For me it's definitely the Steelseries Rival 300. I tried different mice over the years but every time I went back to the rival. I really love the shape and I wish some Chinese brand would make a clone. Honorable mention is the Razer Diamondback.

Interesting point! With the Lancehead I never had that issue, but when I used the old Diamondback I did sometimes hit a side button by accident — so I get what you mean. And that right-handed keypad idea is actually pretty interesting. I’d never really considered using something like that, but I’ll definitely take a look.

Sensors back then weren't as good as they are now but when it comes to shapes. Creative Fatality 1010, Razer Diamondback, Razer Copperhead, Logitech MX518, Steelseries Kinzu, Steelseries Xai.

r/MMORPGComparable MMO mouse to a Razer Naga but with a scroll wheel that doesn't break after 6 months?

Dude, I still use an ~20yr old diamondback with zero issues, but my new naga rmb switch broke right after warranty ended, go figure… Not planning on buying another Razer product, the new stuff isn’t built to last. I switched to rog so I can swap out the switches if one goes, working ok so far.

LOL my razer diamondback is like 22 years old and still in good shape! I used it for like 12 years or so exclusively, although i did change mouses after that I've still used it as a backup, and tossed it in with my laptop or tablet with a connector etc so its been in use off and on for that long. the only razer mouse i ever liked.
