I've been using a Red Dragon M686 and it's been a nice upgrade. It might sound like a small thing but there's a finger rest on this mouse so my pinky doesn't drag. Maybe it's just me, and my mouse grip, but I neeeed that when I'm processing. It's USB-C rechargeable, 2.4Ghz wireless, and the DPI is adjustable. About $35 on Amazon.
