Beast Pro X Tempered ->i have same grip to you but 18x9.5cm, hitscan absolutly endgame rn for me btw what is your fav mouse so far
r/MouseReview • HITSCAN Hyperlight Review ->Accuracy/game improvement: EGG OP1 8k Purple Frost (better sensor and lighter batch GX switches). Best comfort vs performance: Hitscan Hyperlight Best comfort: Viper V3 Pro
r/MouseReview • Best mouse you have ever used? ->egg op1 or xm2 line, hitscan hyperlight, mchose L7 (I'm getting this one soon)
r/MouseReview • Best Gaming Mouse Around $80? ->if you take the price factor out of it it's mostly about preferences. obviously the weight differences but shape wise the gpx 2c is feels quite a bit flatter in hand because of the hump profile placement and click height, a little bit thinner and a little bit longer (i.e. i can feel the back end more). all of this sounds weird because you look at them on eloshapes and they dont look a million miles apart but actually feel quite different in the hand. overall the gpx 2c feels smaller to me. they are both good but due to the feel in hand differences i mentioned above i prefer the hyperlight.
r/MouseReview • Sold my 70+ mice collection, kept these bangers ->i've only tried a mere 30+ mice (compared to op) in the last couple of years and i love the hyperlight too. highly recommended!
r/MouseReview • Sold my 70+ mice collection, kept these bangers ->I have both mice and also the same hand size (18x10cm). Our hands are about as medium as it gets so that puts us in a good range to use most mice. Both can be used comfortably to me so it comes down to your grip preference. Sometimes I feel like the Hitscan is border line too short/small when it comes to relax clawing. If you adopt a slightly more aggressive claw (angle your fingers a bit more) then it fits really well. Sometimes it feels a little disconnected from my palm when I have a really relaxed grip (it turns into a fingertip/claw hybrid kind of grip). But you do get more control with your fingertips if you want that. I definitely feel like I can relax more on the GPX. If I want, I can you use for work all day and then use it at night for some gaming and have no fatigue. I haven’t tried the Superlight 2c yet, but it looks even smaller than the Hitscan so if you want to relax on a mouse I’m not sure how that one would work. Performance is top tier on both so don’t worry about that. Amazon runs sales often on the GPX2 now so if you want that I would recommend getting it on sale if you decide on it and can wait (I snagged mine for $130).
r/MouseReview • Hitscan Hyperlight vs G Pro X Superlight 2 ->This can be an understandable take. The VXE R1 is great, but it literally took me 45 mins of setup for it to work for my s/o. Great mouse, love the shape, weight, and everything abt it, but to a normal consumer that just wants a plug & play mouse with simple instructions and a web / dedicated app like G Hub or Razer Synapse, it’s definitely a turn off for most. Along with the fact that this mouse is best bought off of AliExpress, which people have so many doubts about for some reason. It can be harder to get others to be interested. If I were to recommend an easily accessible but great mouse, it’d be the Hitscan Hyperlight.
r/MouseReview • Linus Tech Tips video on AliExpress mice. ($20 vs $100 gaming mouse - Razer Deathadder V3 Hyperspeed vs CLONES) ->I would say in no particular order: - Orbital Pathfinder cause it has so much customisation for how I'm feeling on any given day. Don't feel like your usual claw grip is comfortable? No worries tear it apart and make an entirely different mouse out of the provided parts within 30 seconds - OP1 8k. Love this mouse it feels so snappy and so instant and a lot of my high scores on aim trainers have been set with the mouse however I cannot ever feel comfortable with it no matter the grip. I think it might be marginally too thin and too small but I put up with it cause it just seems to work - hitscan hyperlight. It's just a small, light weight well built, good click feel mouse with low click and sensor latency that just works. Fantastic smaller alternative if you still want a safeish shape that can be used with a variety of grip styles Runner up - VXE Mad R Major - feels quite similar to OP1 just wider at the front and less of a pronounced hump, no where near the same build quality but still similar in scores in game when testing. Just don't think it will be as durable long term but for how cheap it is I am not complaining
r/MouseReview • I have a peripheral addiction AMA ->I would say the hitscan will be better for your handsize maybe the gpx can also work because of the shape? I'm not sure there is also a superlight 2c which is a scaled down gpx2 the size is comparable to the hyper light.
