I've got G402, G502 and G502X and After all this time I still think the G402 is the best simply due to the fact it has no RUBBER on the left side so it NEVER feels sticky. Truth.
r/MouseReview • 4 Years Later Review of my Logitech G402 Hyperion Fury ->rubber on the right side, the left side no rubber
r/MouseReview • 4 Years Later Review of my Logitech G402 Hyperion Fury ->I used g402 for years love it so much, I bought g305 to try wireless. Horrible experience cursor jumping lagging so many issue am sure sensor is faulty
r/pcmasterrace • I analyzed the 25 most recommended gaming mice on Reddit ->the double click is a 50-50, my g502 and g402 lasted for 4-5 years and i didn't get double click issues in both of them
r/mkindia • Help me choose a gaming mouse ->i use it from 2017 untill 2 days ago when it stoped working, in transition while waiting and picking new mouse im using bloody v7 that i bought 10 years ago and i reallyze that i was thinking that is great mouse but infact 1.micro movement is rly hard with it because its heavy, and that couses inconsistency when you play more than 2-3hrs 2.i usually played csgo , 2 now , and after few games i was slower and losing duels because of that 3. sensor was perfect never spins out, every move is precise, but i had problem with micro aim probably because its big and heavy , aiming with bloody v7 (3305dk sensor) for me is superior at micro aiming, and it has terible sensor on my dpi 680edpi i spin out every time i need to turn around fast , and sometimes on harder flicks 4. on g402 flicks are precise , for flick shots it was great, for control its bad 5.ghub for me is bad but its good that you can turn off click that are closest to left click , and you can program i think every button 6. now there are a lot better picks for shape and precision tips for bloody v7 users - on 400 dpi it spins out less :)
r/MouseReview • 4 Years Later Review of my Logitech G402 Hyperion Fury ->G402 for the last 5 years. I have huge hands(i can hold the basketball with one hand). The wire on the mouse has started to comeoff since last 6 months. Now I am looking for a wireless mouse. Any good suggestions?
r/mkindia • Help me choose a gaming mouse ->My main mouse is the logi g402 ive had it for 4 years and no complaints. I also have the exact kreo mouse you are looking at for more than 2 years, pretty good bt connectivity and the silence switches are nice but the software is not good at all the ghub for logi is the best software for configuration of buttons. On windows the kreo works very good but i remember running into some problems with mac devices on bt mode like it kept getting disconnected but that was pretty long back i think that might be fixed by now but i cant check anymore since I no longer have a mac device. In terms of hand feel, i have fairly larger hands so i prefer bigger mice like the g402, the kreo is also fairly large and light but the g304 is quite small so take that into consideration. I haven't use the razer mouse so can't comment on that
r/mkindia • Help me choose a gaming mouse ->Get a brand new box packed logitech g402, bought it last year from Czone online for 7k and its still working great
r/PakGamers • Best Mouse under 6k? ->My final verdict for this review is going to be mixed, especially considering that this is a very old model mouse, and some features have become a bit of a priority for the gaming/eSports mouse market that this mouse lacks for the price. Besides, my experience with Gaming Mice in general is limited (I'm a broke University student, after all.) However, in my over 4 years of use, I do think that this mouse is incredible and works great for anyone who wants a well-designed, large-sized gaming mouse that will last for a while. Let’s start with the obvious. No, I haven’t suffered from any double-click issues yet. So, no complaints there. And also, let me explain my use case for this mouse – I’ve used this as my daily driver mouse on a very old PC, strictly playing single-player games and doing quite a bit of typing work, personal file management and browsing, the latter two requiring my mouse because I tend to forget my keyboard shortcuts. I haven’t used other gaming mice, except for a few encounters with my friend’s ₹400 Dragonwar Gaming Mouse (Which has also survived for quite a long while!). I also recently purchased a gaming laptop, and used the mouse for playing Valorant casually amongst newer single-player games until I bought a G304 specifically for the laptop. A.) Design and Build Quality: The mouse is pretty large, and has this alien-spaceship design that is pretty unique, NGL. While its successor, the G502 Proteus Core (now the Hero) took the design a bit too far in my opinion, the G402 straddles the fine line between comfortable and stylish. The buttons are mostly placed pretty decently, although I didn’t often use the two upright buttons next to the Left