Well I if I’m not mistaken the m6 has a 1000 hz polling rate with, the m7 can be bought with a 8000 hz polling rate. I mean more is always better but I’m also quite sure you wouldn’t notice the jump there as 1000 hz is already quite quick. For example via Bluetooth on all mice the max polling rate is about 125 hz so just for comparison. But if you know you need the 8000 hz polling rate maybe the m7 is something for you. I sadly can’t speak about the other mice but you should be able to find that out. I recently had the m3 mini and have to say the lightness is an advantage and disadvantage, coming from a g502 (heavier than the m3 for sure) the m3 felt quite cheap for example but I guess all light mice do that as they are made of plastic, maybe it’s something you get used to.
r/macgaming • Mouse recommendation for macbook? ->I currently use the keychron m3 mini but the xm1 shape still keeps me awake at night, i've got to get the xm2w
r/MouseReview • What's your favorite MOUSE SHAPE of all time? ->Keychron. They are affordable, work well, and have different shapes. I have the M3 Mini. Now I want the full size M3 and the M6.
r/macgaming • Recommendations for Mac compatible gaming wireless mouse? ->This is what I have, but take a look at all of their mice. You might prefer a different shape.
r/macgaming • Fellow MacGamers, could you please recommend a good gaming mouse? ->Tried the Magic Mouse. Obviously, it didn’t work. Tried Logitech. Their software has issues for me and their gaming mice have known issues of the clicking and scroll wheels failing after 1-2 years. Finally settled on Keychron. Went with the M3 Mini myself. But like some of their other options too. And if they do fail as fast as Logitech? Easier to replace at one quarter the price.
r/macgaming • good mouse for mac gaming? ->Keychron makes decent ones with good sensors. I have the M3 Mini, you can use it wired a 100% of the time with usb-c if you want, but it also has 1K (also there's a 4K version) polling rate through usb-c dongle and it's got bluetooth for some other eventual use. There's an app for Mac for additional customization.
r/macgaming • USB-C wired gaming mouse for MacBook Pro ->I use the Keychron M3 Mini Despite the name, size is closer to a normal mouse, lightweight (55 g), high-res sensor, 1000Hz (or 4000 Hz) polling rate for low latency on USB-C dongle and wired, Bluetooth (125Hz) for convenience, onboard controls for immediate DPI/polling toggles, macOS software for customization.
r/macgaming • good mouse for mac gaming? ->I use a keychron m3 with the utility LinearMouse, works great
r/macgaming • Gaming mouse for MacBook Pro M4 ->Not when gaming, but it seems fine with bluetooth. Part of the problem is the only 'competitive' game I play is tf2 and the latency and stutter is so bad on any of the emulators I can't get a solid read on how good the mouse itself is. I like that it has a usb c dongle.
r/macgaming • Gaming mouse for MacBook Pro M4 ->[https://www.atk.store/cdn/shop/files/16\_45960646-eb94-4a02-bb1d-3a19732a3b61.jpg?v=1717053752&width=3000](https://www.atk.store/cdn/shop/files/16_45960646-eb94-4a02-bb1d-3a19732a3b61.jpg?v=1717053752&width=3000) Nah it doesn't. I ended up cancelling my order and got a Keychron M3 Mini (4k) I really recommend it, I got it so I could get a better polling rate than the Logitech anywhere 3 and it's a great upgrade, it has 1k polling. There were other options but I didn't want my mice to look super gamer-y and this is quite clean. I recommend getting the 4k polling rate and just keeping it at 1k. The 4k version has more efficient hardware so has much better battery life at 1k. I connect my work to bluetooth and my gaming pc to the dongle. There's a switch at the bottom to switch connection type.
r/MouseReview • Multi-Device Mouse that can be used for gaming Recommendations ->I've almost exclusively used Logitech mice (I've used the a couple g502 variants, a pro x superlight 1 and 2 as well as part of the MX series mice) for years now. However, I recently got a Keychron M3 mouse (it was in a bundle with the k2 HE that I recently bought) and it is a lot better than I expected. I haven't done much gaming on it yet but it feels really nice for just everyday use.
r/pcmasterrace • The 25 most recommended gaming mouse according to Reddit (in the past year as of Jun 2025) ->Keychron M3 would be a solid replacement, it's my favorite mouse now.
r/pcmasterrace • Daily driver for 12 years and started double clicking randomly, RIP ->Keychron M3 would be a solid replacement, it's my favorite mouse now.

r/pcmasterrace • Daily driver for 12 years and started double clicking randomly, RIP ->I feel like I got more pain using this, the hump is very high, scrollwheels really suck and I never use free scroll so I went back to m3 magnesium as my daily.
r/MouseReview • End game silent gaming mouse ->I think you are right. But they don't have any business to be that expensive. We need more 50-80 fingertip mice. Right now there is only keychron K4 and Darmo M5.
