Well most mice have loud clicks but there's an exception there are some mice that have a silent click if that's what you are talking about, a hotswap mouse meaning you can swap it easily without soldering. An example would be the incott g23 - gpx clone with hotswap feature, keychron m6 - smaller mx master 3 with silent switch, endgame gear op1 - same as the incott g23

Yup, for GPX shape I'd recommend the Incott G23 and Mchose A7. Also take a look at this tier list for some suggestions: https://www.reddit.com/r/MouseReview/s/JrpnKR4Vhx

Incott G23 has hot-swappable switches and it comes with a completely silent switch, no click at all.

hotswap will technically last longer and tends to have better battery life because the switches don't have to constantly shoot a beam of light, your scroll wheel and side buttons can still fail though. if you care a lot about longevity i'd say try and learn soldering. a decent setup is about 60$ (i have a list somewhere if interested) and getting the basics down on a **practice mouse** takes only a few hours before you're ready for the real thing, it pays off. i'd go incott from the ones you recommended tho

that superstrike x2 middle button issue drove me crazy too. for quiet hot-swappable in that shape, [Endgame Gear OP1W](https://featherab.com/shopit?search_keywords=Endgame+Gear+OP1W) is solid but you're right it might feel small for 19x10.5. i have similar hand size and it was usable but not ideal. [Asus Keris II Origin](https://featherab.com/shopit?search_keywords=Asus+Keris+II+Origin) fits better and the web software works fine. also look at [Incott G23](https://featherab.com/shopit?search_keywords=Incott+G23+mouse) - same company as palmlab basically, software is basic but stable. no loud clicks on any of these.
