Keep in mind the Pulsar eS (eSports) series of mice do not have any software. There is a screen in the bottom of the mouse that you change all settings through including setting custom dpi. You cannot rebind the side buttons without using external software like XMouse Button Control. I dont think its really a big issue personally and I actually like that you can adjust settings like liftoff distance or polling rate on the fly.
It will depend a lot on how you hold the mouse and how big your hand is. My hands are 11cm x 20cm and I think the xlite medium size is more comfortable to palm grip than the mini. For claw grip the mini is more comfortable than the medium for me. If you want mouse for just work I would go with a vertical mouse.
Xlite v3/v4 if if you want a longer and wider mouse than the xlite v2 mini it is also has a taller hump. Now for a back hump ergo teevolution terra, pulsar x3 / mini, pulsar zywoo medium / mini, lamzu thorn (or you can wait for the new model of Thorn which some said it's bigger than the current thorn), outset ax.
Ec1-dw, you can also wait for the attack shark v3 if you prefer the old da shape but with modern specs, dav4 is a slightly different shape, xlite v4 is an EC clone 1.5
what polling rate/dongle u guys use? i couldnt do micromovements as the cursor would just get stuck/sluggish on my xlite v4 mini and i just bought the 8k dongle for 15 bucks and the issue disappeared
just going to reiterate what others have already said.
you seem to be using a palm grip so an ergo is probably the best option. if you have large hands good options are, in no particular order:
zowie ec1-dw
razer deathadder v3 or v4 pro
logitech pro x superlight 2 dex
pulsar xlite v3 or v4 (size 3 / large)
teevolution terra pro
some of those models also come in medium size too if the large variant did feel too big.
the zowie ec-dw mice are excellent, one of my favourite ergo mice (ec2-dw matte and gloss for me). if there is a con its that the click latency is higher than most modern releases but it's still small enough that i'm not sure it would be noticeable by most people. personally i cant notice it. the only other thing that could possibly be considered a con, which is more preference based than anything, is that the sensor position, like on a lot or ergos, is relatively low which means that it tracking can feel slower than higher positioned sensors but its really a preference thing rather than one actually being better than the other but because you cant adjust the dpi settings outside of what zowie allows on the mouse itself you cant increase your dpi slightly higher to compensate if you did feel the tracking was slower than you liked.

the logitech dex was too big for me otherwise i would have loved it despite some possible cons to some such as not the best skates out the box (easy fix), not the most responsive side buttons compared to some others (to me they are perfectly usable but yeah, they are not the best but i dont think the worst either as some say) and some people find the logitech superlight mice using their opticals to have clicks that are too heavy for them (newer batches are lighter than the first batch gpx2 mice and even those lighten up with use). the big plus for me with logitech mice is the hero 2 sensor, to me its the best sensor out there even compared to the other high end mice i have that use 3950 sensors with good implementation such as the vaxee e1 as well as others i either own or have used. it feels just so snappy and responsive.
