Viper v2pro v3pro.(V2 best shape, V3 "safe" shape) *best sensor imo/from experience, no debounce delay* Super light 2. *Good sensor and no debounce delay.* Op1 8k (cable) or wireless 4k. *Fastest clicks, it registers the click before you hear the click sound. Good sensor.* My favorite of them all, G-wolf HTR 8k pro. Tiny mouse At 26g, I'm 6'4 and can use this little thing without any issues. But I would recommend the Endgame gear OP1 8k, Great shape, great coating for grip even with sweaty hands, fastest clicks of any mouse due to their own switches and good sensor. Light weight software (*no install*). Good price.

Yeah, shape and coating is important for sure. Even though the shape of the D2pro is slightly worse for me (but very comparable) and the coating absoluteley sucks compared to the Zowie, I'm still better playing with it. I just dislike the feel of something heavy. For me it's just that I need to hold the mice a tiny bit stronger than usual and that impedes my accuracy. I'm gripping very very light usually, the less my fingertips are pressed, the more feel I have. That's just my reasoning for it. That's the reason why I perform way better with grip tape, but I don't use it because I don't like the feel and only play recreationally once in a while. My favourite coating was the one of the Viper V2 pro I had. Felt good for work but grip wasn't bad either. The scroll wheel sucked though... I remember an era where I put weights into my Roccat Kone XTD and Logitech G9, but the moment I tried a G Pro Ultralight I couldn't go back. Just a personal preference, but a slightly less comfortable shape is easier to adjust too for me than 30g more.

And this is why it's good to have countries enforce consumer rights. After a year of use my V2 pro scroll wheel started skipping, sent it back under warranty, got a full refund no questions asked.

Right now I am loving the Pulsar X2V2. I have somewhat large hands (21x11) and I notice i'm holding it more relaxed and more fingertip style. compared to the viper v2 pro I also still really like the viper and I'm switching them out a little. If I can teach myself to hold it as relaxed as the Pulsar without creeping forward on the mouse during gameplay I would prefer it.

There are differences, 3395 barely works on glass. And 3950 has lower electronic consumption, with the same battery weight, 3950 last longer, keeping the mouse either lighter or last longer. To think of some companies cheat all the way to get low weight for marketing, they sacrificed the battery capacity.

[https://www.eloshapes.com/mouse/compare?p=razer-viper-v2-pro-vs.-razer-viper-v3-pro](https://www.eloshapes.com/mouse/compare?p=razer-viper-v2-pro-vs.-razer-viper-v3-pro) It will make a difference if you palm grip. If you claw or fingertip, which will keep the palm above the mouse, then it will feel very much the same. I know, because I went to my local Razer store and tried all the current mice. I have no urge to upgrade my Viper v2 Pro. Plus the Viper v3 Pro is firmware locked to only use that specific model of dongle. It cannot pair to the retail Hyperpolling Dongle or Mouse Dock Pro. So if it breaks or is lost, prepare to shell out $45+ for a new one from 3rd party sellers, as Razer does not sell them. (Same for Viper Mini SE) While I was at the store, I picked up a retail Hyperpolling dongle to use with the Vv2P and it's working just fine. Liking the 2K polling feel in game. So I will be using the MDP with the Cobra Pro / Basilisk v3 Pro, and the HPD with the Viper v2 Pro. As for the wheel / encoder, try opening it up. You will probably find that you have a bunch of debris wrapped around the wheel stem, like hair and such. Did this for a friend, and fixed his wheel issues.

Don't bother. The scroll wheel is terrible. I've taken mine apart, cleaned out and still not working - so think it's the encoder. They're notorious for the scroll wheel issues.

That's basically the PMM mouse too lol. I love PMM but their stuff was never made to be affordable but an end all be all kit and the kits of course don't come with internals. So instead of out 300 you're out probably 150 to 200ish depending on the cost you can get the Viper V2 Pro. Otherwise ATK is decent overall but recommending them is risky because they have quite literally close to zero customer support and folks on this subreddit have spoken about support experience and few if any are good so if your mouse messes up you're probably SOL. I just recommend the Hyperlight since its 100 bucks and the customer support has been decent but its also considering their quality control has been amazing for both batches.

