> or gaming mice (better sensor, switch, durability) I am a long time Windows user and I have a pile of gaming mice. In November I purchased a Mac Mini and decided to go along with the crowd and get a MX Master 3S. I was surprised by how bad it was. People raved about it but to me it was far worse then the mice I was used to using. So, I ended up going back to a G903 which IMO is way better. The only positives to the 3S is the scroll wheel is much quieter and better battery life.

Last one I bought was a G403 that I had so many issues with (scroll wheel, cable being thick as hell, heavy, etc ). I mostly lost faith in Logitech gaming stuff. Bought a refurbished G903 which I occasionally use on the go, but I don't find it comfortable for longer gaming sessions. And recently bought an MX Master 3S for work (perfect). Rocking a Vaxee NP-01, and it's crazy good.

MX Master 3S for basically everything. G903 Lightspeed for FPS. But, nothing wrong with buying G502X if you're already super comfortable with G502. Personally, I probably will never get out of Logitech. Just too used with the software already and nothing compare to my MX Master. Used the series since 2S

Don't let anyone talk you into a PoS Naga, or any Razer product. If you really want a button grid, get the corsair scimitar Personally, I use a G903, which is what I would recommend. Being able to rebind every button on the mouse gives endless possibilities. Sidescrolling in particular is a very convenient set of buttons to rebind.

I've got a G903, I've been thinking of modifying it with a 3d printed shell to put its additional buttons in easier to press places.

I have pretty large hands also. The Logitech G903 has been my go to mouse for about 7 years now. It has a long body so it’s perfect for long hands but is not too bulky either.

I'm very happy with my G903 with wireless charging (Powerplay). It enables you to choose between having mouse button 3 and 4 (the thumbies) on the left, the right OR both sides (attaching magnetically). Edit: off you can program the buttons independently and they don't have the same function

I love my new Logitech G703 for claw grip. I tried G502 and G903 but G703 is obviously the superior choice for my style of grip. It's a pretty boring slab of plastic if you switch off the RGB that just looks like "a mouse" tbh if you know what I mean

Good afternoon, everyone. I'm looking to buy a Superlight 2, but I saw that there's a Dex version for right-handed users. I currently use a Superlight 1, and although I love the mouse and it's considerably improved my gameplay, I was thinking about passing it on to my brother, who has an old G403. I got this Superlight 1 from a friend a month ago because he requested a replacement under warranty. The problem was minor, and I fixed it easily. However, I haven't adapted to the size of the mouse yet. I used a G903 Lightspeed, a heavy, ergonomic mouse. So I was wondering if what I'm feeling is just a process of adapting to the mouse's size, or if it's worth buying the Dex version, considering I'm going to buy the Superlight 2 anyway. Also, the Dex version here in Brazil costs R$850 (US$156.05) and the regular version costs R$759 (US$145.95), which is a good price difference here in Brazil. Unfortunately, there are no places to test mice here, so I want your opinion. Should I spend approximately R$100.00 more to buy the Dex version or should I save and buy the regular Superlight 2?

Hey, so like the title says I need to find a good mouse for my hands, a mouse I was comfortable with was the roccat kone emp (its ancient at this point) I swapped back and forth with other mice and as of now I'm using a g903 lightspeed and tbh there's prob not a single thing I like about, it feels small in my hand and I don't really like the ambidextrous mice in general. Now I've been searching a bit and the pro x superlight 2 dex doesn't look half bad. But it's pricey and still small if I go by the specifications of it so does someone have a good alternative. I'd need to keep the 8k rate if possible. Edit : I'll also add here that I'm an osu player and also play games like valorant, csgo even apex legends

Logitech g902 with lightspeed and wireless charging is wicked with the charging mouse pad. Great placement of buttons and great feel, mouse wheel has ratchet and free spin modes. Have used mine full time for 3 years no problem. Have another waiting for it to fail. Great imho. Easy macros and programming and has 0, 2 or 4 side buttons (removable 2 on each side). 2 other buttons in the centre and tilt wheel.

