I've used a lot of mice and VXE/VGN the Chinese brand make some of the best feeling mice. The Mad R Major I am currently using was only like £45. It has zero rattles, creaks, or weird creaky-ness to it, has a fantastic coating, most importantly has a godly shape for my grip style. It's very similar to the Ninjutso Sora V2. The Pulsar mouse I had been using before whilst feels great, just didn't have good QC had to replace encoder and clicks. Corsair's mice don't last any amount of time and the software is terrible, I get they have multiple products, but I don't to be reminded you make fans and keyboards whenever I want to change the DPI or something. Razer make some nice mice, but are definitely overpriced by around 3 times, and again software is dreadful and intrusive, it installs as soon as you put in the USB. Quite a lot of these mice also come with web based software so you don't even have to install and dodgy apps.

Out of the few cheap Chinese mice I have used, the Mad R Major + is by far the best. Even with the upgraded battery it's lighter than my R1 and the ajazz (forget the model number) The coating is also excellent, much better than the R1s. Then there is smoothness. Even on 1K polling it just feels better than any of the 3995 sensors, I don't know if it's the better MCU this mouse has or if the 3950 is just that much better of a sensor. And it's not placebo as a few others who have tried all the mice I have, have commented on how the Mad R is smoother.

Still good. I upgraded it to the VXE Mad R Major as it was the same shape, lighter and had the new sensor. Both mice are fantastic and yet to have issues with either. The battery on the Mad R is also insane.

got it around the end of August. I opted for the Mad R Major Plus (one with the 500mah battery) and I have only charged it about 10 times since I got it, the battery life on it is crazy good.

The R1 and the Mad R are different mice. They are both pretty similar shape wise like 99.9% the same feel in the hand ( I have both The mad R has a newer sensor and also has optical switches, depending on which you get iirc for sensor as some have the same as the R1. The coating on them also feels pretty similar but I have noticed the Mad R hasn't had any issues with fading, whilst the coating on my R1 Pro is sort of wearing away.

Don't think so. I got my MAD R Major+ for around USD 50 and I have zero complaints; This is practically end-game for me unless I discover something to nitpick (it's been a couple months and I have found zero worth switching for). The only reason I can see would be brand loyalty and maybe coverage/customer support, but even with these known brands, you can still hit many walls and have terrible experiences trying to get support.

vxe mad r+ (or any other atk mouse with 3395/3950 and optical switches), rawm es21, rapoo vt7 max if you like palming your mouse (among those rapoo has best battery life - 400h at 1k polling while most other get 100-200)

Buy the VXE MAD R+ from meckeys It's 5200 currently. I have been using it for like 14 months, no issues faced until now, you dont even have to install a specific driver cause it has web driver support. 42g lightweight 8000hz wireless and 1k hz wired. I will say its the best in its price range. Of course you can buy the atm x1 pro too that's a great light weight mouse too with 8k hz capability

I use ATK’s VXE Mad Major R Plus (atleast I think it’s ATK’s bc the ATK hub is the software for it) for perspective I was a gpro and final mouse user, this thing is better, faster, lighter in every way possible and it was $89 CAD all in. Couldn’t be any fucking happier

The only difference I can think of is input latency, besides the obvious difference in mouse shape There's no company that has an enough variety of mice shapes, weights, and sensors to be able to accommodate everyone, so there's HUGE price fluctuations just to get the same mouse but a different shaped shell

Scyrox V6 or VXE Mad R + are some of the more popular ones. Mchose L Ultra practically tops most performance charts. If u want something dirt cheap then VXE R1. But I think the DAV 4 Pro from Razer would mostly handle the scroll and switch failures by using opticals. But we'd wait for those reviews. Accessories for mouse mostly depend on ur preferences or what u didn't like about the mouse. If u don't like the surface or movement, mousepads and skates need changing. Grip is slippery? Tapes. Switches don't feel good? Swap them out just search for mods and accessories on YT and on this sub ull find a lot of stuff.

I settled with the Zaopin z2 for work. A little heavier at 60 plus grams and the Vxe r1 and the mad r major for gaming. Lightest mouse I could find in 2024. 3 mice with heavy application of grip tapes on the sides. I find that flatter sides for the thumb and pinky finger helps alleviate the pain. Darmoshark N5 is another I could recommend, I didnt like the heavy clicks.

Recently got the Mad R Major and the Mchose L7 Ultra + (Plus, larger size). No complaints with build quality, and I'm honestly astonished with how light they are as well. They feel and perform great, and the lighter weight was genuinely a game changer. Practically no button wobble as well, which is a lot better than I can say about the Logitech and Razer mice I've had in the past. Unfortunately not really an ergo guy, so I don't have any experience with those to share.

I absolutely love the Mad R Major and the IPI Float 88. However, they're not big mice by any means and might not be comfortable for you if you have large hands. I would suggest the **Incott G23 Pro** or the **MChoose A7**, since they are Logitech Superlight clones and, in my opinion, more suitable for bigger hands.

