I believe it was the Deathadder 3.5G (2009 model), i found it the other day still performs decent lol besides spinouts.
Brother, my left-hand Deathadder started double-clicking a while back. Its very hard to find those specifically so I bought some new switches, soldered them on and it's like new now. So happy I got my favourite mouse back, and it was easier than I thought.

I went back to use my old deathadder 3.5g and the shape is perfect for my palm grip, I wanted something wireless with that shape so I went for the deathadder v3 pro the shape is close enough to feel confortable
Razer Deathadder 3.5G with infrared sensor. I loved the shape of the older DA but the sensor would constantly spin out on me during fast movements.
Atm I'm rocking a Steel series sensei 10 [https://amzn.to/432QMZm](https://amzn.to/432QMZm) for wired funtimes and a Logitec g pro [https://amzn.to/432QMZm](https://amzn.to/432QMZm) for wireless times Both great mice with very decent software ambidextrous shape with the all important right side buttons we need as lefties ... this also just came out from Corsair [https://amzn.to/3RQOMOO](https://amzn.to/3RQOMOO) which replaces their R55 model which is pretty decent too I have a lefty deathadder and whilst the shape was good the software sucked and the button placement sucked depends on what you want really.
At least the previous version of the viper was truly ambidextrous... I felt really disappointed when I saw that the newest version had thumb buttons only on the left side. The new Cobra family is the same, only for right handed. Deathadder had a left handed version (wired) years ago, now it's only right handed. The only true left handed option is the Naga wired, which is an objectively inferior version compared to the right handed ones.
don't buy razer, had the basilisk v2 and it doesn't last a year. Before that i have a 3500g deathadder wich serve me well for 10 years, never razer again. since that i have been using a g305, so good so far.
I got my first Deathadder in 2009. I had two of the original model, one 3.5 and one 4G. In 2015, I bought a Zowie EC that I've been using near daily for the past decade.

My left handed death adder lasted me like 5 years, best mouse I’ve ever had.

My deathadder left handed edition lasted like 6 years, best mouse I ever had :c
A deathadder with a 3500 dpi sensor, think it was 2009? Before that I used whatever mouse was at the family PC. That was a gift for Christmas though, the first mouse I picked out myself and used for many many years was a steelseries sensei in 2011/2012 when I got my first own computer.
