This mouse is a compact mouse that's a compact version of one of their most popular models, which is the Basilisk. We upgraded from the Logitech G705 because of the form factor and the lightness. It turned out that this one was a lot more lightweight. It just feels a lot more lightweight, the Razer model compared to the Logitech. It's extremely more responsive and a lot more accurate. DPI is felt right away, even with a Bluetooth connection. It's so much more superior than the Logitech model that we previously had. The battery life also lasts an incredible amount of time, but just the form factor is designed with brilliance. It feels great, and it just is one of my favorite all-time mice I ever had. I'm also coming from the Logitech series, the MX Master Series, and I had the first three models but eventually started hurting my hand. It's too heavy, too bulky. I need something that can last me all day and night because I work on the computer for a massive amount of time. For a while, the Logitech was my go-to, but the rubber on the scroll wheel just got too dirty and I couldn't clean it. I decided to look for something better, and I'm glad I did because I found my new favorite mouse ever.

Considering you are using a superlight I can assume you are using your mouse for video games. AFAIK while a vertical mouse can alleviate some pain while doing normal tasks, with the repetitive motions that games require it can lead to more wrist strain while gaming due to the available range of motion. This comes from experience as someone who started on pc fps with a vertical mouse. I would rather recommend a wider ergo-type gaming mouse that shifts your wrists towards a more open position. I can't name many good options off the top of my head, but think of mice like the mx master, razer basilisk, G705, and G502. These mice are heavier than "superlight" mice, but there are options on the Chinese market which copy the shape but with a lighter weight. But I am not well versed enough to give recommendations.

Your grip style and hand size make a huge impact on recommendations. I have 6.5inch hands roughly, and a full palm grip and I had a lot of issues replacing my previous generation glorious model d. That mouse gave me no hand pain and it took several purchases to find ones I like. Shape is king for me and always will be. I like the razer deathadder hyperspeed, and mchose A7 ultra. These two really feel great in my hand and aren't too big like many mice are for me. I tried pulsar x3 crazylight, logitech dex 2 superlight, mchose m7, keychron m3 mini and m7, steelseries aerox 3 gen 2, logitech g705 All the above gave me hand pain except A7 ultra and DeathAdder hyperspeed. I have this mouse and also don't have small hands (same length as many men I know). I've been playing CS with it and prefer it to my G305 for the shape. Idk if this means much but my aim rating is usually 70-90 on leetify. I do leave the lights off because the battery goes really fast with them on. It's pretty quick to charge though
