Maybe look at the redragon M806 wireless. It checks off most of your boxes (only 1k polling though) while not being expensive. This sub doesn't like redragon but I honestly haven't had issues with them. I can't speak much to the internals since i haven't had to take my Aatrox apart (yet lol) but it uses a PAW3395 and supposedly Huano switches. My hand is 19.5cm x 11cm and the Aatrox (same shape as the M806) fills out my hand really well
