I have a 1st gen Swiftpoint Z and I think it would be worth a look at, fully customizable inputs with tons of combinations

Swift point Z is gonna get pretty close but honestly. You might need to go DIY

When my G700s died I ended up going with Swiftpoint Z1 (the next version, Z3 is releasing in a month or so). It aint cheap and it is quite different so not what you are asking for.

I'm a big fan of the Swiftpoint Z series - best ergo for a multi-button mouse. It has 10 + the 3 main L,R, Scroll buttons, and it can store multiple profiles on-device, allowing you to switch between them on the fly. So, it's not dependent on an app running for you to take advantage of all of its features. I have a Z2 and love it to death.
