True but there is the mini version and even the meow lol
I was on the fence about buying the Beast Miao after using the HSK Pro 4k, HTR Pro, and X2F beta. As someone who has always fingertip gripped, I was previously using the Pulsar X2 Mini and other "small but normal" mice and made it work. But when I moved to the HSK full time, things started working so much better for me. The Beast Miao is my favorite fingertip grip mouse because of its width, contoured sides, crazy strong construction, and weight. It'll be hard for something to replace this one, I tried the Fenrir Max and found it too wide for my liking.
Bumping this response because this was definitely the answer for me. Not quite as large of hands as OP, but close, and I tried several large mice recommended in this thread and while they were mostly OK, the best and most comfortable option for me has been to adapt my grip to a fingertip style and use a small, lightweight mouse. Just got the BeastX Miao and love it so much it replaced my Beast X Mini.
Where are all these cheap fingertip mice on the market? Keychron M4 is $40 for 1k polling, $55 for 4K and $65 for 8k. G Wolves HSK Plus Light is $60 to 70 USD, with a last gen sensor and 1K polling. (still fine IMO, but not apples to apples) That's ALL of the commercially available; wireless, ***fingertip specific***, gaming mice with decent sensors under $100 USD\* that I am aware of. Two shape options under $100, just two while being generous with the 'cheap categorization. Under $50 there is only one and it's an overspec travel mouse from a keyboard brand. Between $100 & 200 USD the market has more options; Pulsar X2F, Gwolves HSK Pro and Fenrir models, WlMouse Miao and I think the ZeroMouse Blade comes in under $200 as well. These are priced in the premium range for gaming mice overall. That said, availability is far from good even in the more populated premium tier or used on Ebay. Many of the mentioned models are often out of stock. Total, excluding OptimumTech and very small bespoke makers, that is a grand total of what, 7 or 8 total shapes? Larger than it was, but still a VERY small market unless you include mice than are friendly to fingertip, but relatively full sized. *\*Yeah, that was a mouthful, but just trying to make a distinction between all the tiny mice that are super common, but not at all intended or spec'ed for competitive gaming, like the Logitech M317/pebble/ect.*
Budget Darmshark m5 / keychron m4 / hsk plus mini (budget gwolves option Premium X2F, largest ‘ftip’ mouse, and can be a solid entryway into ftip if you don’t mind the weight Wlmouse Miao and Hsk pro 4k, probably the best safe ftip mice due to shape and size being perfect for beginners and pros Fenris asym, this one is hard to recommend for first time ftip due to its odder shape but if you love it you realllly love it (I love mine)
G-wolves Fenrir, WLMouse Miao, Darmoshark M5 Air, Keychron M4 for pure fingertip grip. Small mice, I would look at the WLMouse Beast X Mini, Zowie FK2-DW, Vaxee XE-S, Waizowl Cloud XS, Hitscan Hyperlight/ATK F1 Extreme, or Scyrox V6.
I literally came to the same conclusion after trying the Wlmouse Miao, love the size of it but it has that same hourglass shape which caused discomfort and i found my grip naturally shifted to the rear of the mouse where it flared out again. The Fenrir asym looks like it would solve that issue, but yet to bite the bullet on ordering one.
Same size hands I prefer small mice and either pincer claw or flatten out my hand for stability… really been enjoying the beast X Miao on glass recently
WLMouse Beast X mechanical IMO. Nothing comes close IMO but I don't have everything. I do have a lot though.
Yeah it's essentially a xm2 magnesium clone. I came from a gpx and I love it.