It's only problem on razer's deathadder v3 pro and viper v2 pro and they probably fixed it in new versions. If you still have gwarannty you can do rma. If you want new mouse i reccomend you endgame gear xm2 8k or op1 8k if wired. If wireless there's many options, if you liked viper v2 pro i reccomend you viper v3 pro.

Review of the ATK U2 This is my first review like this i hope it is useful to someone. I am using a standard tape measure and converting from inches to cm so measurements might not be exact. This is my hand size for reference. My hand size is about 17.78cm x 8.89cm and my thumb is on the short, stumpy side at around 5.08cm. First off a little TLDR Warning a backstory to my mouse journey. So the Journey began with my first mouse a redragon M901 equipped with PMW3360 Precision Sensor. Then I tried the Redragon M913 Impact Elite equipped with the Pixart 3335. It was decent much better then the stock mice I always got with the prefab desktops I had as a kid. I returned it because the battery life was horrible on it and stuck with the wired version. Moving on I purchased my first name brand mouse real gaming mouse it was the Logitech g604 using the HERO 16K sensor. This bad boy was a chonker weighing in at 135 grams. But boy did it feel better. Everything about it felt more precise. I want to say I mained this bad boy for about a year. I I started watching a lot of reviews on mice and got the itch to try something new. Less buttons as I had gotten tired of setting up hotkeys for my games and wanted something that I could set up and key a few buttons quickly and get to playing. I also wanted to try lighter wireless mice as I had heard they are a lot better. This is when I stumbled onto the g305. It used the same HERO 16K sensor if I'm not mistaken with the model I had (I have sold it since then). It was lighter and had a decent sensor for the time. I used the AAA battery mod in it. The only thing I didn't really like about that mouse was that the back end sits low, the middle is pretty wide for my grip style. It felt off to me. Shortly after I got the Orochi v2 and this was the best I had tried. Equipped with the 5G Advanced 18K DPI Optical Sensor (according to tech power up it's a the PixArt PAW3369) the shape fit my claw style grip it was light weight and it felt perfect. Well this was short lived not long after I tried the viper mini because I wanted to try optical switches and it was a cheap way to do so. The Viper Mini is equipped with the PAW3359. I fell in love with the switches and just hated the cable. I wasn't sure if it was a placebo or if the opticals really felt quicker to me and more responsive but I was stuck on them. So I bought the viper ultimate. This checked all my boxes at the time. Light weight for the time 74g, opticals switches, and wireless. It came equipped with the Focus+ sensor (PAW3399). My claw grip felt great on this mouse. The only thing I didn't like about the mouse was the side buttons on the side for left handed people. Not a big deal as it was easy to disable and the rubber grips they wear down after time. I tried the G-Wolves HSK Wired equipped with the PWM3389 Sensor and weighing in at 36g. I liked the weight, the lack of side buttons was the deal breaker for me and the fact it was wired. I liked the size of it and felt pretty nice in my hand but the wire was annoying to me and the lack of side buttons just made it not suitable for my gaming needs. I continued to mained the viper ultimate until the release of the viper v2 pro and ordered the hyper polling dongle as soon as it launched, 4k Hrz polling later updated to 8k hHrz polling. The v2 pro was a huge upgrade to me, lighter at 58g as opposed to 74G, and equipped with the Focus Pro 30K (PixArt PAW3950). This was mained until the release of the Viper Mini SE. i Originally passed on the first batch of the Viper Mini SE due to the price and having spent so much on the Viper V2 pro at launch and not having used it super long. But the beauty of the Viper Mini SE got to me. It really checked all the boxes I wanted in a mouse. Super light weight at 48.3 grams, High Polling 8k Hrz, amazing Build quality, and top tier sensor. The down side was the price tag. Once it came back in stock my Ex ordered it for me. I have since put it up for personal reasons and this led me on the journey to find my new main. So now here we are with the ATK U2. I started looking for a new mouse and didn't want to spend Razer, Logitech, Final Mouse kind of money on my next mouse. I stumbled onto a lot of different brands of Allie Express Mice and noticed something sub $70 8k polling support on a mouse. This caught my eyes. I also noticed they had it implemented for wired and wireless. Both my V2 Pro and Viper Mini SE only supported 8k in wireless mode which I always found silly and figured it had to do with the dongle having something in it that allowed it since the V2 Pro only came stock with the 1k dongle. I looked some more and noticed the the ATK F1 extreme supported the 8k polling wired/wireless and its shape is almost exactly as the hitscan hyperlight. Which is very close to the viper mini shape. Watched a lot of reviews on ATK and i ordered the F1 Extreme for about $69. My copy came in at 35.73g with 4 tiger