I'm way too many mice deep now, G305 was my favorite in 2019, mice tech started getting better and better so I started collecting mice and getting 3D printed ones from PMM and shit even but still today the G305 and Prime Mini wireless is still my favorite shapes aim wise. I love the Vaxee XE-S, OP1 4k, and Mad R Major for aiming, but the way the G305 tapers inward on the front + the curved sides lets me lift it more naturally and gives more fine control/freedom playing at low sens. Even 3D printed a G305 modkit to put Viper V2 internals in so I could use it at 2000/4000 hz but my print was scuffed lol. Mchose G3 Ultra is sick but it's slighter bigger and throws me off a lil. Recently though I got that Attack Shark G3 that came out and I love it even though that sensor is a bit slower, it's like a slightly smaller G305. Dream is still to get Vaxee / OP1 wireless latency in a G305 🙏

I have a Mad R Major and can really recommend this mouse It's lightweight and functional, good coating, great shape. I have 18.5x11cm hands and can claw it effortlessly. If you want a more pronounced back hump, go for Scyrox V8. Similar size to the Mad R If you liked the shape of the g203, I can suggest the Mchose G3 Ultra. It's definitely heavier than what I previously recommended but it's a 1 on 1 copy of the g305 shape from Logitech, with similar build quality and same skates placement, sensor position and side buttons. I think the mouse has some QoL issues (the standard cable they provide is too stiff, the dongle is USB-A compatible and Omron clicks could be better implemented), but overall it's a good mouse that's also very cheap and will provide a good experience

I fully agree with that you found from it. I bought the L7, Mad R (X2 clone) and Attackshark R6 (Atlantis Mini Clone) all cause their under 40g. The L7 fits right in the middle. It's not got aggressive curves or but it's not entirely flat. It's a very solid feeling shape and for the price you can get the mouse for even the normal L7 not pro or Ultra is a very very solid price for value.

for fingertip grip the L7 for sure. The Mad R is more a full size (X2 clone) where the L7 is closer to a X2 Mini clone. The coating does for sure feel better on the L7 but weight wise they are very similar. If you want fingeritp grip then the L7 is a fantastic choice and specs wise and speed wise one of the best mice on market (wired competes with the op18k and nearly competes with it wireless as well.)

I have almost all the mice that people are mentioning. imo the op1/xm2 are awful to grip like this, anything with even moderately curved sides gets pretty uncomfortable after long periods of time. I too have forayed into a finger tip grip albeit with smaller hands. If you get a pure fingertip mouse i think youll be disappointed with you handsize might lead to a bit of hand cramping. Id try stuff like the: * ATK MAD R MAJOR * Pulsar X2/X2 mini crazylight * pulsar susanto none of these have truly flat sides though. I did feel that the crazylight with grips was end game for me at one point. Pingu's aim is cracked but my experience with pure fingertip is this: it felt impossible to get the same grip consistently. Putting different amounts of pressure on the sides and downward on the mouse will affect how you aim in pressure situations. If you really want to go finger tip check out this one! hopefully it comes back in stock too [https://www.bymidorigroup.com/products/opt1p](https://www.bymidorigroup.com/products/opt1p) I think it checks a lot of your boxes and being wider may help with your sized hands hope this helps and happy aiming!

Hi all, gaming and PC Peripherals have been a lifetime hobby for me. Played CAL and CEVO for Call of Duty uo-COD4. I like to think I'm a pretty decent hitscan but have fallen out of love with FPS for the most part (all the people I grew up playing with have quit or rarely play) all that is left is a competitive spirit and for some reason the need to aim well. Mainly play Kovaaks and Valorant now. All my personal bests are with the wired Vaxee np-01s and the Vaxee XE wireless. Just wanted to share some perspective, open up space to answer any question that arise in the process. I am typically and relaxed claw gripper/fingertip with hands on the smaller side. Razer/Logitech are overpriced and not worth it imo. While they maybe seen as the "leaders" in this space I think they have fallen behind on innovation/shapes. I think that these OEM Chinese are the move right now especially at 1/3 the price. I was shocked at how solid the ATK Mad R Major was when I got it. You could look at the warranty from logitech/razer as a positive but to me for 150 i can by 2 to 3 mice from smaller chinese brands or think of that as the warranty in itself. I think if you are looking to be on the cutting edge of click latency the only move is the End Game Gear products wired 8k products.

Unfortunately there is no definitive answer here for me. I think it depends on implementation. I think vaxee implementation the the blue shell pink dots usually feel great in my e1 and Sora they feel perfect to me. Ive had good and bad implementation of the omron opticals. in my sycrox v6 they feel terrible but in my atk mad r major and the majority of lamzu mice they feel solid but not always perfect. If your sensitive to high pitched noises they can tend to have a pinging sound on actuation. But for $30 imo any faults can be forgiven.

imo the regular sku gets over shadowed by the se and pro via price or performance, and the pro max is just. +6g on battery throwing off weight balance and adding a tad extra weight for hours of battery life you won't notice unless you have it on always on max polling. but if you really want 500mah because of battery life then you're also not the type of person to want 4k so in that case the se+ is better. also i pretty sure you can get the mad r for the price of the pro max which would be an even better mouse with a very similar shape

So many budget bangers there. If people know what's up, all these brands will significantly discount their mice. I recommend zaopin z2, vxe r1 mad r, atk x1/f1. These mice uses 3395 sensor, 4k polling rate capable, high dpi, wireless and uses good switches. All for below 50 USD. They're more than 3x cheaper than what razer, Logitech puts out.
