I personally have a terrible experience with Razer, shitty software, shitty build quality, would not buy again(even if the product is good the software is still trash)i just got my redragon M916 PRO(4K polling rate,26K dpi, also lightweight if you’re into that) and i personally love it,its deffenetly a step-up from my Razer cobra, and its affordable as well,i’d go for the HyperX if i had to pick, but the Redragon gets a recommendation from me as well!

I find them in a weird spot where they're okay to good and quite cheap, but you do a lot better for not that much more money with other chinese brands, they do crush a lot of the big brands offerings in this budget range though, you can get an at least on paper much better mouse from Redragon compared to Razer/Logitech/etc at the sort of Deathadder Essential/G102 price point. $70 you almost definitely could get something better from ATK/Mchose/VXE/VGN, maybe Pulsar. If you're wanting to spend well under $70, I do think the M916 K1ng Pro 4k is solid, not incredible, but a viable option for the money and iirc it's shape is basically a narrower in the back Steelseries Rival 3/Roccat Burst. Without more details that's honestly their only mouse in stock right now I'd recommend from them, and it's well under your budget, I think they're $45 atm maybe even cheaper than that. The main upsides to Redragon as a brand compared to the other chinese brands imo are them being consistently available on amazon directly from them and even in some retail stores like micro center as opposed to being purely an aliexpress brand and/or their own website situation. So if for whatever reason you find aliexpress sketchy or you want what on paper at least is better odds of refunds/returns that is in their favor. Past that I'll also give them props for being one of the few companies still doing MMO mice, and they even have a genuine range of models with different amounts of buttons. I haven't had it long enough for the long term ownership experience but the honeymoon period with the M811 has been good.

Are those your only options? A VXE R1 Pro would be better than those, although the Redragon one is genuinely not bad.

Mchose L7 pro+ (or ultra+ if it's still on sale) LGG LA-1 is also pretty good if you are on a tight budget and some redragon stuff is cheap on Amazon right now (but finding sizes for these things is a pain) pretty sure anything with pro is good (M815 pro, M816 pro, M917 pro, M916 pro, M918 pro, M995 pro, etc)

I would generally recommend avoiding attack shark. VXE R1 is probably the best option. You can also look at some Redragon options, M916/M918/M996 have paw 3395s under $30. Or if you have the welcome deal for AliExpress that+11/11 Coupon can get you some nice mice under $30.

I would recommend avoiding most of those brands if you are on a budget. Something like the VXE r1, Redragon M916/M918, Royal Kludge M30 or M3 or any of a number of lesser known brands will give better performance for cheaper. Edit: the HyperX pulsefire Haste 2 doesn't look to bad for the price given the limited time deal on Amazon. What is probably a paw3395 sensor, 53 grams for $39 isn't a terrible price. Wouldn't be my first choice, but it isn't awful

My G502 died with no warning awhile back and not wanting to spend a bunch on a new mouse I bought a Redragon 916 Pro because I have an older Redragon whose model I forgot that I bought in like 2014 that still works perfectly and I keep as a backup. I’ve only had the 916 for about 3 months but it’s been awesome so far and I paid 25ish bucks for it so if I can get at least a year out of it I’ll consider it a good purchase.

if it's in your budget, the redragon m916 pro (also known as g49 or k1ng pro, thanks redragon) is very good for the price, I own one and have no complaints with it

there are plenty of cheap, lightweight gaming mice out there nowadays (god bless chinese factories) if you liked the shape of the g203 you could consider the mchose g3 or g3 ultra, exact same shape but with a better sensor, wireless, and about 60 grams in terms of weight redragon m916 pro is also a very nice mouse, 49g with 4khz polling rate for cheap, I personally own one and have no complaints (not even build quality, despite it being below $60 CAD when I bought mine)