ice v2 dot skates. I got it in the mail, got it out of the box and I was in love, boxed up my Viper mini SE and put it in storage. I had seen the zowie U2 shape and wanted to try it but never bought one. I had seen the ATK U2 on sale when I was looking for a new mouse but the 49 +/- weight was a turn off for me because I wanted a super light mouse sub 40g with 8k polling because i remembered loving the weight of the gwolves hsk wired and now sub 40g wireless is a thing. So after using the ATK F1 extreme i ordered the ATK U2 ultimate for about $56. TLDR over on to the review. My copy of the ATK U2 comes in at 52.31g with the stock skates. I got it from aliexpress so i don't know how the shipping from ATK’s Official site is. The unboxing experience is nice. It comes packed in a brown box that says ATK on it. Inside of that box is the mouse's actual box. It comes with an 8k dongle, a decent paracord cable on the stiffer side of paracord cables, and extra skates. I have not used extra skates. They say they are control skates. It also comes with grip tape as well. I don't like to use grip tape but its a nice addition. Software/Web Driver: ATK U2 has 2 ways to use the software for mouse adjustments: a web driver [ATK HUB](https://hub.atk.pro/) and the software. I use both. I prefer the web driver if I'm messing with settings for the mouse. It's just more fluid and it's easy to use in English. The software was in Chinese from the start for me a little messing around i got it working in English. I use the software if I want to quickly look at the battery level of the mouse. The web driver you have to add the mouse each time you load it if you close the browser. With the software you do not have too. Both Drivers are full of features and do the same things. Allows you to adjust DPI, Polling Rate, Angle, LOD, Dongle RGB setting, Key binds, and Firmware updates and much more. Only complaint I have about the software is that the Key binds do not have the ability to be paired to the application you use. This was a feature that kept me liking Logitech and razors software as buggy as synapse is. This is an easy fix honestly and I wished I found it sooner. I started using a program called X-mouse Button Control. This allows you to be able to implement your key binds using X-Mouse Button Control and set them up to be used on a per application basis i also set it up to have google cloud save my key binds to the cloud so i have thin in an event that i have to reformat my PC and don't have to go back the key binding process. X-Mouse Button Control fixes my only complaint about their software and its free and pretty light on computer Resources. [You can Get X-Mouse Button Control here](https://www.highrez.co.uk/downloads/xmousebuttoncontrol.htm) The Shell And Coating: The mouse has a nice coating; it feels kind of like a smooth matte texture. It's not a rough feeling like the V2 Pros texture. Not on the shell something felt off when compared to my old V2 Pro and I couldn't put my finger on it until I was reading some other reviews. The shell does not feel as dense. I have tried squeezing the mouse pretty hard more than you would put on the mouse in normal day to day use and I don't get any squeaking, creaking or flexing. So it is not a bad feeling that it feels less dense, it's just how it is. Battery life: I have not had the mouse dies once on me i have a bad habit of if i'm done i will toss the mouse on the charge that being said i have been running it at 8k polling and ran it multiple sessions without charging the 800mah battery makes 8k Hrz honestly feel like when i used 1k Hrz with older wireless tech. The Grip: The mouse honestly feels to me like it speaks to you. When I grabbed it for the first time my grip was pretty much locked in. It is one of the most comfortable mice I have used for my claw grip. Clicks and Scroll wheel: The Omron Opticals are on par with razer opticals in my opinion. They have a nice crisp click quick and easily spammable buttons. The side buttons feel great they are pretty good size not tiny and the placement of them is perfect it's designed in such a way i don't have to feel like i have to place my tomb in a specific place to hit the button it feels like my thumb wants to be there and the buttons just happen to be where they can be hit easily. The Scroll wheel is using the TTC Gold encoder. It feels amazing with great tactile steps. The scroll slick is easy to use and I have not gotten any accidental scrolls while clicking. The main chip: is the Nordic 52840 The Sensor: Not much to say they did a great job implementing the Pixart PAW3950. Honestly i feel its on Par with Razers implementation of it The Dongle: The dongle is ok. It has adjustable RGB which is nice. I would have liked the dongle to be smaller and more of a normal shape but it's not an added cost to the mouse, it's included with it and it works really well so all and all no gripes. All in all this is my favorite mouse, my new main. I liked it so much I bought a 2nd one on sale for around $49. I plan to do some mods to it, a battery weight reduction, use dot skates, and add qi charging to it. When I get my second copy in the mail I will make any updates I need to to this review. # ATK U2 = 10/10 Would Recommend

