Lachesis was pretty overlooked back in the days but I really enjoyed using it.

It was pretty ahead of its time, one of the first "high dpi" mice. I hated how it felt in my hand tho.

Razer Lachesis. Used it for 5 years and Razer stuff was built like tanks back then.

Not only it is rare to find a left handed Razer user these days, but also a Spanish one too, like myself so...yeah, interesting. We're basically in the same boat and even have used almost the same model of mice...I too started with the Diamondback back in the early 2000s, I had the Copperhead, the Lachesis (the upgraded one though, 5600 DPI IIRC), then Razer continued their weird era of just using laser sensors, so I got a Taipan, then they finally realized laser sucks, and they made the Lancehead, which I currently own two still, but I like the Viper more, its shape it's more comfortable for me. And yes, I also had a Mionix mouse too...as a left hander, I have basically owned most well known mice one can use, since...I mean, they're quite rare : ) Yes, Razer have stopped designing basic ambidextrous mice with buttons on both sides which, to me, makes them not ambidextrous: if you cannot swap hands and have the same exact functionality, that is not symmetry, that is not ambidextrous. No idea how a mouse like the Cobra, which basically is half the shape of a Viper and something else on the rear, couldn't be their next mouse with buttons on both sides. To add more nonsense, they indeed stopped updating their newer Viper models with the extra side buttons...so yeah, the last "good" Viper mouse for us is the 8 Khz model, if you can still find one. My suggestion is to start looking at other brands, after kindly sending Razer some feedback, if you want; it's been a while since they designed good ambi mice for lefties so...yeah, maybe it's futile anyway. And, sorry, to those who claim "I am left handed but I use mouse on right hand" no, you are not left handed for gaming, this is a gaming and/or mouse related usage question, not if you're left handed to pick your nose, scratch your back, eat, etc...it's about the mouse, not that difficult to understand and, no, most left handed people can't switch to the other hand for precision tasks (like using a mouse) and be as efficient, it would take years of training to get barely close to mimicking what one can do with their regular or dominant hand, therefore a waste of time, and time is also wasted here, normally, asking Razer to care about left handed people, since it's not even a question of giving special attention, it's just that they used to make real symmetrical mice, and they haven't done that in a long time, and I don't see any plans for them to do so, as far as I know. So, yeah, OP, keep looking for other brands, they are out there, and maybe look for a sale and try a new brand. I myself will continue being *zurdo*, because I'm pretty good at gaming with my left hand, and no one can tell me otherwise and, just as some of us are pretty decent at using the mouse on the left hand, sure, there are people out there who can use both equally, I guess, even more rare perhaps, particularly if they are very good with either hand...but I highly doubt that is the case for many who just pass by and say "yeah it's easy, just try it".

Defo Lachesis. Still using one. Make it modern, 50 gram, good surface, wireless.