Mouse Button. The plastic is really good, and while the rubber grip on both sides can get a bit grimy after a while, I think the quality is good enough and can easily remain clean with some regular cleaning and maintenance (Which, unfortunately I wasn’t too good at.) The scroll wheel also has a rubber covering, which I personally don’t like, but the wheel is otherwise really good. All the buttons are very tactile, pretty hassle-free, and the primary buttons at the top have the higher-pitched sound we’ve come to know from Logi. So, no complaints. The feet are okay, not bad. They’re pretty much the same material as the ones on the G304 Lightspeed. The cable itself is not braided, but is of a decent length, and the USB connector is pretty small and doesn’t take too much space to block the use of nearby USB ports, which a lot of gaming mice do at lower price points. The mouse features NO RGB, instead opting for a single Blue Breathable LED on the “G” logo, as well as lights on the left to indicate the DPI profiles, of which 4 can be selected. As someone who isn’t crazy about RGB, this isn’t a big deal, and I found the light scheme to be pretty neat. The surface cracks on the mouse body are my fault, sorry. (P.S. Don’t use Acetone to clean this mouse. This is the end result.) B.) Sensor, Switches, and Features: The G402 doesn’t come with the now-flagship “Hero” Sensor, which was introduced in the G502 Hero and is found on the G304, but that being said, this is no slouch either. The G402 also features the Fusion Engine, which facilitates smooth tracking of the mouse regardless of the speed at which you fling the mice anywhere. I’ve tested this as well using Logitech’s Proprietary software, but your mileage may vary. The switches, as mentioned before, are very good. I’ve had almost zero complaints with the switches in terms of accidental clicks, or clicks not registering. The assumedly low range of Sensitivity in DPI is not an issue for me, especially since the highest DPI range is more than enough. Also, the lower DPI is enough for me to start driving the mouse across state lines to move from one edge of the screen to another….. The point is, “What you see is What you get.” Not more, but certainly not less. Also, the mouse has an onboard memory for storing a single profile that programs all your keys for specific commands as well as DPI presets, regardless of what system you connect it too, which I found to be invaluable while hopping across my PC and laptop. C.) Software: This is where my experience gets a bit more interesting. I didn’t use G Hub as my primary software for this mouse, since it uses a Web-Installer and my PC has some issues when it comes to maintaining a decent internet connection. So I actually was using the last known version of Logitech Gaming Software (LGS), and I thought it was pretty decent. In fact, after downloading the G Hub for using my G304, I find that this version of Logitech’s software is a bit more convoluted than the older one and suffers from all the Telemetry BS all applications want to acquire these days. That being said, both apps are still smooth, lightweight and offer good customization options for the mice and don’t really cause any more issues. I found LGS pretty easy to set up and create custom profiles, and switching from onboard memory to the system profiles was very easy. D.) Weight: This is an important topic I decided to tackle in a separate section. THIS MOUSE IS NOT SUPERLIGHT. It’s not light at all. At about 120 grams, this mouse will be looked over by many eSports pros who will prefer lighter mice. And I think that’s a valid opinion. While I personally like the heft of the mouse, it does by no means offer an advantage in pro gaming setups that current options can offer. All of this basically leads me to highlight a single point – THIS MOUSE IS OLD. Not only is it old, has a successor in the G502, G502 X Lightspeed, the G304 and other mice, it’s price hasn’t really dropped significantly in the last few years since I’ve purchased it. These successors themselves are pretty old too. At this price point, you could reasonably add another ₹200 and get the G304, which is slightly lighter, can be modded to become significantly lighter at about 80 grams, and is wireless. (Although, there is a significant different in the shape and design, where I still prefer the G402.) And in India, you can get mouse with similar performance at much lower prices, with varying degrees of quality. Either way, I love this mouse, but I do think that it should only be considered if you can get it at a sale price of about ₹2200 or even lower. Don’t pay ₹2300 like I did. It’s really good for a mouse for casual, or entry-level eSports, and for people wanting a hefty, spacious mouse that lasts for long. What do you think? How's your experience with the G402? And do you think that the new G Hub is a better app than LGS?