I ended up getting the maya x. I’ve had the viper 2 for a little over a year and the scroll wheel started skipping badly. I bought a new encoder and fixed the issue only for the issue to resurface this past month. I’ve heard razer mice don’t age well so I don’t know. I also don’t like synapse so I’m happy to see that mayas software is web based. Either way my maya x comes next week and hopefully that ages better than my old viper 2 pro.

I had a Razer Viper v2 Pro and its scrollwheel failed. It kept inputting scrolls in random directions any time I touched the wheel. Something similar happened with my Superlight before that... and my Glorious Model O before that... and my G502 before that (wheel lost all its steps)... and the Pulsar X2H eS I have now is double inputting middle mouse button clicks. I guess using middle mouse to open and close tabs isn't recommended.

Razor Viper V2 Pro is what I use for all my MMO's (GW2 and WoW included). MMO's don't need a special mouse, especially not GW2. Why do I use this one? 1. Can do wired or wireless (I keep it wired only when charging) 2. Easy to clean/keep clean (compared to a Logitech G600 which is a dirt trap) 3. Longer lasting (hasn't had any double-click issues and I'm on year 3 with it)

Honestly if you want a great endgame mouse go for the razer viper v2 pro(or v3 if that's out now?) Wireless and wired capability.

These days all mice perform about the same tech wise. What really matters is shape and weigh, and that’s all preference. Id suggest going to Best Buy and getting the displays in your hand For a proper recommendation: the Razer Viper V2 Pro. Lightweight, wireless, great battery life, good ambidextrous shape for $80

Viper V2 Pro It’s about a year or two since it’s release so the price is sitting right around $100 instead of the $150 it released as. Very lightweight sitting at like 60g so great for shooters. Comes with amazing battery life that’ll last you for days before you remember that it needs to be charged. And as someone who uses claw grip I’ve had no issues with the shape. My literal only complaint with the mouse is the mouse feet are small compared to the unused space underneath, and the Razer software isn’t as good as Logitech but it’s been updated recently.

These days most mid and top tier mice perform the same, shape is king Still I always recommend the Razer Viper V2 Pro that I use. Currently on sale for $99 on Amazon Wireless with a long battery life, you'll randomly remember it needs charging before the battery actually runs out Lightweight at 58g the shape is hit or miss. Ambidextrous design but side buttons only on the left, also a flat mouse thats good for claw and fingertip grips, palm can be a little weird just because it lacks the hump.

so going off your budget in terms of wireless mice for FPS the [Viper V2 Pro](https://a.co/d/0KkX3Ng) is $79.99 and was pretty good for FPS games If he doesn’t care about wire and just wants a good mouse then the [Deathadder V3 wired](https://www.razer.com/gaming-mice/Razer-DeathAdder-V3/RZ01-04640100-R3U1) is like the best mouse for that and is like one of the top recommended ones on here if you don’t mind spending a bit more the [Deathadder V3 Hyperspeed](https://www.razer.com/gaming-mice/Razer-DeathAdder-V3-HyperSpeed/RZ01-05140100-R3U1) is incredibly lightweight, a bit smaller and wireless. price v performance it’s the best bang for the buck for what you pay hope this helped!

