first, try claw mouse grip (for both faster clicking and fewer space consumed) and for as i have big, not quite as gigantic hands as you I am quite happy with my Roccat (now Turtle Beach) Kone Aimo Remastered

I was never a fan of Turtle Beach. But i have to say: You are wrong. I owned a Kone XTD for many years, had a Kone AIMO Remastered for a short time and also own a Kone II. Price? The [AIMO ](https://geizhals.de/roccat-kone-aimo-remastered-schwarz-roc-11-820-bk-a2211234.html)started at around 70€ in my country and was at discount for 35-40€. The [Kone II](https://geizhals.de/turtle-beach-kone-ii-tbm-1003-05-a3285618.html) also started at 70€. Quickly dropped to 60 and is at discount for 40-45€ now. Design of both mice is pretty close and the shape is the same.

I had a Kone XTD for manny years (and AIMO for a short time). Love the big bulky shape. Used the TB Kone II for a year now. The mouse is really good. Basicly a lighter Kone XTD

I love my mouse and it's not in there! Stay strong, Roccat Kone

Ahh okay, mine is probably somewhat later - I have a Kone Aimo from about 2020. It's still flawless for me! I find them a bit chunkier than razer mouses, so they feel a bit better for my hand

So I read so much praise about the Logitech G502 X I had to buy one. I currently have Roccat Kone AIMO Remastered and the weight and the software (along with the company being gone) have been really pissing me off, so I thougt it was a good time for an upgrade. The G502 X is generally advertised and described as a mouse for larger hands, but when I tried it, I was like WTF? Who designed this? I don't have HUGE hands, just a little above average, but the stupid side buttons must have been placed by AI or generally an entity that never held a mouse in their hands, otherwise I don't understand how this could be possible. Also, the mouse feels really small. So this clearly not working for my use case, what else can I get when I want a good wired gaming mouse with thumb rest and good software that nicely fits above average hands? I don't need too many buttons either, but one extra in the thumb area like the Kone and Logitech has is a very welcome addition.

Here for recommendations, really. My hands are even a bit smaller (measured them for the first time because of your post). I use a Roccat Kone aimo. It could be a bit smaller for it to fit perfectly, but I've been gaming with it for years and never had serious trouble with my hand.

Have you tried the Razer basili....oh...oh my. Uhh.. Well... Sounds like you're a claw grip gamer, whether you want to be or not. Seriously though, RocketJumpNinja has a website and YouTube channel and has a bunch of recommendations. The Roccat/Turtle Beach Kone Aimo is a larger mouse, but it's also heavier. I need a bigger mouse and found the Kone Aimo from RJN a few years ago. The only problem I had with it was that the left click button would wear out too quickly. I played a lot of Siege and loved using the pistols. LOL I switched to a razer viper to try a different grip... The left click has yet to go out, but I find it a little small.

I got the Roccat Kone Aimo, which was the biggest I could find.

I dont really leave a review either, but the trend seems to be the same for mice for me regardless \- Razer: 12-16 months, usually left click double click on my DA-s \- Roccat (RIP) Kona Aimo: scrollwheel, 1 year 3 weeks in - I was fuming about that one \- Steelseries: this one took the longest to die, 2 years 6 months, however it managed to develop a left click issue with the scrollwheel giving out 2 days later, before my new mouse would show up \- Logitech 502 hero and 502X: this is at least not making the mouse unusable, but the soft rubber grip part just starts eroding fully after 9 months. You can kinda-sorta work around that with grip tape My "noname" Bloody a7 was working easily for 4 years, I upgraded to the razer cause I got blinded by the marketing :c Unfortunately in the meantime I got really used to the Logi 502 layout, and not a lot of mice sport that.
