My recent experience - purchased and tried 10+ mouses in October: Rog Ace Aim, Rog Gladius 3, Pulsar x2h, Pulsar x3, Zowie ZA13 DW, Teevolution Terra Pro, Scyrox v8, DAV3 Hyperspeed and DAV4 Pro. The most anticipated one was the Terra, seconded by the Zowie. Ended up only keeping the two DAVs. Don't need two but can't decide which one to give up. In my view they are miles better than the others I tried.
I'm currently using the harpe extreme and im kinda liking it atm over my old gladius 3
I use and love deathadder from 3.5g to V2, specifically the classic form. Due to V3's issues, I was looking for an alternative: Gladuis iii is wired, heavy, and has poor software, the Metapanda P1 is small and lacks grip, and the Delux m900 pro has connection issues and insufficient battery life. Currently, I use the Rapoo vt3 max (Nordic 54 gen 2 version), which I believe is my endgame. I tried on the Superlight dex and the deathadder v3 in the offline store, and I liked the shape, but I don't think it makes sense for me to pay that much money for a mouse.
I have been using rog gladius III from last 2 years
Unfortunately peripheral companies are unaware it's possible to make an ergo with rear hump. So just have another Deathadder or EC clone (for 200th time). Your best (but still far off) bets are: \- Xtrfy M4 Wireless with the big hump, but it still won't feel like Rival because it's almost symmetrical on top and has aggressive thumb curve (kind of outdated specs but still perfectly competitive mouse) \- Xtrfy M64 (even less like Rival but at least it has modern specs) \- Vaxee NP-01 (second hand) - symmetrical top and small \- ROG Gladius III, it's a tall mouse overall, but its a rear hump ergo kind of \- HYPERX Pulsefire Saga - no reviews and Hyperx doesnt have good track record with peripherals [Other than that you can try to pick your poison from this list](https://www.eloshapes.com/mouse/database?shape=hybrid,ergonomic&hump_placement=back+-+minimal,back+-+moderate,back+-+aggressive) And forget about the weight, but if you absolutely need heavier you can open the mouse and tape some weights or do a battery swap to larger capacity if it's wireless
I bought an ROG Gladius III after several decades of Logitech and razer mice. Will never look back. Regardless of the mouse I bought over the years the one problem I always had was the double click from the switches wearing out or arcing. I used to re solder the switches myself for it to only happen again. Gladius III lets you swap the switches without soldering. Just one screw to open the mouse up. Other mfg should adopt this. Spending $100 a year on a mouse is stupid.
I was using razer basilisk v3, Logitech g403 x3, Asus gladious 3/4 all wired. Now using Dav3Pro and no difference at all. Im not into 8khz polling rate or anything. For my needs its absolutely fine and wireless makes it a bit more convenient.
Rog Gladius or Razer Dav 3/4 pro. Logitech G403 is also a good one.
