Corsair RGB gaming mouse. I’m on my second one (I dropped the other one and broke a button) and I love it! It has 3 buttons you press with your thumb and two for you index finger, not including L and R, and two buttons below the scroller. All of these are programmable so you can assign whatever key you want them to be. It’s a great mouse. The only better one I’ve found is the Cataclysm gaming mouse. It was colored like Deathwing - it’s no longer available, unless you want to spend like $300+ on it, from resellers.

I still have the cataclysm mouse connected to my desktop as a backup. Only issue it has is the scroll wheel doesn’t work smoothly any more.

Ugh i miss that cataclysm mouse so much. The double buttons by the scroll wheel was so clutch. Nobody else makes them that way and its so disappointing

Same on the Cata mouse, if they were to resurrect it I'd probably buy like five. I'm using the ROG Spatha X now, which is the best mouse I've used since.

Best mouse I ever used was the wow cata Steelers mouse. It bothers me that nothing close to it exists. I loved the trigger buttons on the right side of the mouse, it’s so hard to find any mouse that has additional buttons on the right side

Another vote for the Cataclysm mouse. My husband and I went thru 4 or 5 between us and they lasted forever. Steelseries second best mouse was the Rival 500 which they stupidly retired as well. It is what I am currently using and I have a new in box one waiting for whenever this one craps out. I wish Steelseries kept the unique MMO layouts as it set them apart from all the other company’s that use the 12 button thumb jungle like the Razer Naga…

I had every single one of these. The steelseries shift was the best keyboard I ever had. I loved that thing. The cataclysm mouse was super comfy, i had 3 of them. Scrollwheel was the first to break every time. The paint on the back also always flaked off after a while. I ditched it because of the scroll wheel issues. Miss it sometimes, it was really comfy.

I had the Cataclysm mouse. The left button stopped working but I repaired it. I was rather proud of myself. It eventually got a short in the wire and stopped working completely. RIP.

Cata mouse was great, byt on the heavy side. I tried to convert my frie'ds who were playing too but they did not like the weight. I transited to G502, not as much buttons but enough to have a good replacement.

I had that cataclysm mouse for the longest time before I ran it into the ground. That mouse was top tier for the time. I couldn’t convince my mom to get me the wrath keyboard though. 😅

I had the headset and the Cataclysm mouse. Good gear quality. They lasted years before I had to replace them.

The cataclysm gaming mouse was my favorite mouse ever. I've been chasing that dragon ever since and nothing comes close.

Aside from the Razer Naga, the cataclysm mouse was my second favorite mouse ever. I loved that thing and it looked great with my Alienware laptop

I had the cataclysm mouse. It was the only one big enough to make me rest my entire hand on without having to claw grip I still miss it, no one makes a mouse of that size anymore.

The first Stewl Series WoW mouse was the best. I still can't find a mouse that good anywhere.

Obviously hand size is different for everyone, but like many others have said, the G600 is pretty damn nice and comfy. I also like the Razer Naga and am currently using the Steelseries WoW mouse and love it. Those 3 are about it for me as far as "MMO" mice are concerned ;D Good luck!

I still use the original Steelseries WoW mouse, im on my 3rd one and have a backup in a drawer that I paid something like $250 for, no other mouse works as well for me, my brain is adapted to having all of my buttons on the mouse. I have tried the ones with all of the buttons on the thumb, but I just don't have small or agile enough thumbs to make it work, I don't know what the hell I will do when it is no longer possible to replace them.

I love my Aerox 9 wow version. All of the problems that were experienced with the normal mouse with holes in it, has been gone ever since I switched to the wow version.
