Try a Rapoo vt3 gen 2 while they are cheap! Maybe try one of their other shapes that look interesting while you're at it. Vt7 definitely has palm filling potential as well with its ergo-lite design.
They are slow, but that real estate is huge so aftermarket skates feel amazing. I've got Unusual Way magic ice on my vt3 and 7. They have full sets. Make sure they are for gen 2! ZPW is pretty much even with magic ice stock. I haven't touched them even with a full set ready.
Rapoo VT3 gen 2. Best bang for your buck ergo right now.
It was insane before, now with new releases, I can say that it's pretty bad. At least Rapoo released new mice that are a lot better than the VT9 or the mouse listed here, and when I say a lot, I mean A LOT
There are better alternatives than the x11, pick a mouse from this list that you might like the shape. Honestly there is a new second gen from the Rapoo vt3 that launched and I personally feel that it can be in the S+ category since it outperforms the version of the mouse listed here, plus there are more shapes, like a replica of the g pro and the viper v3
Apparently they are launching 6 models but only two showed up rn: A symmetrical **VT7/VT7 Max** and a right-hand ergo **VT3/VT3 Max gen2** They got Nordic N54 + 3950ul/3398 + 800mah batteries at about 50-60g. Some chinese mouse testers reported a 100 hours battery life at **8K** and Rapoo claims 500 hours under 1K. And I also saw more interesting things like a nano 8k dongle, a super tiny PCB that Rapoo says “possible for modular swaps in different models, including community creations”, and some swappable parts to support either Qi charging or charging stands. Other things seems not bad but quite basic, like a weird structure to balance clicks (and they have bullshit marketing terms to call those things but I never remember)
Yeah for real I’m still waiting for the rest unlaunched models to see what they will give us. It’s confirmed that the interior parts are all the same for all their upcoming new mouses and only the shape is different, so the performance will be pretty much the same as what we can see in Vt3/7 And they say they will have different shapes to fit all size hands.
Rawm es21 pro (or ES21/ER21 if you need something cheaper), also rapoo vt7/vt3gen2/vt2gen and atk mice with 3395 sensor and better, scyrox v6/v8, zaopin
Also in the hunt for palm-able ergo. I am waiting for my VT3S gen 2 (same shape as Pro Max) after liking the VT3 gen 2. The latter is a bit bulky for my small hands while being the most comfortable. Here are a few alternatives you can also try: - EC2 clones: The long tail doesn't work for me. Many to choose from if it does for you. - G703: even bulkier. I tried the X3 mini which has flat buttons and is smaller. It gives you a lot more way more control like an ambi but it's not comfortable for me. - DEX: I only tried the 3D printed model shape. It feels grippier due to the narrow waist. I would try this next if VT3S is not working out for me. - OUTSET AX: also worth a shot as it's similar to VT3 with a narrower waist but a higher hump. It feels more controllable in my hands.
You have my hand size and I also settled on the vt3s. I don’t have it yet but do have the vt3. It’s a tad too bulky. Comfortable but hard to aim with mostly a palm grip. I tried DAV3 HS. It’s too small for my hand with no comfortable way to claw it. I don’t know why since it should be perfect on paper.
Check out Rapoo VT3 gen2. Either the normal one or the VT3S if u want the smaller one. Standard versions are 40$ and also there are Max versions for 60$ if u maybe wanna spend a bit more. They come with better coating, sensor and optical switches rather than mechanical ones in the standard version. Here's the Eloshapes link comparing all of them [https://www.eloshapes.com/mouse/compare?p=rapoo-vt3-max-gen-2-vs.-rapoo-vt3-gen-2-vs.-rapoo-vt3s-max-gen-2-vs.-rapoo-vt3s-gen-2](https://www.eloshapes.com/mouse/compare?p=rapoo-vt3-max-gen-2-vs.-rapoo-vt3-gen-2-vs.-rapoo-vt3s-max-gen-2-vs.-rapoo-vt3s-gen-2) Mine VT3 Max Gen2 feels great and I 100% recommend
There some minor qc here and there, and the feet is very thin. Other than that solid mouse, nice software
rapoo vt3s. small lightweight enough and months of battery life. with coupon i got it under 20$
Just ordered one yesterday. Couldn’t resist the neon colored one
Got the s as I have small hands
Overall quality is excellent and really solid. Color is beautiful as well. I changed the Mousefeet immediately so I don’t know how are the default ones. I need to get used to the shape as I have never been an ergo mouse user (claw gripper) Sensor angle needed adjusting for me, but this option was available on the driver thankfully. For ergo mouse shape users.. this might be a good mouse to try
I got a vt3s and I'm going to switch to a VT3 because I found it a bit too small. I like everything else about it though. For reference I have 18 \* 9.5cm hands
