It's a good mouse, the only thing that would bother me are the mechanical switches (you should be fine for a while they've a lifespan of 80 million clicks) I personally prefer optical switches (less prone to double click).

They're still mechanical switches, don't worry to much about it. The switches in the Pro Max are very good, if you want to go for optical switches you've to choose a different model (in my experience the logo on the black version is barely visible).

Do you have any thoughts on the Mchose A5 Pro Max? I like that it has no branding in the mouse

Mchose A5 Pro Max. It’s a little small for my hands but it has checked every other box

r/MouseReviewWhat's your current main peripherals & game?

Game(s): Age of Empires II Definitive Edition / League of Legends Mice: Mchose A5 Pro Max / Razer Deathadder V2 Mousepad: Razer Gygantus Keyboards: Mchose Ace 60 Pro / Razer Blackwidow V3 Mini Hyperspeed. I still can't decide of which peripherals to use. I love the response and speed of Mchose's, but Razer's feel better I don't know why.

It depends on your hand size and grip. If you’re convinced of switching from egg shape to potato shape, and if your hands are not so big, A5 Ultra could be a good option too. Mchose G3 is more like your G102, and I personally don’t like the side buttons (that’s the only issue in that shape for me) So I switched to a A5 Pro Max and overall it’s good, but just a little bit tiny for my hand. I couldn’t get A7 ultra in black so I got a M7 Ultra and it feels better, but certainly I prefer the standard potato shape (A5/A7).

r/MouseReviewRelaxed claw 18.5x10 budget around $50: MCHOSE A7 V2 Ultra or Razer Viper V2 Pro

Those actually might be a bit big. Unless you know you want that shape I would consider smaller. Of those two I would probably take the Mchose due to the Viper scroll wheel issues. But something like an Mchose A5 or the L7 ultra+ might serve you better.

All of those are not great choices. G309 and Orochi are old and heavy. Attack Shark X3 has fine specs but is made by Attack Shark which I would avoid. Mchose or ATK are generally the best options for good price while still being quality. Mchose A5 or A7 is probably a good option (A5 being slightly smaller) ATK A9 is also good. You can also look at more a Viper clone with the Mchose K7 or ATK X1. Or an Ergo with the Mchose A7 (RE) or ATK Z1.

Mchose L7+ series is similar in size to the VXE R1, though a little more setup for claw it can be palmed.  The Mchose A5 is maybe a little better for a palm grip if you want to give it a try.

Mchose has some good ones. L7 can be palmed. Though the A5 series is better for it, and I think even the A5X is sub $70 right now.

r/MouseReviewOp1 8k v2 or some other mouse for palm grip?

Pulsar is good, but tend to be expensive for what  you get unless you can get them on a really good sale. Mchose A5 series isn't bad for a palm grip for a small hand. Superlight 2c isn't bad either but is more expensive. Lgg LA-1 isn't bad either and I think is still cheap right now.

Weight is more important than sensor, even $10 mice have paw 3395s these days. Wireless is better. Scientific studies have shown people perform better with wireless mice. And it doesn't matter as mice are dual or tri mode anyway and can be used wired if you prefer that. Software tweaks can make a difference, but again even extremely cheap mice have everything you need there. For medium sized palm grip, something like the Epomaker carbon X or Mchose A5 series (including the AX5) is probably best.

Solid agreement here. I'm glad you made the lowest tier C. Delux m800 ultra and mchose A5 are still good mice IMO, but eclipsed by newer releases.

Specs is the main difference pro max is the high end version it doesn't change the size. I don't recommend the r1 as it's an x2 clone which is a medium size what I would recommend is the mchose l7 this is an x2 mini clone, mchose G3 ultra g305 clone, mchose A5 v3 smaller gpx shape.

I would just get the mchose a5 v3 small gpx it's a safe shape for small hands

r/MouseReviewBest Mouse for Small Hands? Switching from Controller to mouse to play fps games
about 1 month ago

Skip the a7v2/gpx they're too big imo you should consider the mchose a5 v3 slightly smaller a7 and the superlight 2c smaller than the a5 v3 if you prefer having a small gpx mouse. Don't get the + of l7 because it is bigger so I recommend the mchose l7 and lastly not the xm2/2 if the op1 is there on your list. My handsize is 17x10 similar to yours and I main the superlight 2c

Mchose a5 v3 a slightly smaller gpx2 I was gonna recommend the superlight 2c but it is a lot smaller

Mchose a5 v3 basically a smaller version of the a7 which is mchose superlight clone, ec3-cw is also good for her hands I have 17x10 and I can palm it but my index and pinky are over the edge of the mouse buttons.

Mchose A7 is a solid and pretty direct clone. I would only get the pro version as the non pro has an older sensor but it's solid overall for the price. Mchose A5 is a slightly smaller GPX clone if you want a slightly smaller version. Ajazz AJ139 Pro: Cheapest build quality of all of them but is an okay overall clone. Incott G23 is a pretty exact clone with exceptional build quality and hotswap switches, overall probably the best of the clones i'd go for this one over any others. Puretrak Valor is a 1-1 clone with a change to the back of the mouse which isn't horrendous but the other options clear unless it's on a deep sale (got it for 25$ a while back)

Given his hand size the Mchose A5 would be a nice option as well. OP, the A5 and A7 are basically GPX Superlight clones, the A7 being a little larger, but Mchose makes great mice and this shape would be very safe for you as well.

Having used Mchose, I can say that the G3 ultra was a great in my usage. Biggest issue was side button post travel A5 was buggy as hell but it started working fine randomly? Honestly can't find much wrong with the build quality on it but "i had to plug it back in a million times for it to stop stuttering" isn't the best endorsement  Their Ace60 keyboard is absolute cheeks though. Not terrible build for the price but i had keys randomly remapping on it
