I find Logitech the best for me, and I have big hands. They do some nice chunky ones with all the bells and whistles of the gaming ones. I had a g700s which is now old, and I have I think it's a g300 or something 300

I have a Logitech g700s, it’s older but you can still pick them up, it’s large, and it’s mostly fits my hands.

The G604 WAS A $40-60 mouse before it was discontinued. The price on that graph is because of AI algorithms and stock scarcity, but I bought 3 because despite it having a shitty stock switch it’s the closest thing I can get to my former GOAT, the g700. The G700 lasted me 8 years before double clicking and had the perfect amount of buttons, positioning, scroll wheel trigger, and ergonomics. Logitech realized they fucked up because it was too good, and meant customers weren’t buying new products every year. The G604 is the spiritual successor to that mouse but designed to only last 2 years tops with shitty button and switch durability.

Anyone recommending Razer products should honestly have their comments removed. If you recommended them 10 years ago, they were great. You are lucky now if your Razer product lasts you a year under *medium* use. I know guys who have the old black widow chromas, they still work. And its practically given a funeral procession when those die because they DONT make them anymore and the new products are nowhere near as good. Everything that came after those, Razer realized their products lasted so long that people didnt buy more stuff. So the quality dropped (likely 100% intentional) so they could make more profit. If you are recommending their OLD hardware that you still posess cool. Their NEW iteration (the stuff that you dont own because you still have their old stuff) is guaranteed to have problems at around the 1 year mark. Its how they are built now. TL;DR It is well known now in the community that new razer products released in the last 5 years, or even the old/greats that they "still make" like the naga have decreased in quality immensely and no longer hold up under any amount of real usage. It has been a MAJOR complaint across reddit for some time. Including issues with their software that are ongoing for YEARS without fix. Also # NOTHING WILL EVER BEAT THE G700S MOUSE AND IM STILL SAD IT GOT DISCONTINUED.

I hate corsair Icue. But, after my logitech G700s crapped out, I bought a corsair nightsword. It still works. Buddies got one recently and they still work.

Bought some g700s on Ebay and switches skates and other stuff. Learned how to repair switches that make double clicks. Can use em till I die.

Same for the g700 series.....bought one on 2011.....still working fine. Comparing to the g506, it is like made by the gods themselves, now it bad quality materials and bad software everywhere

Well clearly they do, with my own personal experience. I had an old g700s from 2014 and it still works flawlessly after all those years of abuse. It was an awesome mouse, still have it in my drawer. I only decided to get a new one because I upgraded my setup and got new peripherals. I’ve had this g502x plus for more than 2 years, and it’s been working flawlessly just like my previous Logitech mouse. I suspect it will last me for a long time.

man, my mouse game may be limited but the mouse that lasted me for a literal decade was a logitech g700s. Hence went with a gpro superlight which is going 3 years strong. And I remember my fair share of cheap A4tech wired/wireless mice that literally die within a year. Maybe your room/country has high humidity? Found that it fouls up mice switches/encoders fast.

I love the Logitech g700(s) which seems to match your needs as well. The problem being that it has also been discontinued for many years. I have a refurbished one with custom switches from ebay and I couldn't be happier with a mouse, but it was frankly extremely expensive.

Missing the GOAT imo. Have had: Intellimouse v3 Razer Habu Razer Lachesis Random weird cheap one Logitech MX600 Other weird cheap one Steelseries Wow mouse 1 & 2. Logitech G700, G700s, G700s (previous GOAT imo) Logitech G502's (a good few) Roccat Kone XP Roccat Kone XP is THE absolute greatest mouse that's ever existed. It's Roccat's "Swan Song". The last mouse made under their brand before Turtle Beach fully absorbed them and the Roccat branding pretty much disappeared. It's absolutely the best thing ever created as a mouse. Even the "gimmicky" thumb "shift switch" is perfectly placed/balanced to double up keys available. Uses optical switches so there's none of the "logitech/omron microswitch plate inside fades with time" issues. The G502 is a VERY VERY good mouse. The Kone XP is absolutely better in every meaningful way. Still exists, now under turtle beach branding. TB absolutely suck donkey balls, I'd buy a TB branded one if either of the Kone XP's I have died. It's light, a TINY bit wider than the G502, similar weight/size/shape otherwise. It being Roccat, I think most folks missed it. They had typical German levels of good engineering, their software was terrible. TB coming in sorted the software. If they haven't messed with/cheapened the internals, still utterly peerless imo.

