The BBL on the G303SE is definitely polarising, there's a hard minimum hand size to make it work. Diamond shapes are goated for claw, and it's an underserved part of the market. Even the Arye kinda wimped out a little with the side contours.

I can second this, I use the OP1w 4k and float between fingertip and relaxed pincer claw. It's a super high quality mouse and the narrow front feels more controlled in CS than pretty much any other mouse I've used besides the G303SE that I mained for a few years.

Had a G303 myself for 2 years, my grip on it felt very forced at times even though my hands are not big. Probably the mouse I've strained fingers more than on anything else, because I tried to keep at least some palm contact back then. Still loved it overall until double clicking retirement. From what I remember it wasn't among the most popular with pros, unlike Logitech's hold right now, maybe it didn't fit that many people? There will always be wide adoption problems for more unique mice.

The inward taper of the g305 was always a little too much for me but I like the middle of the mouse being thicker as you highlight here. The g309 really has been perfect for me with that in mind. I did use the ec2 for a long time and while it is outward tapered. I always felt I could lift it fine but I could see why that would bother you. As someone else stated. The g303 is also great for your preferences. But it noticeably larger than the g305 and g309.

r/MouseReview • My issue transitioning away from g305. Has anyone been through the same thing? What mouse did you end up getting? ->

I've got a logitech hero, it seems fine but I really don't like it. Ergonomically it's fine, no issues with holding it, just button xonfig and positioning is a bit off, keep switching dpi macros by accident mid game.

Logitech G303 the shroud mouse lol. It’s got two side buttons and I love how light it is. Fits my hands great too
