ROG Spatha is the biggest gaming mouse I have ever used or seen. Highly recommended

Check out the Asus ROG Spatha, I have large hands and use it pretty easily for prolonged periods

I used to really love the moba mouse that razer used to make. It had like six in a circle and it was cool. The Asus spatha kinda comes close but it feels like they could have organized the buttons better. The Corsair ironclaw looks promising, but I’d really wanna get my hands on it first because the layout also looks odd.

If you can find it on sale, the ASUS ROG Spatha has been my best friend. MMO mouse with a diamond like layout. https://preview.redd.it/u8egtta32xbf1.jpeg?width=1179&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=b2678a69bd704b45d54200cb4b907e35f2738adb

+1. It's simply incredible, I love that mouse. Large, heavy, an absolute tank, and it's even wireless with a charging dock included. And the amount of buttons is perfect. Only downside though is that those side buttons feel unfathomable cheap for a 150$ mouse, and that's why I'm switching back and forth between that one and my Roccat Kone, those mechanical side buttons just feel so much better, even though the mouse is just flimsy in comparison.

Serious answer, as I've got pretty big and especially long hands as well: the ROG Spatha. Not only is it an absolute unit of a mouse, I've also yet to touch another mouse feeling this high quality and indestructible as the Spatha, and it's a very decent mouse overall. Good amount of buttons put in places where you won't confuse them, and the software isn't as bad as it used to be any more. You can even run it wireless, works like a charm. Only downside is that it's pretty pricey, but it's definitely worth it.

I currently use the Naga Pro V2 (and before it, the V1). I have nothing but praise, for this mouse (besides a few hickups with QC, for the V1 model). It works perfectly, it's as comfortable as a mouse can be, the side panels get attached and work without any issues, you can store your settings on device (so you can uninstall Synapse, afterwards). So as my no.1 recommendation, this is it. I have tried the Asus ROG Spatha. Not that great of a mouse. Too "l33t gam3r" for me, with its sharp curves and corners. I tried the Aerox 9, from Steelseries. It doesn't properly fit me but it's a lighter alternative to your normal MMO mice. I also dislike the honeycomb design. I did try Corsair's MMO mouse (forgot its name, the wireless version of it) and while it was decent, i couldn't cope with the lack of lateral tilt for the mouse wheel.

* Rog Spatha. Not the cheapest but the best a mouse has ever felt in my hands.
