"With the Naga I map the center button on the bottom row to shift. ... And with that I can roll my thumb up, left, or right and get another three keybinds. ... And just having shift there also lets me press that for shift, instead of my left pinky. One less thing for my left hand to do. Makes Shift+4 while moving and jumping easier. ... This gives me ready, instant access to the entire hotbar. And with shift, an entire second hotbar (excepting shift+7 and shift+9)."
"Macros will let that be enough to play even a druid in all forms with every spell being useable. ... And this is without stopping movement to reach and without any annoying left pinky stretch ever being required."
"Only the Naga let's me assign shift to one of the middle row buttons, then easily roll my thumb left and right to get shift4 or shift6 from just my thumb."

"could play one handed. ... I'd be playing fetch with my dog while raid healing, it definitely confused the fuck out of a lot of people."

"I absolutely love it. ... Have used one since like 2016 and I can’t play any game without it even non MMOs."
"Side buttons variations for 14 buttons, 2 buttons or none depending on your gaming needs"
"Once you train yourself to find all the side buttons without looking, it's pretty great. ... I've used it across MMO's, shooters..."

"They were heavy as shit and super uncomfortable. ... I struggle to even put my Maxwells back on."
"The headband adjustability is poor. ... The ear cups are not deep enough at all. ... My ears were squished up against the drivers and I couldn’t wear them for more than a couple hours without my ears getting cherry red. ... The headset is somewhat tight on my head and no, I don’t have a big head. ... To try and make them more comfortable I bought third party ear cups. Wicked cushion had the deepest set and even then my ears still touch the drivers a little. ... For $300, I cannot honestly recommend these."
"Putting the Wicked cushions on also makes them more wide which causes the headband to be more spread out. ... I tried every position for the headband, including split positions, and it was always uncomfortable."

"Noticed this problem from my G305 now to the Deathadder V3… and the deathadder I have just gotten a week ago and already causing issues."
"it’ll stop working and reset constantly"
"Lubricating the scroll wheel fixed all my broken mice. ... I even pulled one I thought was toast forever out of the closet and put it back in service. ... Brought two of my scimitars back from the junk drawer."

"When my old old naga finally gave out several years ago, I managed to go through 3 new razer mice in a single year."
"Those things broke so fast in my experience."
"having to buy a new "gaming mouse" every year cause their shit breaks constantly. ... another one of my Razer mice broke, i think the Naga ... the Naga i bought from Razer before i realized im wasting shitloads of money on that brand. ... Their base Logitech G305 has outlasted the 2 Deathadders, the Copperhead and the Naga i bought from Razer"