r/MouseReview • 4 Years Later Review of my Logitech G402 Hyperion Fury ->Personally, I have a bias towards the g402 same price range, I know its not what you're looking for but UK, had to say it. Otherwise Logitech is pretty good.
r/mkindia • Help me choose a gaming mouse ->If you also play MMO and RTS or other games, having a 3rd side button helps A LOT, like for example I used the G402 for a while in games like Fortnite, because having a 3rd side button helps tons with the building, then lately moved to the Basilisk V3, and then to the G502X Wired because is lighter. Also if you going to do some office work, having dual mode scroll wheel is really good! Sadly there are still not any lightweight options under 70g with 3 side buttons from Razer or Logitech tho. For purely FPS games like Valorant, I'm using the Viper V3 Pro tho.
r/MouseReview • Logitech vs Razer in 2024? ->Vertical needs more time to get used to in general, but it follows the natural position your arm is in, so it would put less strain on your forearm. Ergo is a shape that attempts to put you palm at a comfortable position, by mapping the curvature of your palm when relaxed. It would put strain on your forearm still. I tries the MX Master 3 and I enjoyed it a lot. Never tried the G502, but have used the G402 and it's pretty good for my hand size, though not as good as MX Master 3 in terms of material quality. I have 18×10 hands for reference.
r/MouseReview • Good mouse for architecture and gaming as a student ->G402 is good
r/Indiangamers • Which mouse is best for gaming among these? You can also recommend other mice that you know or use. ->This is my favorite mouse and daily driver for last 7 Years, that being said, its incredibly heavy. Does anyone know if someone has created a lighter model of this mouse? any custom websites or whatnot? would love to see a honey comb shell/new material variant with updated internals. maybe even wireless if my dreams come true :P
r/MouseReview • 4 Years Later Review of my Logitech G402 Hyperion Fury ->I have a g402 great mouse, worth every penny. Extra buttons are too handy especially for creating macros and shortcuts. Those extra keys saved me so much in path of exile and other games too. But the side button is a little annoying But the good thing is that you disable it

r/Indiangamers • Which mouse is best for gaming among these? You can also recommend other mice that you know or use. ->Hi. I have got large (20x11cm) hands and use at palm-claw hybrid when using the mouse for productivity and a relaxed claw when gaming. Really need some support for the bottom of my palm. I use a g402. I have used g304/g305 and would it to be small but also the shape was terrible. Would the R1 be good?

r/MouseReview • VXE R1 Pro/Max : Long term users - How is your experience so far? ->You can get a brand new Logitech g402 for 6.5k and or a Logitech g102 which is cheaper , personally I'd suggest the g402 but it depends upon what kind of mouse grip you prefer
r/PakGamers • Best Mouse under 6k? ->I own an MX Master 3 for work and still go back to the G402 whenever I wanna game lmao
r/mkindia • Help me choose a gaming mouse ->According to your use: Pure hardcore gaming: Logitech G402 Calm casual gaming: Razer deathadder, Logitech G203 YouTuber or steamer: Razer Cobra Best budget: Kreo hawk My choice is that you should take Razer deathadder or G203 as it is cheap, provides peaceful gaming experience and provide decent aesthetics
r/Indiangamers • Which mouse is best for gaming among these? You can also recommend other mice that you know or use. ->If u want durability buy Logitech g402. It's just built different

r/Indiangamers • Which mouse is best for gaming among these? You can also recommend other mice that you know or use. ->Idk. I've been using mine well god knows how many years😂. My gaming friends use the same for many years. Well thin cable matter much?
