Also in the hunt for palm-able ergo. I am waiting for my VT3S gen 2 (same shape as Pro Max) after liking the VT3 gen 2. The latter is a bit bulky for my small hands while being the most comfortable.
Here are a few alternatives you can also try:
- EC2 clones: The long tail doesn't work for me. Many to choose from if it does for you.
- G703: even bulkier. I tried the X3 mini which has flat buttons and is smaller. It gives you a lot more way more control like an ambi but it's not comfortable for me.
- DEX: I only tried the 3D printed model shape. It feels grippier due to the narrow waist. I would try this next if VT3S is not working out for me.
- OUTSET AX: also worth a shot as it's similar to VT3 with a narrower waist but a higher hump. It feels more controllable in my hands.
I use multiple mice with 18.4 x 10.8 and the op1 is fine. Your hands are much thinner which is the main aspect of the op1.
I personally love the pulsar x3 mini. Just read the medium is launching also.
To be its button height make it way more comfortable than the terra pro

Pulsar x3 mini was my intro to pulsar and was possibly the only shape that fit my hand like a glove. But I agree it felt weird, it was the first batch so sensor and clicks were terrible lol X2CL might go down as one of the best shapes. I agree.
I’d probably have to say my top 3 are Vaxee np01s/ergo(I’ll throw these in together) the ergo is as close to endgame as I’ve ever been. Maya x is probably somewhere in top 3. And I’d have to Fenrir Asym as my best performance mouse but I’d probably throw a tie with the superstrike. The shape is just so basic and works for every grip style I have.
I think there is no medium size in left handed version, if you check pulsar site. Ive just ordered from here, if you are from Europe.

Im using currently the X2A in medium size, and if compare the dimensions, the X3 mini is slightly bigger
I have a similar hand size and grip, and can recommend this as well.

I tried an xlite (size 3) and found it pretty uncomfortable for a palm/claw
it’s okay. I got the white one which doesn’t have the best coating. the right click is a little… creaky.
if you’re simply looking for a g703 clone, the Terra is a much better mouse