For me, the Viper V2 Pro edged it out mainly because of the shape and it just fits my hand better for claw/fingertip grip. The clicks also feel a bit more crisp. That said, the Superlight 2 has smoother software and a super safe shape, so it really comes down to personal preference

33$ Glorious Model O Pro (FK1 Clone):  just got this one in yesterday in Blue Lynx color and it’s a lot grippier than the 100$ V2 heavier version I returned. I was surprised how much I liked it for relaxed pincer claw with my 18.7 x 9.8 cm normal sized hands as the Viper V2 and V2 of this mouse seemed too big for me. I would say the only issue you might have is skates aren’t as slow as Zowie’s and might wanna go fish or pony up and get the 150$ FK2-DW (my main) with black skates if your hand size is similar to mine or smaller.

Viper V2's scroll wheel breaks easily so I wouldn't recommend it. Zowie FK2-DW is like the V2 for people with normal width hands rather than orangatang hands! Also it's flat like the G305 and I play best with it using the black skates it comes with. Aria XD7 Atomic is a lighter flat egg shaped mouse like the G305 that I like a lot for Pincer Claw grip! There is a new Aria 2 out now that's total crap fyi.

Dude your hands are huge! I would say just stick with the V2 Pro for Palm it other than the FK series are the only mice designed for palm grip and ergos are garbage. Alternatively you could also switch over to a 4 finger relaxed claw grip where your pinky doesn’t touch the mouse. Just did this a week ago from palm and it makes my 65 g FK2 feel like a 30 g’s weight mouse the way I’m swinging it around and the extra wrist ROM makes it insane! This would open up opportunities to use a different mouse because it’s all about the hump/weight rather than the length/size of the mouse matching up with your hands. I would try the V3 Viper again with this style grip and see if you like it.

Razer Viper v2. The wifi dongle stopped communicating with the mouse and would only work in wired mode. Another Razer Viper v2 where the scroll wheel stopped working correctly. To say that Razer products are good because your google-fu sucks is just hilarious to me. You can find thousands of posts online of people bitching about MODERN Razer products and how they still can't get their fucking quality level to a satisfactory spot.... Razer is one of the worst fucking peripheral companies on the market.... My wifi dongle issue, after I had it, was so fucking common that I found a reddit post with at least 100 people all with the same issue posting about it.... Razer is legit the bottom barrel of components. You are paying for the name and visual design NOT for quality. Likewise Logitech had many issues as well, but they have actively been working to fix them. The most common was their double click issue for left/right click and scroll wheel death. BOTH from my experience have been fixed once they switched to their new optical based switches. My G502X-Lightspeed mice haven't had a single point of failure (got one wired and one wireless with a charging station made by a chinese company). Both mice are still going strong. Hell, you could buy cheap chinease mice like Reddragon and have higher quality than Razer products in terms of it lasting and not breaking....

I have a super light 2 and I love it however, it did take some days to get use to coming from a razer basilik. I have the Razer Viper V2 Pro however, I personally do not like it for gaming. I just use that one for my other PC. My hands are a bit larger than average and the super light 2 is perfect for me. PS I hate how greedy Logitech is with the amount of different versions that they make. Superlight vs Superlight 2 are close to the same dimensions. Then I find out they decide to make an Ergonomic Version for right handed players(which I don’t want to waste $180 for the Superlight 2 DEX. I would assume it is just different companies who want you to buy their mouse over the competitor. Of course if you google the best gaming mouse, you will get 30 different sites claiming different brands are #1. I don’t know if it is just me however, different mouse pads give a night and day difference when it comes to how playing CS2 feels…

I had the grip on for over a year. It was almost impossible to remove it. The glue residue was stuck and trying to wipe it off was not working. When I finally had managed to clean off all residue there was a spot that had removed the black coating and left a small “crater” that I could feel with my finger. Had the same issues with a Viper V2 Pro except it didn’t ruin the coating. The glue on these razer grips are… actual glue that gets stuck after a while :S

Some years ago I tried to use one of those G600 "keyboard on the side of the mouse" situations and what I found was that they simply couldn't make up for just having good manual dexterity. A mouse is not a keyboard, and it shouldn't try to be one. These years I'm using a Razer Viper Pro V2. It has just 2 side buttons, the DPI switch is on the bottom so it doesn't get in the way like with a lot of other mice. I use it wireless unless it needs to charge in which case it takes 2 seconds to plug in the wire. Its also easy to keep clean and doesn't have any of that pointless grip-tape-texture bullshit on the sides. 10/10 if this mouse can go another 2 years without a double-click issue I'll probably buy 3 more just to keep them in cold storage in case I need to replace. Best mouse I've ever had.

