Logitech G600 was the ideal WoW mouse, but it's discontinued. Tried a Corsair, but it fell apart after 3-4 monts. Now I'm using a Redragon M901P-KS..... so far, it's pretty damn good, and I'd recommend it.

My last three mice have come from Redragon (M901 Perdition, M908 Impact, and now the M913 Impact Elite Wireless). The Perdition was a good mouse for what I paid for it, but I probably wouldn't recommend it any more (and I'm pretty sure the model was discontinued anyway). Whatever process they used to texture the plastic made it really flaky. The M908/M913 Impact mice are much better. I replace my mouse every 5 years or so. The wired Impact is dirt-cheap and the wireless version won't break the bank either. And I've most often had to replace due to fraying braided cables so now that I have the wireless one it might last longer. And it still comes with all the features like profiles and RGB lighting and fancy software, and unlike the Naga I once had (which was admittedly over a decade ago so this might have changed), you don't need to have the software running to have the full functionality of the mouse. Just set up everything how you want it and you never have to launch it again.

My naga lasted 5 years without issue and this one has gone for 2 now. Thats wild. But I had a Red Dragon Predition for about 6 years back in the day and though it was a bit small, it was reliable.

I really wish they didn't discontinue the Reddragon Perdition M901. It was ugly as sin but easily the best MMO mouse I've ever used in every meaningful way. And it cost like £25.

I still swear by the Redragon M908 Impact. Haven't had scroll wheel issues on that or the M901 Perdition, but useful configuration utility, no drivers. Solid side buttons.

Which redragon mouse? I used to use the M901 Perdition (both editions) but it was a bit stiff. I tried to replace it with the Logitech g600 but total dependence on software was lame, settled back on the Redragon m908 impact. I'd heard that Redragon mice with 16 instead of 12 buttons are quite difficult to work with. Always using all the buttons on the impact, never any discomfort, unlike my experience with other mice.

I had the same issue and switched to the redragon perdition a while ago. They seem to last longer than my nagas did and they're half the price.

I used the razer naga trinity for a few years. When it broke I replaced it with a redragon perediction 4. Both are 12 button mice. I honestly prefer cheaper redragon hardware. The buttons are easier to feel because they don't all feel the same. However, the software is terrible. They don't let you assign to the function keys 13 to 24 which means those 12 extra buttons don't actually get you 12 more hotkeys. Just an overlap with keyboard keys. Which for me almost entirely defeats the point. Very dissapointing since the hardware is good. That said, I also hate Razer software. It updates all the time with like dozens of megabytes of downloads. What the hell is it downloading? Are there PNG images in my mouse firmware? Should be a few kb max. I did also like the razer hardware a lot though. would go back to it if could afford.

Perdition Redragon is like a fifth the price and will last longer.

Red Dragon perdition is an amazing mouse. 12 buttons. $30 on Amazon. I’ve been using once since about 2014. Finally bought another one last year because I wore down my side buttons over the last decade on the first one.

If you can still find one, the Razer Naga X. It's the wired budget version of the Razer Naga wireless that comes with switchable side panel. Mine is going strong for 4 years now. It replaced my old Razer Naga 2014. MMO mouse are niche now with very limited option. If you don't want to go with Razer. There's Logitech G600 but it's very old model with a weaker censor. The SteelSeries Aerox 9 which is a bit more reasonable in price. And the Corsair Scimitar which I don't like because unlike Razer and Logitech it doesn't have onboard memory and needs the Corsair program to be running. (Unless they changed that?) And it's also the heaviest MMO mouse I've tried. Redragon Perdition is a very budget friendly model. But I didn't like how cheap it felt. And I one I owned, the plastic had a very noxious smell. Plus the material was flaking everywhere.

I'm using a gifted G600 right now and it's fine, but for heavy duty stuff and travel / work I use a Redragon M901 that has lasted through years of abuse (including just rumbling around in backpacks constantly) without any sort of failure. Cost me about $20.