r/MouseReview • Hitscan Hyperlight vs G Pro X Superlight 2 ->Regular Maya, Hitscan Hyperlight, Scyrox V8, Ninjutso Sora V2. All of these have the same omron optical switches of the Maya X. The crazy light is also a phenomenal mouse, but its clicks feel very different from the Maya X’s.
r/MouseReview • Small mouse recommendations with similar switches. ->The Hyperlight is such a great mouse. For $89 it’s an absolute steal. *Similar* shape to the Maya X too, just scaled down.
r/MouseReview • Small mouse recommendations with similar switches. ->I have it and it’s pretty good. Coming from the vv3 I’m still getting used to the smaller size and weight
r/MouseReview • Does anything beat the Hitscan? ->G pro super light, I prefer the V1. I'm sure people won't agree, but it's a standout performer with the best shape available imo. I've had easily 30+ mice and I always go back to it. Big shouts to the fantech Helios pro S, hitscan hyperlight and op1 8k too.
r/MouseReview • Whats the best FPS mouse in your opinion and why ? ->You're right, it's true endgame for me. Funnily enough I've been using the hyperlight which is basically the atk F1 if I remember right for the last few days. Great mouse and I really enjoy it, but it just doesn't offer the support the g pro does. I think I prefer it over the op1
r/MouseReview • Whats the best FPS mouse in your opinion and why ? ->Damn, that's an old comment lmao. I've actually returned the Ghero since I was noticeably worse in FPS games with it, and I actually still use and really like the OP1 now, contrary to my previous comment about it being too narrow. I've since picked up a few other mice. I'm really liking the ATK X1 Ultimate, and the Hitscan Hyperlight as well.
r/MouseReview • Endgame Gear OP1 8K: The TechPowerUp Review ->i would go for the hyperlight and skip the 8k. $90 all in for that mouse is awesome compared to the gpx.
r/MouseReview • Hitscan Hyperlight vs G Pro X Superlight 2 ->Just got my Hitscan Hyperlight in the mail yesterday. Incredibly impressed with the whole package
r/MouseReview • Done buying mice. All of these are endgame. ->I'm a little late, but I have really small hands (16.5 by 7.5 cm) and I've been using the Razer Viper Ultimate for about two years. Not perfect, but nothing terribly uncomfortable. I have a mixture of a palm grip with a relaxed claw upd: I wanted to upgrade my mouse to a lighter one, and I ordered myself a Hitscan Hyperlight. Let's see how it goes, I think it will be perfect for my hands:)
r/MouseReview • Razer Viper V3 pro for small hands ->Hitscan Hyperlight, FNATIC Focus3 Max
r/FPSAimTrainer • Which mouse and mousepad are you currently using? ->Right on, I'll add the Beast X Max to the list. I'm not 100% committed to the shape of the RVU so I don't mind changing things up there. I was curious what you thought in terms of comfort after long sessions between the three I mentioned. Thank you for the suggestions, and for linking the comparison of the mice on EloShapes! Out of curiosity, what mouse do you find yourself going back to when you're done with a review or between reviews?
r/MouseReview • HITSCAN Hyperlight Review ->Hey! Yup, I ended up grabbing a Hitscan Hyperlight about a week or so after my original comment and have been using it a few months now. Really liking it! It is a little shorter overall than the RVU so I had to adjust my grip slightly but I got used to it within a few days.
r/MouseReview • HITSCAN Hyperlight Review ->Hitscan Hyperlight takes the crown for me.
r/MouseReview • Best mouse of 2024 ->I went from VXE R1 Pro to the Hitscan Hyperlight. I also use a fingertip grip. The Hyperlight is noticeably better in terms of size, quality, and clicks. The R1 Pro is still my recommendation for people on a budget though.