Hey mate, i have big hands and the best mouse i had was a Roccat Kone XTD optical. Unfortunately Turtle Shit bought them out and put the Roccat brand out to pasture. I bought the G903 and added Ant Grips to it, its not quite as big but the rough texture of the ant Grips makes it easier to cup and hold the mouse with the centre of your hand. Prior to installing the grips i had to take a break frequently or I would begin to get cramp and pain in my hand...

1) I never implied that it's the best. Also my personal opinion is irrelevant anyway. 2) When you say logitech's sensor isn't better on paper it's probably on your own paper right? Because on paper Hero 2 has better battery efficiency, better tracking, higher IPS, higher DPI and higher acceleration. Meanwhile 3950 only beats Hero2 on polling rate. 3) This is all irrelevant anyway since there is no noticable difference, these companies just try to say "I have bigger numbers than you" for marketing reasons. 4) So on paper Hero2 is definitely better but in reality it depends on the use case, it's definitely one of the best sensors on the market and for most Hero2 and 3950 are considered both the Top1 sensors right now. 5) Even if that weren't the case, I answered the question, I didn't start sensor wars. Logitech mice are superior when it comes to wireless and that has a lot to do with the sensor. And as I said, better than a 30$ mice because the 30$ mice will either have a good sensor, or it will be wireless. I am unaware of a mouse that can do that at that price range. There are nice that can do it cheaper than Logitech that's for sure, Logitech mice are definitely overpriced. I know this is Reddit but let's not argue just for the sake of arguing.

r/cs2 • Why everyone says Logitech G Pro Superlight is bad and most pros use it? ->

It has a great sensor. That's why most pros use a Logitech mouse in general. The super light is preferred because hey okay a lot of hours so it's less strain in their hands and wrists. I can't play with super light mice in general but I have the g902 which is a heavy mouse and my wrists don't really enjoy it as much as I do hahaha It is hated because it's overpriced, and yes most Logitech mice are overpriced. But it has one of the best sensors on the market, for some the best. Some people can justify the price others can't. But it's definitely overpriced and people don't like that (and they shouldn't) but at the end of the day it's a great mouse

Add me as a negative vote for Naga Pro (No.9). I've owned three so far (one bought, two gifted, just so you don't think I'm insane for buying the same crap over and over expecting a better result). The rubber on the side disintegrates after a year, the scroll-click microswitch died on all three after two years, after five months, and after a year. Razer Synapse is dogshit, as well. Profiles get lost from time to time, especially if you have more than five game profiles, and their cloud saves magically stop working, losing all the profiles in the process, as well. The profile switcher is a hit and miss most of the time. The only good things about the mouse are the swappable thumb panels, and wireless/BT connectivity for multiple devices. I switch between 6/12 button layouts all the time, and I love it. Before that, I had a G900 and 903, three years apart, both had faulty microswitches on both LMB and RMB...

I had to do this on my Logitec 903s, THREE of them. It was so fucking insane to watch them all go bad. I ended up with 3 because Logi would at least replace them for me, but jfc. Changing the switch though, you can customize the force which is awesome.

I had that same realization. My original 903 lasted multiple years, and when I finally noticed the issue, they replaced it quickly. It was when the second one died (this is how I ended up with 3) that I got my replacement but decided to modify the old ones. I am still using two of the modified ones, and ended up breaking one of them with a bad solder I just need to clean, so it remains as is. Point being though, if this issue happens, its not hard to fix. Hell, even a PC repair shop or electronics shop would probably solder the switches on for minimal cost. Logitech apparently just does not care. I think its the fact they make millions of mice and have some contract locking them in to terrible switches. They know about it though, hence the free replacement.

Taipan is a legend mouse, shame we don't really have an upgraded version. The mice suggested here aren't bad, but they don't have the same shape as the Taipan, which has more flared backend and concave sides. You'll want to look at mice with a Zowie FK-esque shape to get a similar profile. You can also still buy G903's from Logitech, but they are heavy and use a slightly dated sensor and switches. Lots of stuff out there, just got a do a little homework.

