Scryox V8 is strictly Claw. You can check out the Scyrox V6 which is a much safer shape
R1 was a good mouse for me , but it broke down in a year , so I would say bet you money on build quality rather than cheap mice , just get the skyrox V8 ...
Honestly, modding is not the reason to be here for most people on this subreddit. I used it a few times for advice and that's about it. Went from a G502 to an Xtrfy M42 to an EGG XM1r to a Rapoo VT9 Pro and now, a Scryox V8, which I'm very happy with. I've gone through enough mice and don't want to waste more money tbh. This shape and weight is close enough to what my endgame should feel like, and its specs are still near the top of the market.
You genuinely don't need to spend much to get good specs like Omron switches and a 3950 sensor from a chinese clone. Something like a Skyrox V8 or an Mchose L7 Ultra+ are functionally no different from a $180 Superlight X 2 when it comes to latency, resolution, and performance. All that matters is feel and preference. The only actual difference is the customer support, but how much of that do you genuinely expect to need out of a mouse? I have a Superlight that I "overpaid" for because I found the Lamzu Atlantis to be better in every way when it comes to comfort and size. For aiming practice just get Aimlabs for free and do the Voltaic stuff.
My Skyrox V8 has been going strong pretty much since it came out, but that's not saying much
It entirely depends on your hand size and grip. Not every mouse works for everyone I’m using a Skyrox V8 myself. Falls under that budget
Plenty of other brands besides the main “gaming” ones I’m happy with my skyrox v8. Cheaper and lighter than the competition at the time
I mean it's all subjective since it depends on your hand size and mouse grip. There's no perfect mouse for everyone. You may have to try out some, and see what dimensions and shapes work for you. I'm using a Skyrox V8 after using a Superlight 2, and I'm pleased with this cheaper chinese product seeing as the Superlight 2 was twice the cost. It's also a bit smaller.
It's all preference because not everyone has the same hand size or mouse grip I've been happy with G305, Model O wireless, G Pro Wireless, G Pro Superlight 1, and now I'm on a Skyrox V8. I have a Razer Naga Pro wireless on the side for MMOs, and I still have the G305 on the side because If I ever get back on league, the clicks feel a lot nicer. Used a variety of wired mice too. Out of all these, only the G305 has replaceable batteries. All the others had great battery life at 1k-2k polling, and you can usually put it on the cable for just a couple minutes and have another hour or so of gaming time. Really not a big issue not having swappable batteries.
I’m not into the mouse switches specs like that All I know is the V8, and basically any new “top tier” mouse has optical switches, which I’m not entirely a fan of I like the traditional old mechanical clicks, like the G305. I’m used to the optical switches now, so not really an issue for me either. Just preference
I use Skyrox V8, cheaper Chinese alternative to the 2 gmouses you listed Works great for me and it was a great price. Also has 8k polling but it literally is unusable in some games, it breaks them. So I just leave at 1k. Also drains battery a lot. Feel like it’s just a selling point for mouses. Higher number mean good.