Razer Viper V2 Pro is the closest thing to a perfect mouse for me. Easy to clean, very few seams, can be used wirelessly or wired (wireless the battery life seems to be about a month). Has 2 side buttons, which is the perfect number of side buttons for an MMO. I am strongly against mice with lots of buttons on the side, because they are a nightmare to clean no matter who says its easy (my G600 broke specifically because I followed the guide on how to clean it).

Had the ultimate then v2 pro and moved to WLmouse after Beast x Max is pretty much a Viper v2 Pro. If you are stuck on MMO mouse though. I have experience with the Razer V2 Pro. I bought a new mouse while traveling in Turkey. Now I live in Asia. After a year, the mouse started losing connection wirelessly with my laptop. Additionally, the scroll wheel started stuttering when scrolling up. I contacted technical support, and they refused to help me. The mouse is not covered by an international warranty. They advised me to travel 7,000 km back to Turkey and contact the seller. This is the worst experience ever. I wanted to send the mouse to the Razer office so they could all enjoy using it—completely free of charge. They refused to give me an address. If I ever met the CEO of this company, I’d shove the mouse up his ass. Don't buy Razer.

I'm still probably going to go with the razer viper. I bought the ultimate back in like 2016-2018 and so far it's the longeat I've ever been able to keep a mouse both because my hands sweat when I get nervous and I flick hard so if there's a wire it'll be yanked out. I like the feel and fit of it, absolutely hate the company and the shit software you have to download just to get the mouse going and then get to uninstall. The only reason I'm looking to replace it is because the stand it comes with to charge or the metal pieces where the prongs on the stand sit are going bad and it won't charge without fiddling with it, and the rubber sides on both sides are just torn/worn down to the plastic lol, it still works amazingly and I still love the feel and size.

I need a bigger mouse and found the Kone Aimo from RJN a few years ago. The only problem I had with it was that the left click button would wear out too quickly. I played a lot of Siege and loved using the pistols. LOL I switched to a razer viper to try a different grip... The left click has yet to go out, but I find it a little small.

A tip from a guy that knows about mouse: you will hear a lot of mixed opinions about durability "I never had a problem with it", "it sucks", but the truth is that's all subjective by their experiences, by design any mouse no matter how expensive can double click, specially if has no optical switches (most of them) otherwise, a mouse that mostly won’t encounter these issues using normal swiches does not exist TBH, but the chances of having double clicks are very very low, otherwise a lot of mouse companies would not sell, all you can do is watch good mouse reviewers like AimAdapt, usually when they say that a mouse is good is really good and choosing one with opticals if you are traumatized with double clicks, mouses with opticals is the way to go, solid construction is very easy to find nowdays, I also suggest you to consider your gripstyle to check all the boxes, if you use fingertip then why not go for Razer Viper, they are solid, good warranty, optical switches, recommended by any reviwer.

Basilisk v3, i play a lot of siege and it is my favorite mouse. Depends if he has big hands or not, basilisk is fantastic if you have big hands, small hands seam to prefer the viper, I had one and found it very uncomfortable. Appears to be 69.99 on razers website but it should be available elsewhere.

I like to rest my hand on the mouse as well, so my pick is always an ergo shape. I’ve tried Razer Viper’s shape and VGN’s Dragonfly shape (which is similar to Logitech’s G Pro), but as soon as I got my hands on a Rapoo VT3 Pro Max, it became my number 1 mouse. What I personally would suggest you is to look on [EloShapes](https://www.eloshapes.com/mouse/compare?p=razer-mamba-elite) for mouses that has a similar shape to the Mamba, this way you’ll know if the mouse you’re looking will fit your hand just fine. When I got my mouses/mice, I went for cheaper/cost-benefit options, just to test the shapes out. My plan was to move for a better mouse once I found my shape to go, but the VT3 fit me so good, that I just kept it.