r/MouseReview • What mouse is recommended for my hand size and grip style? ->I rocked my viper ultimate for almost 5 years, I just recently got the Hitscan Hyperlight. It’s only been about 2 weeks but I love the shape and hand feel. My hand grip is more or less similar to yours; maybe pointer and middle finger is slightly further back. Kind of off topic, but I was using the superglide glass glides on my viper ultimate, and holy shit the ptfe in box skates on the hyper lights are absolutely insane. It’s so smooth and fast yet the stopping power is amazing.
r/MouseReview • Mouse recommendations? ->I have at least 100, and the hyperlight and 2c are my two top choices as well.
r/MouseReview • Sold my 70+ mice collection, kept these bangers ->I have both of them, and I would say both are my top 2 mice atm. The hyperlight feels bigger in hand, even though elo doesnt really portray that. It feels wider and more filling due to the hump design. It is not a big mouse by any means, just feels larger in hand to me even though the dimensions are similiar. This is all obviously completely subjective, but here is my 2 cents. I think the hyperlight is more comfortable, but I think I perform better with the 2c. The 2c just feels more like a fingertip mouse to me, with very little palm contact. I have 18x10 hands for reference, so pretty average. The sensor feels better on the 2c imo. It is hard to describe, but I do notice it. Just feels more responsive and precise to me. Clicks are a bit heavier on the 2c but not by much. Both have great clicks. Cant speak to the stock skates on either because I put dots on since I use an sp004. They are both great, you really cant go wrong with either of them. If I had to choose one, I would probably go 2c but really it is nearly a coin flip.
r/MouseReview • Hitscan Hyperlight vs G Pro X Superlight 2 ->Got the Hitscan Hyperlight due to some posts I see on this sub. Also thought that the fit would be good on my hand but it’s not what I expected. Currently eyeing the ATK Duckbill in my quest to find the best claw grip mouse for meAnyway, here’s my current mouse collection. My only problem is do I stick to using one mouse or do I rotate them since they are all very much endgame mice. Left to right: MCHOSE A7 Ultra, OP1 8k V2, XM2 8k, Pulsar Tenz SR, Hitscan Hyperlight
r/MouseReview • Mouse collection ->Just throwing this out there as someone who used the MM720 since it released and then when it died, the Xenics Titan Air GE for another 2 years. I recently said screw it and bought the Pulsar X3 (Size 1) and then the Hitscan Hyperlight just to re-test my preferences (and tolerances) of smaller mice. For reference, I use a relaxed claw grip and occasionally revert to palm when I get tired, but also tighten up to full claw when things get heated. So I need the shape to work well for that whole range. My hand size is 19.5 cm x 10.5 cm. I hold it 1-2-2 (IE - ring and pinky stay on the right, on the ledge and right side, respectively). After using the Hitscan HL for a month (I returned the Pulsar X3 after trying it), I've made an interesting observation: If you use the Xenic's right "ledge" as your ring finger support, the width between the thumb and ring finger when holding both mice is not that different. It's within a millimeter. So really, the only difference (for me at least) between the two mice is where the pinky is positioned. If both mice don't have grip tape equipped, the Xenics obviously feels more comfortable because it has a dedicated ledge for the ring finger and pinky separation. But with grip tape, the HL is actually becomes much more tolerable, especially if I keep reminding myself to keep to more relaxed grips, rather than squeezing/pushing down when things get spicy. Basically, if you let the grip tape do the work of holding up/prevent fingers from sliding, then it feels nearly as comfortable and stable as the Xenics. The -10g of weight also makes it easier to not want to grip it too tightly. The tape for the ring finger is as close to the right-click button as possible and it now makes for a very stable ledge: [https://imgur.com/a/kf2k7ex](https://imgur.com/a/kf2k7ex) For me, I guess it wasn't so much that the Xenics was that more comfortable/ergonomic, but it was that I couldn't figure out how to get other shapes to be as stable in the past. As a bonus, going to a smaller mouse with a lower button height and less weight has been amazeballs for my aim. I didn't realize how much the size of the Xenics/MM720 was hampering my ability to do microadjustments.