r/Indiangamers • Which mouse is best for gaming among these? You can also recommend other mice that you know or use. ->this mouse served me well for quite a while, i'm sure there are newer and better models out there now but for me this for about 40-50 euros that i got it back in the day has proven a good choice. i have only one small negative and that is that this is quite chonky, i don't really like super light mice but this is a tad bit too much on the other side. i personally never bothered with any of the extra features, i put it on a certain speed, left the colour as it was and didn't touch any of the extra buttons besides the classic two on the side. people overthink too much on mice, just get an affordable one that has two side buttons, is built to last and is comfortable, everything else is just marketing nonsense, you ain't gonna click more heads with more rgb or with more buttons or with whatever the fuck, so don't overspend for no reason.
r/MouseReview • 4 Years Later Review of my Logitech G402 Hyperion Fury ->still using my g402 mouse. my keyboard is customised on basis of a royal kludge keyboard
r/Grimdawn • What mouse and keyboard are you using? In the market for a new one. ->Got the Deathadder pro v3 wired the other week along with a HUGE mousepad - shit feels amazing after using a heavier Hyperion Fury for years Definitely get a mouse - we’re talking about 50-70 financial investment to make all games feel much better
r/counterstrike • How important is a gaming mouse? ->Just buy whichever other mouse you're interested in trying then see if it fits YOUR unique hand shape, if it doesn't - return it/resell it and keep trying, until you'll (hopefully) find a comfortable replacement or until you'll return back to G502. That's the best advice you'll ever get, from a person who tried ALL of popular "MMO mice with 3x4 button grid on the left side" and just went back to Logitech G402 because it's most comfortable for MY specific hand shape and MY preferred way of gripping the mouse.
r/MMORPG • MMO mouse: G502 Lightspeed might be dying... Any recommendations? ->Bro it has the thinnest cable it is a great mouse for the price but durable it is not.
r/Indiangamers • Which mouse is best for gaming among these? You can also recommend other mice that you know or use. ->It does to some people mine has been in use for 4 years now and it's working fine but a couple of my friends broke the cable in a year so 😐
r/Indiangamers • Which mouse is best for gaming among these? You can also recommend other mice that you know or use. ->Going on 8 years with mine, from Destiny 2 comp to fucking Balatro babyyy
r/MouseReview • 4 Years Later Review of my Logitech G402 Hyperion Fury ->It's a legendary piece of hardware.
r/MouseReview • 4 Years Later Review of my Logitech G402 Hyperion Fury ->For gaming first measure you palm and then check weight of mouse you might like, I started with g402 140gm but after shifting to deathadder 59g feel much better. For large hands g402 deathadder suits. https://preview.redd.it/mh7pyzyl90ne1.jpeg?width=1170&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=d40cdcb4051181e2d1a84b121f43fc03979f72b4

r/mkindia • gaming mouse under 3k ->there's a lot more factors into it if you're just looking at the peripherals. These could include mousepad, mouse weight, size, grip etc. Personally I've used a lot of mice playing tac fps. These includes a Logitech G402, EC2, 2 crappy GPWs, RVU, a very bad copy of the GPX, DAV3P, and now I'm on my Lamzu Maya X and EGG XM2W 4K Looking back I think I made the most progress with my game with the RVU, then again I also upgraded to a Hien mousepad from a very old QcK. You could also say that my own personal growth as a player could've contributed to it as well. Although looking at it objectively it's actually quite funny since I felt that playing the AWP/OP I was more consistent when using an ergo mouse and when rifling I feel more consistent with an ambi mouse. I think even today when I'm playing Rivals, l4d2, BF, or Squad with the boys I still feel the same way.
r/MouseReview • Do you guys perform better on ambi or ergo mouses? Specfically for tac fps like cs2, val? ->it does.
r/MouseReview • 4 Years Later Review of my Logitech G402 Hyperion Fury ->I have both a new and an old g402. There is rubber coating on both the left and right side.
