red dragon is incredible for the price. i have 2 my favorite is the one with 10 thumb buttons. it's the usual m4 + m5, and then 2 sets of 4. they're bigger than the typical 12 button mmo buttons which were too small for me to be accurate with during high apm. big recommend for red dragon
I assume you were a logi g604 enjoyer like I am. The mouse I have had my eyes on in case my g604 breaks is the "Redragon m811 aatrox" I have only used a few things from red dragon and they weren't bad at all. Their software program isn't terrible either compared to a lot of others. There is also the turtle beach kone xp (used to be roccat) that one is pretty damn similar but more expensive. Edit: Also RIP g604, I hope they come out with a new version, and honesty keep the double A battery's I like not having to replace for 6 months way better than charging.
Something like this: https://redragonshop.com/products/m811-mmo-gaming-mouse I can't seem to find the exact one on their site right now, but it's that company and that number of buttons. It works pretty nicely for me. 1-5 are abilities and transference like you'd think. I don't really use 6-8. Then the normal side buttons are melee and interact.
Ah well yeah if 8 buttons is not enough then your only other good choices is a G600, Naga, Corsair scimitar Elite, Solakaka variety, or ReDragon vatiety with the 9-12 button keypads. I'd say unless you need anti-cheat scripting within Logitechs G Hub, then you could so any of these brands. Yeah I saw how Razor locks down their macro abilities. Corsair does the same. What I mean: big gaming mouse companies restrict macros from firmware which means you'll likely be banned and detected from determinant input behavior of their HID. Where their determinant scripts get executed with delay of perfect digits like 1.0 seconds, 2.0 seconds, 0.5 seconds, every time. What you'd need is a log-normal or gaussian distribution with a long tail to simulate delayed reaction responses occassionally, kurtosis. Also reaction times are normally 58-80 ms clustered, then spread out between 46-140ms. This is why I do some fancy scripting on G hub using LUA. I stick to reasonable 1-4 keys executed in about 0.45-0.120 seconds and just accept that human behavior cant reliably do 8 moves perfectly in a 2.0 seconds sequence every time. Random delays are needed.
posted this is another thread, so here's the copy & paste: **I just got my Solakaka E9 Pro in black color and I love it so far.** I've yet to assess the software so here's a physical review, initital E9 Pro thoughts: **Positives:** \- Keeps my wrist from dragging the mousepad / desk, it's a true vertical mouse with good ergonomics for long playtimes, allows a strong grip on the mouse. I bought this vert mouse because the LTC GM051 Wireless Vertical mouse did not make the cut and the Redragon M811 Aatrox (a hybrid of a traditional and vert mice) reminded me of my free-will and turned me onto the idea of playing with my wrist angled for long-term comfort. \- Buttons #1-6 are really accessable side buttons for binds, buttons 8 and 9 are still pretty easy to hit. Pressing the "1" buton is excellent for me. \- scroll wheel center click is firm, no miss click, glides easily and it's quiet, doesn't rattle like my ReDragon mouse. \- lights seem great, not excessive, I'm not a RGB fan so I usually just go one color. \- the mouse feels good, slides well. I'm using the mouse pad that was provided which is of good quality too. **Cons** **-** buttons 0 and 7 are challenging for my hand size, i'd have to pivot my hand (From the bottom of my hand to the tip of my middle finger, my hand is roughly 7.6 - 8" and buttom of my hand to tip of thumb is roughly 5.5- 5.75"... not trying to over-inflate my numbers either), I could see someone using their left pointer finger for button #7.. definitely plausible! \- scroll wheel center click is not very highly spammable, probably 25-35 clicks in 5 seconds. \- no scroll wheel left and right tilt, but I knew that before buying \-I'm an adult male, I could see kids not liking this due to needing an adult size hand, but my thumb just barely reaches the "0" button in the front. **My overall reaction:** \- I'm definitely keeping this. \- I'd say it's better than the Corsair Scimitar Elite which caused me to grip-misclick side buttons. \[context\] I was playing on a old Logitech that kept screwing up on the wheel. I bought 7 different mice after research. I ended up with the Zelote C-12, which was a newer upgrade in the last month and I still really like my C-12. I don't play FPS often, but I'm a strong gamer regardless. Obviously Zelote is not a premium brand with high-end sensors, but the ergonomics of that mouse were good for me and it had 6 side buttons and a thumb rest. I don't often use mouse software unless I script LUA in G Hub using a G604. I'm stoked to go see if I can run LUA scripts through this, but not a deal breaker. I'd love to see QMK support on new mice as it enables users to run inputs through the HID device I've tried the Scimitar, Naga v2 hyperscroll, RedDragons, UTechSmarts, but I tend to be playing competitive MMO's (for context) and like my mouse keybinds.
Check out the Redragon M811. I considered it but Redragon is a cheap brand. It has what you might be looking for tho. I didn't go for it because some skills and actives need to be used in very quick succession (Looking at you cold front), faster than I think I could comfortably move my thumb back and forth that far. I also learned from all the mice I tried, your thumb as not as dexterous in practice as you think it will be when you are mouse shopping lol.

It has two big side buttons that I use for important emergency actions, and below them there are two horizontal rows of smaller buttons that are slightly angled, so they feel like two separate groups. Just sliding your thumb over them, you instantly know which button you’re pressing. You can also bind scroll up and scroll down as hotkeys, which helps a lot. Not sure if there’s a wireless version though.
I find them in a weird spot where they're okay to good and quite cheap, but you do a lot better for not that much more money with other chinese brands, they do crush a lot of the big brands offerings in this budget range though, you can get an at least on paper much better mouse from Redragon compared to Razer/Logitech/etc at the sort of Deathadder Essential/G102 price point. $70 you almost definitely could get something better from ATK/Mchose/VXE/VGN, maybe Pulsar. If you're wanting to spend well under $70, I do think the M916 K1ng Pro 4k is solid, not incredible, but a viable option for the money and iirc it's shape is basically a narrower in the back Steelseries Rival 3/Roccat Burst. Without more details that's honestly their only mouse in stock right now I'd recommend from them, and it's well under your budget, I think they're $45 atm maybe even cheaper than that. The main upsides to Redragon as a brand compared to the other chinese brands imo are them being consistently available on amazon directly from them and even in some retail stores like micro center as opposed to being purely an aliexpress brand and/or their own website situation. So if for whatever reason you find aliexpress sketchy or you want what on paper at least is better odds of refunds/returns that is in their favor. Past that I'll also give them props for being one of the few companies still doing MMO mice, and they even have a genuine range of models with different amounts of buttons. I haven't had it long enough for the long term ownership experience but the honeymoon period with the M811 has been good.
I use a weird one I found, the Redragon M811. It has 8 numbered buttons and two bigger ones on the side.
