FYI, I have the Pro version of this and the scroll wheel is awful. It skips and goes in the opposite direction all the time. I know there is all this talk about replacing the scroll wheel sensor but that really should not be necessary on a new mouse. There are some "tricks" to fix it but all the fixes are temporary.
I will probably end up doing it. I'm just pissed because it's a bit of a sunk cost thing at this point. Spending $100+ on a mouse and then needing to do an extra $20 to fix a scroll wheel is ridiculous. Especially when Logitech has been putting out amazing scroll wheels on much cheaper mice for years.
You have fairly large hands. A lot of those mice are going to be too small for your claw grip style but suitable for fingertip. Maybe consider how often you're doing each grip if you are narrowing down your choices to that list. I have 19.5x11 and relax claw the Deathadder v3 pro and Lamzu Maya X. I can easily fingertip the Maya X if I wanted to use that style of aiming.
I have the v3 pro, great mouse no issues
Brother this is not new pricing. I still remember back in 2012 when razer released the ouroboros for $150. Thats like $200 today. And that mouse is much worse overall than this mouse is.
The largest thing I found is the Razer Deathadder V3/V3 Pro. All others have smaller shapes. Btw i'm in search of a bigger custom upper shape that can be fitted into DAV3. In the past a good large mouse i have is A4tech Outlook 8k
I was searching for me but anyway i bought Deathadder V3. If you look at the eloshapes site on measurements that's the biggest mouse
I have v3 pro with scroll-click issues sometimes, that's all
this is not a critical problem, sometimes it does not exist at all. In any case, even with the random failure of the first scroll click, the quality and workability of this device is not even close to its analogues
yeah in v3 i love battery life
My hands are similar to yours. Ended up going with a Deathadder v3 Pro after trying a slew of mice. Mchose A7 (gpx clone), and Maya X were too small, had to hold them in an odd tilted way to not feel discomfort. Even the Maya Thorn didn't feel right.
It's an asymetrical right hand shape, people usually call it an ergo mouse, though it's not truly one, just fits snuggly. If you like the shape, I would just get a newer iteration. The V2 has the same shape, updated sensor and no double clicking due to optical switches, though you can only find this one used. V3 has a bit different shape (still DeathAdder just less grooves), no RGB, lighter weight, again updated sensor (with up to 8K polling) and better switches with even lower latency. Both has HyperSpeed or Pro variants if you want wireless.
Not sure if you want to but you could look up used mice as well. I managed to get mice like the G502 X, Basilisk V3, DeathAdder V2/V3 for under 30$ each (usually 1.5-2x the price new around here so it might not be an option for you). I thought the thumb rest was a necessity for me as well but in the end the DeathAdder shape is what fits my hand perfectly.
Practice and shape are most important. GPX clones are a safe place to start, Mchose A7 V2, ATK A9, Incott G23 V2. If you prefer a bit larger but still symmetrical, there are Viper clones, but I've only used one so far, namely the Eweadn S9. If you want larger ergo mice, my current main and favourite is the DeathAdder V3 Pro if you can find it for that much, otherwise if the wire doesn't bother you the regular V3 is the same but cheaper. If you need more buttons and don't mind the weight, Basilisk V3, I tried the G502X but the Basilisk felt better for me.

If you like the DeathAdder, why not get a newer version of it? If price is not an issue, then V4 Pro, otherwise V3 Pro or V3 HyperSpeed, though the HyperSpeed variant is a bit smaller.

1. Razer DAv3 Pro 2. Mchose A7 V2 Ultra, I still have it, just prefer the DeathAdder shape and I got the DAv3 Pro for less than half the price of new with the 8K HyperPolling dongle included. 3. I already mentioned I like the shape, would be even better if it was the same weight with the V2 shape. Only thing I could bring up as a negative is probably the constantly running proprietary software.
I'd like them wider, not flatter. My hand tends to cramp after long sessions if the mouse is not wide enough. My current GPX clone is fine though, but the DeathAdder was what I found near perfect, but much more expensive.
I don't use any of the extra buttons aside from the two side ones, so DeathAdder it is.
this mouse is by far the best mouse I have ever owned for gaming Wait nvm I thought this was the viper v3 I own both and think the viper is better for competitive titles