I used to play with a Logitech G700s. But they haven't made that in a while. I found a similar mouse in the Roccat Kone XP Air. It has 5 thumb buttons and a couple extra ones on top.

For me, 2-5 are weapon skills (left click is auto attack because I use action cam), I have 6-0 mapped to my mouse for heal, utility, and elite skills (g700, g600, g602, or g502 all work well for this with the scroll wheel rocker being ironically really useful), shift+mouse mappings for f1-f5 for profession skills (I'm an engineer main), tab for weapon swap, q/shift q for pet attack/return, v for dodge, b for special action, x w/ radial for mounts, Ctrl x w/ radial for novelties and mastery skills. Tldr- using shift or Ctrl to layer your skill mappings is the way to go. You'd be surprised how easy you get used to it since you already instinctively use shift for sprinting or just typing normally.

My g602 and 700 are both double clicking, so I'm torn between researching how to solder so I can fix em instead of trying to find a replacement or just learning to work with the 502's 3 side buttons and 2 index buttons + scroll wheel side rocker. I understand that MMOs are pretty rare nowadays, but man it sucks that Logitech pivoted exclusively to fps-focused mice.

Haven't used that mouse, but having a mouse with 4+ side buttons feels great. I use the g700 or 602 (double rip) depending on the computer I'm on. Idk if I'd need something with 12 like the naga since I find using 1-5 with one hand and 6-0 as needed with my mouse w/ shift modifiers for f keys is pretty easy, but I wouldn't think it could hurt to have extra options.

That is so weird for us to have such vastly different experiences. I'm on a chaos spectrum g900 since 2016, before that i was using a g700 since 2012, a g9x between 2009 and 2012 and a few junk mouses before that. Not saying that you were rough handling them, i do too. It's like with my saitek hotas, works since more than a decade while many say the same model failed in a few years. Hardware lottery

My G700 crapped out on me but I couldn't replace it due to being  discontinued. Found the G700s, which is essentially the same thing. Now I find out that's been discontinued too? WTF Logitech?

I had a similar problem with a well-used G700. The plastic had with down and it wasn't making enough pressure to reliably single click. I just put a piece of plastic on top of the switch and it worked like new again.

Sucks to hear Logitech went down hill. I have two, mx518, 20+ years old and 15+ of that was daily use. Still works. My current daily driver is a g700s about 8 years old, needs a new rechargable battery, but solid otherwise. Zero issues with either ever. I see the g700s on eBay for hundreds of dollars. Tempts me to sell, but I bet I'd regret it.

Not specifically an MMO mouse, but I have the Logitech G700s and love it. They don't make it any more, so when this one dies (I'm on my second) I'm gonna be SOL. I've gotten so used to the 4 thumb buttons and their arrangement that adjusting to anything else after all these years is gonna suck. I can't find another one with that same layout.

YES! I had a G700 and then a G700s (wish they could have left off the stupid tribal/gamer graphics for the S). Anyway, I have all my DIP, polling-rate, etc settings saved to the mouse's internal memory, and now it just works exactly how I want it to, even without software, even when building a new PC and bringing the mouse along, with no initial setup. I use those USB rechargable AA batteries. I just have one on the PC's USB and one in the mouse. Swap them when the mouse dies. That's really the only downside. It really chews through the battery fast when you're using the really high polling rate for gaming. But pulling the battery out of my PC's USB port only takes 5 seconds, even if I do have to do it every 5-7 days.