r/MouseReview • CAN SOMEONE JUST MAKE A SUB 50G WIRELESS MOUSE WITH RING FINGER AND PINKY REST PLEASE, I'M BEGGING ->G-Wolves HT-S2 or HTX mini are the best you can get for small hands and also have similar shape as viper and maya If choose from your list hitscan is probably the best choice
r/MouseReview • Small hand mouse enthusiasts ->Depends on your hand size and the way you are currently using you hand to hold it. For me it was a journey with the np01 over to xe wireless and now I am on hitscan hyperlight. Before that I did test 15 different mice.
r/MouseReview • What is the best mouse you can buy ->I have bigger hands and i use the hitscan hyper light, Love it beeing so small
r/MouseReview • Need mice reco (19x10 ->Hey! Having used both mice i highly recommend the Hitscan. Despite the fact that i have a large hand that can even use DAV3 without issue, I prefer the Hitscan's shape to Viper V3's shape. Amazing build quality, decent battery life.
r/MouseReview • Would you recommend the Hitscan Hyperlight? ->if you fingertip (large hands) or use a variation of claw (medium hands), try the hitscan hyperlight it fits everything on this list (although it is a symmetrical shape, i dunno if your definition of ergonomic is an actual ergo shape); your only real problem with it may be its smaller size it's not an ERGO mouse but people glaze its shape, so i think it's on par with mice like the OP1 and GPX, maybe a little below
r/MouseReview • which mouse is best for playing games like cs2 ->i have decently larger hands and fingertip this mouse proficiently. your original point stands, but if you prefer or don't mind fingertipping, the hyperlight is still a strong contender for medium-large hands; maybe a more pure fingertip style for full-on big hands
r/MouseReview • Would you recommend the Hitscan Hyperlight? ->Hitscan Hyperlight is very nice, I’d recommend it (: r/mousemarket for a good deal.
r/MouseReview • Best fingertip mouse? ->having used this mouse for 3 months straight, not that durable tbh. side buttons broke after constant use.
r/MouseReview • HITSCAN Hyperlight Review ->Ty for the review. However, as an owner of both beast x mini pro with holes on the side and tempered with solid sides, I think both have better, lighter clicks than hitscan hyperlight. After getting my hands on the mini pro and maining it for 3 weeks straight cuz I loved it so much, the clicks on my other mice, such as the hyperlight and trinity cf felt cheaper and heavy, although both were pretty good when I got them that it shocked me how much I've gotten used to the mini pro. Though, this may not translate to the other sizes of the beastx mouse. Also, on an unrelated note, I think I prefer Sora v2's omron implementation over Hyperlight's.
r/MouseReview • Recently Got The WL Mouse Beast Pro X Tempered ->As someone who tried both Hitscan Hyperlight and very recently op18k (came in yesterday) with 17.5x8.5cm hands, I love the hyperlight a lot. I also own a Sora v2 which felt magical moving on from a gpx2 but upon getting familiar with hitscan hyperlight I'm not so sure whether if I like the backhump mice as much as I thought despite having a pincer claw grip. My flicks feel much faster and free with hyperlight compared to an op18k, probably because of the weight though. I'm considering picking up a pwnage trinity cf next if it arrives in local retailers
r/MouseReview • Small hand mouse enthusiasts ->Don't hate me guys but I got my hitscan a week ago The shape is good no doubt But it feels like a cheap toy 🥲😅 I don't like using it because it feels like a plastic toy
r/MouseReview • New mouse for competitive FPS? ->Hi, just FYI, even exactly the same switches in different mice would feel differently, that's because of material, button shape Even the same optical omrons feel completely different on my atk f1 extreme and Hitscan hyperlight
r/MouseReview • Small mouse recommendations with similar switches. ->Dang, if you want an FPS style mouse I always recommend Hitscan Hyperlight. It’s a totally solid mouse, that or since you’re into Razer it may not be a bad idea to check out Viper V3 Pro. Those two are the ones in my collection I couldn’t live without.