I had the naga when it first came out years ago. It didn't last long. Found the redragon 901 in 2014 (still functioning btw) then bought the 908 in 2022. Haven't looked back In my opinion razer is over priced and over hyped

Red Dragon Perdition. Perfection.

I have the same mouse! I've used it for personal and work use for years now, and it still works perfectly. I also have a red dragon large mouse pad. I had the m901 before that for about 5 years and it also still works great. I have it boxed up as a backup, I just decided I wanted a new one so I bought the m908.

My Naga died, and they dont make it anymore. The next closest mouse I could find was a Redragon Perdition, but even Redragon doesn't make the Perdition anymore. The new model has wings/flaps on each side (like under the buttons), and I'm not a huge fan

i had that headset (broke when i knocked it off my desk) the deathwing cata steelseries mouse (used it till the plastic was worn down to white from years of use best mouse i ever had really though currently using a redragon naga clone) god that keyboard was shiite but used it for a couple years, the concept was interesting but underutilised. the macro buttons for communications could be a lifesaver in bgs back in cata/mop

I bought a $50 Redragon mouse whenever I first got my pc a few years ago that has 12 buttons on the side like this, before I ever started playing WoW. I honestly couldn't play without it. I even bought a nice wireless Logitech gaming mouse that was about $150. But, I always end up going back to my MMO mou as e because I just love all the buttons.

I’ve bought 3 Redragon 12-button mice after my Naga died years ago, they’ve been solid. Lasted 2-3 years each, the wireless one is about $50 last I looked (although now tariffs idk)

i've bought all kinds of red dragon stuff over the years and it's always at least good enough. i like the 12 side button MMO mouse more than any other i've tried and it has stayed my daily mouse for at least the last 5 years. no problems with longevity on their keyboards, mice, or headphones. I was not impressed with one of their controllers, but that was years ago and I have pretty demanding requirements for a controller.

Red dragon 12 button mouse is my go to, great if you want a few extra mouse binds. I don't use anywhere close to all of them but the option to is cool plus nice RGB for like $50 last time I checked. Edit: it's actually gone down in price go figure

RIP my G600. Great mouse but OOP like others have said. I recently swapped to a Red Dragon 12 button mouse and that has been a decent replacement overall but it is missing some of the extra features of the G600 like scroll wheel clicking left/right and the right-right/third mouse click button. As far as 'feel' goes though? The red dragon is the closest match to the G600 I've tried. Cheap too!

For me the best mouse I had yet is a red dragon with 12 buttons on the side. (I had razer, etc.). Why ? : ) Because it hasn't Razer shitty synapse. So there's no question of "you're offline / Synapse update / etc. Not working" It works all the time. Macro or not.

Same for me. Went through 3 nagas in almost as many years. Have been using red dragon 12 button for at least 6 years now.

About 2 years ago I got a naga v2 pro to replace a corsair scimitar with the scroll wheel issues. If you scrolled down, sometimes it would roll up first then down, or it would do it inconsistently. I HATED that corsair required me to map all 12 side buttons before they did anything..this may have changed. Some of the paint has worn off the pros 7 and 8 buttons, but other than that, it's been great. Got a v2 hyperspeed for my travel setup as a refurb model for a little over half price. It's been good, 1 AA battery has lasted dozens of hours so far. Got rid of a red dragon 12 button - cause fuck that thing. So light it feels cheap. Side buttons are mushy feeling but also a little too hard to press. I'd have liked to try a Logitech 600, but they're like $400 Cad on Amazon. So forget that. Never tried the steel series one, as it seems to be a relatively recent release. I do like their headphones and keyboards, so I'd consider it for the next one.

I picked up a red dragon 12 button mouse off of Amazon and it works really really well.

I'm on 5.5 years on my red dragon 12 button. Had to change the cable recently, cost only a couple of bucks, and now it's good as new.