You can give the G903 a try, it is slighty more narrow in the front but the hump extends much further back which allows you to have much more contact with your palm. Alternatively the Mountain Makalu 67 is an option, it is an ergo shape like the G502 but the Makalu has more junk in the trunk which again allows for more contact with large hands.

I went from playing World of Warcraft and using a MMO mouse with a ton of keybinds, to Diablo 3 where I didn't exactly even need any extra ones. I got sponsored a Razer Naga Hex mouse when they first came out, they were directly targeted at aRPG gamers (I streamed at the time). I eventually played a a couple more MMOs but just couldn't quite get back into the "sweatyness" of all the keybinds and buttons. So from there on out, I've just been a pretty minimal and casual player. I'm older now too, almost 40. So definitely don't have as much time as I once did, nor the passion / care. I like video games, buy my mouse is my mouse and I'll work with what I've got. Which is a Logitech G903 btw. Well, except for when I had bad wrist issues and I bought a Logitech MX Vertical. Still bust it out every once in a while when the wrist flares up. And I actually like the G903 so much I bought a second one for my laptop. So, yeah. Take all that rambling for what you will. 😅

lot of people saying g502, I personally would recommend the g903, I reckon they're bigger and more comfortable, I have big hands, my father has even bigger hands, he uses my g902 and doesn't have an issue with it, it's ambidextrous and you can swap the buttons from left to right if your a lefty like me... only downside is you have to use the Logitech software which is absolutely broken.

G903. Yeah. It wasn't really good at gaming at all (maybe mobas at max) but it was built hella solid. It still works and I love using it for productivity with it's side buttons on both the left and right, and the infinite scroll feature.

Logitech G903, it's tad less wide than a Death Adder, but it's .03mm longer and the mouse clickers seem to extend a bit more than that.

Logitech g903, but I don't think it rly matters. Any mouse with three buttons and a wheel that doesn't introduce huge latency should do. Just make sure it's comfortable for you.

Besides soldering a new switch, you can also try debouncing software which set a delay between clicks, solving the issue. This method worked for my old G903.

It was prob the 903 or the 702. Mine went just after the warranty was out, I found 1 guide in Japanese on how to fully disassemble it, and did the switch swap myself. 903 was fully ambidextrous, the 702 had the thumb rest

Yes, yes they can, and its usually quite simple. Hell Logitech mice are known for having bad qaulity control on their switches, but I still run the 502 and 903, the 903 needed new primary switches after ~1year, the 502 is still running the originals but Ive got spares ready to go when needed. The Logitech mice are less simple to dismantle...

Speaking of getting a new gaming mouse. Does anyone know of a softer mouse for gaming. I have Fibromyalgia and sometime using the wheel or even holding the mouse is really painful during a flareup. Granted when it is at its worst I can't even pet my cat so even a soft mouse wouldn't matter. I currently have a G903 mouse for gaming.

Unironically, the g900/g903 it is my favorite shape I have felt so stable with it in aiming when it first came out and I still use it for pixel perfect photography editing. Sometimes I come back to it for gaming but I have to admit that it's just too heavy but todays standards, and I find myself getting back to my pulsar x2h mini. I wish there was a g900 clone just lighter so bad. I also wanna try the regular x2h from Pulsar, held it in microcenter and it felt pretty good tbh

Logitech g502 or lightspeed. I wouldnt go with razer as i went through like 5 deathadders, and all of them developed a double click problem (i play alot of games that require alot of clicking). Had the logitech lightspeed for some time now and its been solid.

I'm jealous of people that can use a mouse with all the side buttons. My thumb is pretty much numb from nerve damage that never healed right so I can't feel any of the buttons. I use the Logitech hero instead so I get the two buttons on the top for my interrupts, the big side button for my placeable spell, and the other two with my self heals. I wish they had an ambidextrous version of the hero with the buttons mirrored on both sides so I could use them and feel them.

I've got a logitech hero, it seems fine but I really don't like it. Ergonomically it's fine, no issues with holding it, just button xonfig and positioning is a bit off, keep switching dpi macros by accident mid game.