"learned you CAN actually have TOO many buttons. ... Took some pliers and actually snapped off 7_12 because I kept misclicking, so hard to differentiate between rows."
"Naga is too many small buttons for my fat greasy fingers."
"Pressing stuff with your thumb @ 90deg is proper annoying."
Ive been running the Razer Naga for years, it's just part of my setup now. Had the first wireless model 10 years ago but batteries back then weren't too great so had to use it plugged in all the time, then grabbed the wired model. and now taking the leap and trying wireless again. suits my hand size pretty well and can swap sideplates to suit different games
r/wow • I need a new MMO mouse. ->I have used the MMO mouse (Naga X) for 5 years without a single gripe or issue. I think the software used for that is very simple and good. I’ve heard their headsets are decent, I have no experience. I also have one of their keyboards (Black Widow Elite) but haven’t used it in a couple of years. It was solid though. I do have their speaker, Leviathan V2 X. The speaker lags a little bit, so don’t use it for competitive FPS. But for those, you should be using a headset anyway. I am not hugely into their stuff because I don’t care about RBG, but when I have bought it, my expectations have been met.
r/buildapc • Is Razer good or overhyped ->Naga and keybind mousewheel left/right to ctrl/shift, movement might be tough
r/wow • Is there a way to play WoW one handed? ->You will not get the best of both worlds depending on what you want from the productivity side. Does your workflow require or utilize more buttons? Do you care about weight when youre playing games? If the answer is yes, you should just get two cheaper seperate mice. Im sure people will give you good gaming specific reccomendations so I wont get into them. I use a lot of keybinds for productivity to accelerate my workflow, and thats only possible with mice that have more than two side buttons, I've found a few that sort of work for both gaming and productivity: - The G502x is a good balance, but its as heavy as a brick which is fine for some games but I find uncomfortable for FPS. - Lightweight MMO mice like the Steelseries Aerox 9 are great if you need the buttons, and its lightweight but its not suitable for a claw grip let alone a fingertip grip. - The razer Naga has variants with swappable side buttons and depending on your hand they may be suitable grip wise, but id sooner drink paint than recommend them with their issues and they are not worth the cost. I can keep listing reccomendations, but you'll find drawbacks and negatives that will significantly degrade your end experience trying to have a one mice fits all solution, you will constantly be trading away things and in my opinion - no options exist that I can say is worth $150 in value. 2x $75 mice will get you very far, especially in todays markets where Chinese mice are on par if not better than mainstream options in many instances. Ive settled on the G502x for work. The side buttons and the index finger buttons are very useful, but more importantly the scroll wheel has a button to switch to a free spinning wheel, and has side tilt buttons - those two things alone make it extremely useful if you utilize them.
r/MouseReview • Mouse Recommendations in 2025? ->Wife and I both use a naga I’ve got fairly large hands she’s got tiny hands and she’s had zero issues. The problem is trying to find the naga at a good price and I heard the newer versions break quick. Ours are several years old so hoping they continue chugging along.
r/MMORPG • A 12-button MMO mouse for SMALL hands ->I’ve had mine exactly nine years and have had no trouble.
r/razer • Rip to my razer naga ->As a many-years MMORPG player (Lineage2, Mu Online, WoW), cRPG fan and owner of G700 and G602 (and now Roccat Kone XP as g700 replacement) i never understood this love for Razer's Naga (which i had for a brief moment) and its children. Four buttons is max which thumb can use effectively (fast and without any thinking about function or its placement). You add more and you loose the benefits because of poor mnemonics and (later) egonomics (cant reach all of them effectively). Its like typing with pointing finger only - you can be fast and quite effective but never as fast and without looking at keyboard as when you use all fingers. So 4 for thumb, 3 for pointing finger (including LMB), 2 for middle (including RMB) and two small are for grip - thats the most reasonable setup for a mouse. If you want more buttons just use keypads with WASD on a stick -> Razer Tartarus, Hori TAC, so you don't have to use 3 fingers for movement (just 1) and can use them on other functions. I own two PZ31a's since 2007, a year ago i bought Hori TAC PS5 and recently i even created my own such device with RP2040 Zero - 1 joystick + 25 keys + 4 buttons as pedals and its more than enough for most of games (even STALKER GAMMA which is most key-demanding game ive played recently). Its still in prototype phase (some changes have to be made) but it already works perfectly. Way better than trying to cramp all keys on a mouse which is a device not designed for that.
r/LogitechG • I need a mouse like this in my life ->Make sure it’s actually dead. I had the same issue and I was about to toss my naga but my friend told me he had the same issue and it was one of the razer drivers and it works, no more double clicks.
r/pcmasterrace • Daily driver for 12 years and started double clicking randomly, RIP ->Make sure it’s actually dead. I had the same issue and I was about to toss my naga but my friend told me he had the same issue and it was one of the razer drivers and it works, no more double clicks.

r/pcmasterrace • Daily driver for 12 years and started double clicking randomly, RIP ->I tried using a different one for a while but switched back to the Naga after not being able to live without the side numpad
r/playrust • To all the high hour players, what mouse you rocking? ->ga jauh" dari mouse buat MMO sih, yang paling gampang kesebut sih razer naga sama corsair scimitar. ato kalo mau lebih bulky lagi ukurannya ke rog spatha (kalo masih ada yang jual)