MX518. I wish they had wireless. Deathadder V3 Pro (I do also have the Hyperspeed too but I keep gravitating to the V3 Pro) I tried the Basilisk V3 (didn't like it), tried the Orochi V2 (too small and hurts hands), tried the Viper (preferred Deathadder V3 Pro better), tried the GPro (prefer Deathadder v3 pro much better) For eronomic office mouse I actually oddly enough loved the microsoft sculpt mouse. It's like a big ball. But it's discontinued now. I also like the MX Master 3 but it can feel clunky at times - but I rotate between that and the DAV3 Pro.

Razer is a gaming mouse company that makes the Vipers and DeathAdders that are best bought refurbished, I really wouldn't buy much of anything else from them. Their keyboards are way too expensive for what they compete with in the same price bracket nowadays, same with their headphones, and whatever else they make. If you ever own a razer mouse, get the software, choose your polling rates, and delete everything on your computer with the word razer on it.

I used to have a deathadder V2 (halo edition) and had to go to the Naga V2 hyperspeed as my adder died on me after a year. The Naga has been fantastic thus far, I'm a year and a half in and I love it. 12 side buttons, free spinning (and normal) scroll wheel, you can *sideclick* the scroll wheel (both directions) and customizable DPI from a button notched out of the Left mouse button. I don't know how similar to YOUR Naga it is, but I felt the need to specify. Out of all of razer mice I've owned the Naga V2 feels the best. Glorious Model O was my favourite by far but it's not an mmo style. (Or razer, lol) Little bit of extra context also: my Naga does NOT have the 'quick connect' side buttons like other models. Mine is an mmo style mouse and mmo style ONLY. Edit: I never put a list, but I owned 3 deathadders from the first edition, the v2 and the halo edition, 2 Nagas now (mmo and standard), as well as the... Viper? I think it's called. I didn't like it. The Naga is my favourite for versatility but the deathadder felt the nicest. It was also like $90 CAD. Downside is its a battery operated, takes a single AA

Imo Razer is not that good. I had everything from razer. headphones, mouse, mousepad, keeb etc. and I can say that the overall build quality is bad, but razer makes good switches. Switches in razer huntsman mini are really good. Edit: Headphones - Razer kraken first gen and Razer kraken X USB - broken after 5 months (Same happened to all my friends) Mouse - Razer basilisk X and Razer Viper - Viper fast teardown and rattling problem, basilisk - Sometimes it was losing connection (the receiver was 1m away from the mouse) Keyboard - Actually good I still have it

This is exactly what I'm going through right now. Ultimately I'd like to find a mouse with a shape thats an evolution of the g305. I've been looking at elo shapes to find a similar mouse but they don't really provide the curves of the mouse just the overall silhouette and size. Some of the mouse I've tried are the Razer Orochi v2, fantech aria, Razer viper, mchose l7, pulsar x2h, zaopin z1. So far I've liked the fantech aria shape the most out of all the mice I've tried but there hasn't been anything quite like the g305 shape other than ofcourse it's clone mice.

I've been through the same frustrations. My G502 started double-clicking, and then the Razer Viper had scroll issues. I eventually switched to the PowerColor Alphyn AM10 and it's been solid for me. No double-clicks, no scroll wheel glitches, and the build feels reliable. It’s wireless but you can still charge it, and the polling rates and sensor perform great even in fast-paced games. Definitely worth a look if you're done with Logitech and Razer.

Check out [prosettings](https://prosettings.net/lists/league-of-legends/) They mostly detail stuff for CS and Valorant pros where peripheral changes are a more popular topic. So the league list isn't exhaustive and not 100% up to date. As with other games, variants of the Razer Viper and Logitech G Pro dominate the list. But the G703, G903, and Deathadder also make appearances. Niche lightweight brands like Vaxeee and Finalmouse that have made inroads in CS and Valorant don't have much traction in league.

