I’ve used the Corsair scimitar, 2x Razer naga’s, and a Logitech g600 before finally deciding on the Razer Naga v2 pro (the wireless one). The Corsair one felt cheap and plasticcy, especially with how you can move the 12 buttons forward and back, kinda a gimmick imo. The g600 was fine but I didn’t like how it felt to use the 12 buttons, they are bigger and mushier than the Naga, and a lot closer together which didn’t agree with my thumbs. I use the space inbetween buttons to locate myself. It’s similar to my keyboard which has a space between caps lock and A which helps me locate myself. I’ve used 2 naga, the wired and wireless versions, and recommend the wireless one. It doesn’t have backlighting but that works out good with it using a single AA battery. I get about a month before needing to replace it. As for why I’ve had 3 total, I’ve used them long enough to accidentally spill water on them so completely my fault. I don’t like synapse that much, but I don’t like Corsair or logitechs software either so it’s kinda whatever. I just downloaded it to set dpi and assign the 12 buttons to the number keys instead of numpad keys. I know the wireless naga has a weird looking forward-back button placement in the front left of the left click button, but I’ve found that to actually prefer that over being behind the scroll wheel. I use those buttons for push to talk.
naga v2 pro. if they arent good enough for you get a mouse with a normal number of side buttons (fewer points of failure)
Naga Pro V2. Standard 2 button side plate, 6 button plate, and a 9 button panel. I use the 6 button panel all the time and it's great. Being able to swap to the 2 button panel is nice for games I don't need all 6. I rarely use the 9 panel myself, but it has its place I suppose.
I have the Razer Nago V2 Pro and the wireless charger. Been using it for the last 3 years without any complaints
I have a Naga, use the 12 button panel for DPS and the regular 2 button for healing
Same play style, brother! Except it wasn't a stroke for me. Pretty similar mapping as I use, but I traded abilities for more movement (in FPS games). I crouch with 7, reload with 6 and jump with 8. I play with MMO mouses since the first Naga came out and now im at my 17th MMO style mouse, the Naga Pro v2. Have/had them all, EVERY Naga, G600, Corsair Scimitar, Steelseries, noname Utechsmart things from Amazon... You will wear them out pretty good, but it's worth it! It's a learning curve, and you get better every day, I played competitive Counter-Strike one-handed, so we can do everything! Good luck and much success! If I can help you with something, ask away.

Razer Naga V2 Pro Wireless. Using it for quite some time now. The best mouse I've ever used. https://preview.redd.it/9c06cjvmrg4f1.jpeg?width=6120&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=292d3cc58f66240819262916a126113449a1cbf3
Some years ago I got Razer Mamba tournament edition as a gift buying Black widow keyboard and it starts doing double clicking on RMB right after year of use. I used it for every day gamedev routine, not for heavy nervous game sessions. I was wandered about quality of razer mouse switchers because had a lot of Logitech mise working fine for years. I am just bought and resoldered Kailh microswitcher and had no problems with that mouse since then. It was 2-3$ fix, mouse still in use 7 years after. Now I am constantly using Razer Naga v2 pro wireless, bought it two years ago and few days ago faced with MMB problems. It can't hold MMB now. I use lot of CAD, 3d software and use MMB for navigation. Now I am just reassigned MMB to another free button and think to fix another Razer mouse. The point of my massage: Razer has pretty shitty mouse switchers but U can easily fix it by yourself for few bucks.
I like the Naga v2 Pro.. had a lot of options. Especially if you play difference games.
I absolutely love my MMO mouse, gives me access to so many easily pressed keybinds, as the other commenter mentioned I have the Naga V2 Pro which is certainly on the higher end, but you can swap out the side buttons so it can fit different usages. You don't need to sink this much money into your mouse though, it's just one of the things I wanted to invest in because I use it so much. Have had it for a couple of years with no problems
I use an MMO mouse with 1-12 on the side. Program those buttons to whatever you like, for example in FPS’ I use 4 as melee and 5 as grenade, etc. I’ve used razer naga molten, v2 and I just bought hyperspeed, love them. I’d recommend something like that. https://i5.walmartimages.com/asr/ff3c0108-ae4d-4e03-a3ac-6c69a45d4e22.f6153b072aacaf0ff4f99182a3db7949.jpeg
