I am a left handed player who uses fingertip grip as well! I have tried both the Pulsar X2A and X3 LHD in medium size. I think it's personal preference, but I preferred the X2A as I like ambidextrous mice more. I ended up returning my X3 LHD back to Pulsar and am currently using the X2A V3. The X3 LHD is not suitable for fingertip grip in my opinion, but I think can work with claw grip. I also own the Pulsar X2A Mini. I wouldn't recommend it because I found it too small. We have similar sized hands and medium is perfect. If you are in Tokyo, go to the Pulsar store at level 7 in the Sofmap building in Akihabara and you can try the mice out in person. I was there today and they had the Pulsar X3 LHD there. You can also try the Pulsar X2 there, it's the same shape as the Pulsar X2A. Edit: I think the Pulsar mice are the best options for left handed players, but there are alternatives. You could try the Logitech Pro 2 Lightspeed or Razer Viper Ultimate. The Lightspeed is an updated version of the Logitech G Pro Wireless which was an excellent mouse and I really liked it. The Razer Viper ultimate is also a good mouse that I've used for quite a while. Both of these mouse can be used with fingertip grip. I think both of these mice are dated and are too heavy, so I recommend you get a Pulsar mouse.
I’m using the x3lhd. I thought there was something wrong with me and that I was just imagining things. At first, I thought it was because of the mousepad (I tried three different ones). In the meantime, I plugged in my old G Pro X with double-click issues(no floaty feeling), and in the end I still have the same floaty feeling, not to mention the creaky plastic under the thumb appear after 2months. The supergrips that came with the mouse only lasted about two weeks , after that they felt just like the cheapest tapes from AliExpress. I’m not an expert when it comes to mice, but if I’m spending 110 euros, I would expect better quality. On top of that, I waited six months for the mouse due to multiple delays. So its my first and last Pulsar mice for now.
The Pulsar Gaming Gears X3 Lefthanded version is the greatest left handed mouse I have ever used.
Pulsar X3 left handed - ergonomic mouse the shape is somewhat similar to the g703 Logitech g pro 2 lightspeed - if you prefer the potato shape X2a - basically just an x2 shape for left and right hand.
The x3 will be ideal for full palm since it's an ergo you can still claw it tho if that's your grip style
Looks like pulsar x3 left handed is your mouse bro
Pulsar x2a is the best mouse for claw/fingertip hybrid because it is an Ambi mouse and on the lightweight side, pulsar x3 left handed I wouldn't recommend it for fingertip but for palm and claw sure, g pro 2 lightspeed not good for fingertip because it's heavy and big for claw it feels amazing.
Vaxee XE-S (Left Handed Version) for small mice, Pulsar X2a series as well as X3 Left Handed Edition.
Pulsar X3 LHD is very bad imo, at least for gaming. I'm glad I could sell it.