Unless I'm mistaken isn't the "Faker edition" of the v3 more similar to the v2 in some aspects? Also the drama of him being the guy on every death adder box, getting a signature edition, then switching to the viper because of wrist issues, then switching back to the deathadder? If I am remembering my insane Faker mouse timeline correctly?

Well, I guess it's horses for courses. I tried the Viper, and I had really high hopes for the Corsair Scimitar Elite, but I really couldn't handle the software - I'm not one for all that rainbow unicorn shit and both Synapse and iCue seemed intent on destroying my minimalist colour scheme, as well as being almost impossible to consistently program macros to the buttons. At least with LGHUB, even though we all curse it, when it works it just works, and I found the SteelSeries software tolerable.

Both are solid mice, just depends how much you value wireless vs wired. I will say, the older Viper shape is more similar to the Taipan. The Logitech Pro is more of a potato. I think both have buttons on both sides, as the older g pro had ones you could insert.

Great writeup. Mine arrived yesterday. It will be replacing my VV3P as I like the ergo shape of the DAV4P more. The improved battery life @ 1000Hz is a very welcomed change as well. I find myself charging my Viper every 4-5 days. The skates/glide on the V4 is far more glidier than my V3 as well.

You could get the razer viper for 1.9k but do not buy razer deathadder v2x, I bought it a few months ago and it's been a horrible experience. The mouse disconnects randomly both with 2.4hz and bluetooth connection.

To anyone shopping for a new mouse right now: Don't just blindly look at #1 and buy that. While there are objective details that make one mouse better than another, there are also very important subjective concerns. The Superlight is a phenomenal mouse on paper, for example, but my hand simply can't stand the shape of it. For the longest time I also felt I didn't like Razer's products, but it's actually their Viper that finally ended my search for a mouse. To that point, you probably should try to resist the temptation to swear allegiance to any particular brand. These companies improve (and degrade) over time. This is pretty good advice for shopping in the tech world in general, honestly, and you'll see in the comments that a lot of people struggle with it lol

i have it, Ill write some pros and cons: \+ its cheap (i got it for like 60 euro or less) \+ its also quite light to the hand. its lighter than the previous one, but its not really the lighest on the market, Id say its somewhere in the middle. \+ 30000 dpi with polling rate up to 8000 from the standard 1000 (higher polling rates needs better cpu, but also it works weird with different games: minecraft, osu, league lag when you move your mouse with higher polling rate than 2000. Somehow counter strike 2 does not have that issue so I play it with 8000.) Also in the software it says that higher polling rate increases cpu usage, so it these problems may just be on my side, its not really a problem, just a little bit annoying. I usually just swap profiles when I change games. \+ you can find parts for it pretty easily \- razer product = you have to use their software :/ \- I dont know if its a me issue, but sometimes sensor lags the mouse - I move mouse to the left, and I get laggy, slowish, weird movement on the screen. After blowing its usually fine. Ive got a no name black mat, but im planning on switching since its old. That may be the issue but I dont really know \- scroll wheel is annoying. slippery af - I tried to clean it with isopropyl alcohol many times but I just couldnt make it work Overall I recommend it a lot, just because I got it for cheap. Its a good mouse.

Installing itself before windows (like really?) Random crashes/bugs that make me have to close every razer app in task manager to restart it correctly. Some days my keyboard wont function and I have to unplug it and plug it back in for it to work, same for kraken headphones and its thingy with thx audio. I have macros set up on side buttons, when I turn off the computer, they reset, but only on one specific profile, When I tried to ask razer support to fix it, we went through some weird hoops, where they recommended to install synapse 4 (I was on 3 because it did work and because all my devices want to install 3, so why would I go for 4? id have both apps at once, nice one razer btw) so after I uninstalled synapse 3 like their instruction asked, I restarted pc, but then all input devices were gone. mouse, keyboard were not working. I tried swapping to a different one, it also did not work. I couldnt log in to my own pc. I could get it to work in safeboot mode, and thru that I could go back to before i uninstalled synapse. Im calm typing this, but back then I was so mad. I havent seen anybody having same problem, but thats still on them or/and their software. Nonetheless Im not going to throw their products out of the window instantly, but Im not going to buy them anymore. Id still recommend the mouse tho, its really cheap for the great sensor it has.