r/MouseReview • FPS Mouse Recommendations ? ->Hm. Well for keyboard I have an Arbiter Polar 75 Pro and I’ve never really deviated from it. Also a Fun60 Ultra non-TMR. Those 2 are definitely endgame because I all but stopped looking at keyboards. For mouse it’s got to be somewhere between Hitscan Hyperlight, Lamzu Maya X, Viper V3 Pro… and maybe Lamzu Inca, not sure yet. I think the Hitscan and VV3 tend to be my “endgame” out of a (seems) big collection now. I keep going back to those 2 and if I didn’t have any other mice I’d be happy with those.
r/MouseReview • What's your endgame mouse + keyboard? ->IMO Hitscan Hyperlight is the better of the two mouse. It wins significantly on price, weight, shape (more curved/better hump/less "potato" feeling), clicks are nicer, wheel is a bit debatable, skates are infinitely better (although you've got to install them yourself - there's 2 sets, small and large), the only thing I can really think of that GPX2 has going for it is the wheel. That wheel is debatably nicer than the Hitscan. You do have to buy the 8K dongle separately for the Hyperlight, that is extremely optional, the mouse is literally 1/2 the MSRP of the GPX2 and it achieves everything GPX2 sets out to do but fails at. The GPX2 does feel more "solid" because it's much more heavy and larger, but if you feel the chassis of the Hyperlight it's incredible how strong/no flex that thing is.
r/MouseReview • Hitscan Hyperlight vs G Pro X Superlight 2 ->Tengo los dos y no sabría por cual decantarme.
r/MouseReview • Pulsar X2 Crazylight review from someone with big hands ->tbh your hands aren't that big for every mouse to feel impossibly small. I have similar sized hands (20x11) and a lot of small mice (ex. hitscan hyperlight) feel pretty comfy for my pincer claw. I could be wrong but it seems like you like a lot of palm contact (based on how your pinky and ring finger are extended), so a lot of claw grip mice are going to feel small because it's not really meant for that grip style. I think you just need to figure out your preferred grip style and buy shapes suited for those gripstyles.
r/MouseReview • I feel like every single mice is too small ->As a small mouse enjoyer, I love my op1w 4k. I've also have a hitscan hyperlight which is more agile and fingertip friendly due to it's narrower back and mid hump. My atk f1 pro extreme is better at claw due to the more back hump and slightly wider back. Both the hyperlight and f1 have been superseded by my new Trinity CF since I like a bit higher profile on the front of the mouse to rest my ring finger. Unfortunately my unit has some side to side wiggle on mouse 1 so I'm trying to RMA it.
r/MouseReview • Small hand mouse enthusiasts ->For 90$ get the hitscan hyperlight
r/MouseReview • BEST SMALL GAMING MOUSE FOR FPS? ->Hitscan have very good QC…
r/MouseReview • Zekken Using Another Unreleased Razer Mouse ->Look man the hitscan hyperlight is cheaper than a Viper V3 pro, weighs less and has equally as good build quality as a viper v3 pro. They’re both made out of plastic or actually the hitscan is made out of some other lighter form material I can’t seem to remember.
r/MouseReview • Zekken Using Another Unreleased Razer Mouse ->Well it's come apparent that you have a clear bias and are a razer fanboy but the hitscan hyperlight uses polycarbonate plastic which allows for lower weight while having basically perfect shell integrity even if you deathgrip the mouse during gaming. The hitscan hyperlight is very much a premium mouse and I would like to buy it in the near future since I know from reviews it'll last a long time.
r/MouseReview • Zekken Using Another Unreleased Razer Mouse ->Hitscan hyperlight. A fairly new company, but mouse is stacked as fuck and not as high in price. Can go jp to 8k hz with extra dongle. Not for big hands tho imo. I have fairly small hands and this mouse is a gods gift for me. Also I went from like 100g wired mouse to 40g wireless lol
r/cs2 • Which gaming mouse to buy and why? (Last one gpxs1) ->Hitscan Hyperlight, easiest recommendation.
r/MouseReview • Best wireless gaming mouse to buy in 2025? ->Hitscan Hyperlight
r/MouseReview • What's best gaming mouse out there right now? ->i just sold my hitscan on mouse market lastnight, couldn't get used to the shape. the hump bothered me.