I use a Red dragon wired mmo mouse aswell.  Quality is fine in price/balance.  Used to have a steelseries WoW (Deathwing look) mmo mouse before from cata to mid legion but mouse wheel broke some day(does Not work at All anymore just spin) ,then took a break from mid legion up to end s4 of dragonflight and had to buy a new mouse.  Chosed the Red dragon because i dont pay 100 bucks for a mouse .. paid 40 and it is a good choice for that

Razer Naga Pro is insane. Wireless, multiple side panels with 12/6/2 buttons, I personally like the 6 button one the most. Scimitar is also good option. Stay away from cheap stuff like Redradon. Side buttons are very stiff and its whole plastic block, while brand moused like Razer use mehanical buttons that are easy and smooth to press. And Yes i do own one Redragon MMO mouse and speak from experience.

I have a reddragon mmo mouse that fit my hand pretty well, I also have bigger hands then most people. I would check that out. You should be able to find one at your local microcenter if you have one. That way you can feel the mouse and see how it fits!

I've used a lot and I'm currently using a red dragon mmo mouse from amazon it cost £35 which is a damn sight cheaper than other devices on the market and it is really a solid mouse it's not a roccat nyth but it's still really solid

Red dragon maybe? Their mmo mouse is actually amazing. I just stepped up to the kone xp air from there, but idk if that would be big enough. Maybe the g502 also.

The red dragon mmo is a decent choice mouse for something with a good bit of buttons. Just be aware that the software can be a bit iffy at times. Personally for someone with bigger hands and only needing a few programmable buttons I usually go with the Logitech g502 and have been for years though the switches can fail after a while (they are replaceable with a bit of effort).

1) Razer naga wired, Corsair scimitar, Red dragon mmo mouse 2) Used to do 1234 and mouse click everything past 4 and as a result I got good mouse accuracy and could even do mouse only if needed. Got a naga and everything became a whole lot easier to hit. Alot less mouse movements for sure. I've used both the naga and scimitar for years until the buttons wore out. Currently using a red dragon mmo mouse and the side buttons are stiffer than the naga or scimitar but it gets the job done. Not really required if you keybind around wasd but its convenient for top number key layout. 3) Overall its more of a convenience than making me a better player if anything.

I use a standard keyboard and a red dragon mmo mouse with 12 buttons at my thumb. I have moved WASD to ESDF to get some more buttons to the left of my keyboard hand. I then have a custom button profile in the game. Then map the mouse and its buttons to the keyboard assigned buttons. But the final thing that brings it all together is using in-game ACTION CAM. This forces me to press the keys instead of using mouse pointers and clicks. I have the toggle for action cam asigned a button. And switch out of action cam for inventory management and any other task better suited for mouse and keyboard interaction. Then, once you get it set up, do it. Keep doing it until it becomes second nature.

For the price? They are overrated. I’ve got a red dragon mmo mouse that was $30 that works just as good as my drathadder does.

Reddragons MMO gaming mouse it's not the best brand but it works for me and it's 40 or 50 bucks

I really like the red dragon mmo mouse. Cheap and better quality than the razer/logitech ones I’ve had and the ergonomics are great for me.

They are plenty clicky imo and very responsive. I like how they’re angled better than the naga/logitech alternative also. Plus I’ve had it 3 years and it’s still going strong where I had two nagas break around the 1 year mark. Maybe the older one was worse but idk!

My red dragon mmo mouse is still going strong, and I got it before the pandemic, so I second this

I recently went with the red dragon MMO mouse and for an inexpensive mouse with 10 key it is surprisingly strong.

Used a g600 for 10 years, love the Red Dragon MMO mouse that I am now using, especially the weights I can add and remove. It's super cheap vs the competition, too.

I use red dragon's MMO mouse and it's great especially for its cheap price. I use it exclusively for MMOs and swap to my g502 for other games and daily use. Waiting on logi to make a wireless g600...

So I used most of the main brand ones over the last 11+ years with some cheaper option. I do enjoy the the Red dragon mmo mice for the price. Check out brands like that online. 

Same I use a red dragon too since my last g600 died got a g600 on standby still. I just wanted to see if a sub 40 dollar mmo mouse would still be good compared to the overpriced imo corsair scimtar and aero from steelseries since the g600 is discontinued. I wish logitech would bring back the g600 still though but would 100% recommend the red dragon mmo mouse
