Razer - Orochi 2015

For small mouse I would recommend razer orochi with a energizer lithium battery. Another alternative is Glorious Forge Series One PRO Wireless Gaming Mouse 49g, give or take the size of an razer mini.

It's hard to recommend mice without knowing your palm size, your budget and the kind of games you play. Random recommendations here are more or less shooting in the dark. I've used both of these mice (not the DA v2 Hyperspeed specifically but the shape) - the Orochi is a nice shape if you have small hands and you play fast paced shooters. However, it's not fun replacing batteries constantly. It isn't rechargeable. DeathAdder is a classic shape that has stood the test of time (they didn't change much for like 20 years until the V3, but it is on the larger side. If you only play casually, it doesn't matter all that much. Get whatever and call it a day. Both of these options are perfectly capable mice... as long as it fits your hand well. Just remember, shape is more important than any minor sensor differences and this can make or break your experience. For example, the GPX 2 Superlight which many people consider the best mouse on the market is completely unusable for me because the shape doesn't work for me. It keeps slipping out of my hand during big flicks. Out of all mice, I've probably dropped that one the most.

None of these hold a candle to the R1. Waiting for the restock is worth it. Chimera has QC issues, V2x was too heavy for me even with an AAA battery which is what made me shift to the orochi. G304 is fine but R1 is better.

I have similar sized hands, and used to play with an op18k. I could fingertip that mouse pretty reasonably, but still sometimes the shell would stop me from getting benefit out of finger actuation. So I made a zero mouse copy for it, it's on my profile if you're interested. Not 100% sure if it fits the same PCB. Other than that I've had a lot of luck with the razor orochi series, and recent offerings from final mouse.

Both are good but the orochi one is ambidextrous while death adder is ergonomic right handed. Don't go for a death adder if you're left-handed.

Another way of looking at this is saying that true egg mice like the g305 have mirror-symmetric spherical geometry (always positive curvature), which is really great for providing grip and a base of control that will scale the more tightly you grip without causing any shifting or readjustment in your hand placement or tension. That latter point's probably the reason why the Orochi never worked for me, even though people call it an egg shape, because it was too short **and** the left side has negative curvature while the right side was almost totally flat, which caused a twisting motion when squeezing from both sides. Shape and surface texture go hand in hand. You shouldn't need to squeeze just to grip a mouse, but if your skin's too slippery for the mouse's surface texture then the true egg shape's the best hands down.

Orochi if u want a small size/weight and replaceable batteries , i love the mouse small , convenient and simple.

Give orochi a try, a lot of people like it. If you dont the g305 is endgame with mods like lr44 mod. I modded mine to 70g and its amazing. Havent still found a better mice for 17-18cm hand than g305 honestly.

I used the orochi. If you like the shape of the g304 then you will like the mouse. It feels good with both claw and palm grip

I feel like this is such a personal choice and there's no substitute for trying out different options (obviously). I've tried everything from the Deathadder to the G430 but the #1 mouse for my medium-small hands is the Razer Orochi. Flawless. Great shape and connectivity.

ASUS harpe is an amazing product, I had it for a while, had to return because it is for bigger hands, but I miss it. Razer orochi for 39,90 is also a good deal.

I’ll also chime in and say that, as someone with basically the same hand size, I love my fenrir asym. I started with the viper mini -> orochi -> fan tech aria xd7, finger tip grip on all of them, but switching to a finger tip mouse was awesome, to the point now where It feels uncomfy and clunky to use a full sized mouse. The asym is also a noticeable upgrade from the HSK line ( I mained a HSK pro for a couple years), the larger size feels much better and the shape is better IMO. It’s certainly the case that the type of mouse is a love or hate kind of situation, but as a finger tip grip main it’s a godsend. I’ll also add I hard disagree that the mouse isn’t meant for tac FPS’ (a common sentiment I’ve seen). I’ve maintained immortal 3 in Val for a while with this mouse shape, feels great. Again, certainly personal preference but i dont think the shape is inherently bad, just how it suits you personally

What you've highlighted here as advantages, that's exactly why I consider G305 to be the most uncomfortable mouse for me. The Corsair Katar and Razer Orochi have flatter sides, and they are much more comfortable.

Deathadder is a large mouse, if you have bigger hands - it’s hella comfortable. Otherwise orochi has 4x battery life (on paper).

Razer orochi is solid. If you like egged shape mice its a solid choice

Got the orochi 2 weeks back, had been using a Logitech g305 wireless and I feel like it is way lighter and feels better in my hand, sensor wise it feels pretty similar.

Personally, I'll go with one of the following: Logitech g304/305 or g502, Razer Orochi or Viper, Attack Shark X3, VXE R1, Fantech Aria XD7 (Currently using this)

Used both and facing issues on both within 6 months, please decide accordingly.

On v2x I faced connectivity and click issue, on orochi only click issue. Try atk I am also thinking to go with that.

Right now you get can the XM1 RGB and XM1r GLOSSY both $30 on amazon. I went with the RBG even though it's heavier because I would rather use a 200gram mouse than a glossy mouse. The build quality is easily the best in my collection, makes the GPX feel like it was made by glorious. Also 82 grams is by no means heavy, it wasn't that long ago the g203 at 85 grams was one of the lightest mice you could get. If you're coming from a g203 though you might like the Razer Orochi. I picked up the hello kitty model for my wife for $30 on ebay and not kinda lie I kinda love it. Sometimes when she goes to bed early I'll grab it from her desk and run a few games of CS2 with it. If you're just after build quality though definitely check out the XM1. If you like the g203 shape the MCHOSE G3 is worth looking into, the chinese mice aren't bad at all and it definitely is gonna have better build quality than the horrific g305.

z1 pro, orochi, mico (although who uses that thing)

Shape is king, so knowing what he likes makes it easy. Even the cheap chinese clones these days are excellent as long as you don't mind the non-existent customer service. They used to be a joke but things like the VXE R1 or Zaopin Z1 Pro frankly go toe to toe with the Pulsar X2 and Orochi that they're cloned from. Then you can spend the difference in price on a nice pad or enough dot skates to last you the rest of your life.

The only thing good made by Razer is the Orochi. I would recommend the Arctis Nova Pro Wireless if you’re looking for a good wireless headset

Then go with Logitech if you want wireless and you can also go with razer cobra if wired is no problem Personally I would also suggest razer orochi if you can spend upto 3200(from MD computers and elitehubs) Definitely don't go for kreo for quality reasons and deathadder cause of its size

i have the orochi in white. i really really like it. will take a AAA or AA battery as well.

Trying out mchose’s G3, I used to have the g304 a lot but they kept malfunctioning, razer orochi was even worse just straight up stopped working. Fingers crossed this one lasts.

Pulsar X2 crazylight is probably the best small mouse there is right now and weighs 35 grams however it is $120 so a little over your budget. Scyrox V8 is also a really good mouse for the price weighing 36 grams and only cost $70. The shape is based on the pulsar X2H mini. Lastly the razer Orochi is probably the smallest mouse I can think of and it is also pretty cheap so that might work for you as well.