r/MouseReview • Bought the Hitscan Hyperlight Mouse for just £50! - AMA ->I have 16.5 x 9.5 hands and I have the Hitscan hyperlight and it fits very well besides not being as thin as i’d like compared to op1. At your hand size though it should feel pretty good.
r/MouseReview • Looking for gaming mouse for small hand ->Yeah, yesterday I’ve wasted 4 hours of my sleep trying to update the firmware on a piece of garbage called Vaxee XE-S. Their software is so amazing that it kept spamming me with “No Device Found!” And I’ve read that in logs only, because the UI app just did nothing: no progress, no error messages, just sitting there. Their support pages and support replies on YouTube instead of giving a solution recommend to disconnect other mice and reboot into Safe Mode. Safe Mode to update the firmware in 2025, Karl! Of course, out of desperation I tried all that too - no dice. In the end I went into the Device Manager and figured out that Vaxee’s firmware updater app was looking for a wrong device ID for both the dongle and the mouse. After I fixed that in the updater config files the update went smoothly. F#cking sh#t, Vaxee, that’s not the user experience I expect from a $140 mouse. You have to hire some quality software engineers if you want to be in the elite brands. And about the mouse itself: I genuinely don’t understand who buys this product if there is the Hitscan Hyperlight - very similar shape and size, but better everything: clicks, weight, weight distribution, shape, coating, price, and of course software. The only thing that I’m happy about is that I got it used for $50 shipped. It would be already on its way to Vaxee returns department if I’d pay $140 for that. But for $50 I will give it another chance, we’ll see how it performs. Other mice I have: MZ1, Hyperlight, Ultralight Prophecy, Sora V2, Viper Mini SE, Viper v2 Pro, Viper v3 Pro, Lamzu Thorn.
r/MouseReview • These 2 mice might be the 2 top mice on the market in my opinion ->The hitscan is endgame for me
r/MouseReview • Done buying mice. All of these are endgame. ->Recently got the WL Mouse Beast Pro X Tempered after wanting another ULX but not wanting to deal with terrible QC again. The mouse feels really good and I'm thoroughly enjoying, it might even become my main! I don't normally do reviews but if I was to quickly go through the main points of a mice it would be as follows. Clicks - Feel pretty good, probably the 2nd best omron opticals I've felt right behind the Hitscan Hyperlight. I wish they were slightly lighter but they are not heavy at all. OP1 still has the best clicks for me, compared to the ULX they don't feel as spammable but I honestly prefer them over the ULX. Coating - Better than I expected, I thought this mouse was going to be slippery but it's really not that bad although I would probably use mouse grips with it but I'm trying not to because I like the way it looks as is. Coating is much better than the ULX where I feel like my fingers slide all over that mouse. Shape - This is why you would get this mouse, this shape is such a good shape. I play fingertip / claw grip with 19x10 hand size and this shape is just so good for that. The slight indent on the left side lets you dig your thumb in and have really good control of the mouse. I don't enjoy super small fingertip mice so along with the Hitscan Hyperlight this is up there with my favorite "fingertip" mice for me. Build Quality - This is why you would get this mouse over the ULX. The build quality is so much better than the ULX. There's no flexing, creaking, or anything like that just a normal solid mouse. Overall I highly recommend this mouse especially if you are someone who wants a finalmouse ULX. I really would say to just get this mouse instead as it just makes so much more sense. Mice in background (left to right) - Pulsar X2, ULX, Lamzu Maya X, OP1w 4k, Pulsar X2 Crazylight, Hitscan Hyperlight.
r/MouseReview • Recently Got The WL Mouse Beast Pro X Tempered ->Understandable, honestly the Hitscan Hyperlight is such a goated mouse, I bought a ton of mice and still ended up going back to that mouse, the beast x is the only mouse that might replace it for me but I'll see.
r/MouseReview • Recently Got The WL Mouse Beast Pro X Tempered ->Been using this mouse since release and it’s been phenomenal! Battery life lasts about 1-3 days depending on usage. I use it exclusively in 8K and the software is super easy to use! Claw/Relaxed claw grip user
