Glad that you like it! I use the same mouse but in a different color, I think it's the 'Retro' style. For me it's one of the best mice I ever had. One thing: it will start double clicking sooner or later with the lowest debounce setting. Also the switches were way too noisy for me. You can find replacement pcbs with switches of your choice for really cheap on eBay.

I have the m8 too, is too small for my hand 19.5 cm unconfortable but the mouse clicks, sensor and perfomance ia great. Just one thing, have a small doble click but you can deal with it if you increment the debounce time to 8 ms or more. After a year using it i ordered a new mouse.

Was my main, but started to have double click on both click, less than 3-4 months, btw when I change to an ATK mouse i get better perfomance instantly, maybe because my hand is too big for m8 or maybe atk is better. Xtryfy m8 have to much latency, ATK X1 is way better on latency, and you can notice the diference.

Options limited at that budget. I really like the Xtrfy M8. Currently $30 on amazon.

New to pc gaming here are my mice in order of most to least used. The attack shark x6 is my daily, for the 30 dollars it’s very good imo. Switches are on point and the shape is by far the best for me I mostly play cs2, next is the Logitech g pro x superlight, doesn’t rly need a review since everyone has this one lol it feels okay the scroll wheel is sloppy compared to others and the side clicks are not great. Lastly my xtrfy m8, switches feel amazing as does the scroll by far the best tactile feel out of the bunch, the shape is just really weird to me so I would only use it on non competitive games.

No you were right, this is my first pc I built it two months ago, I got the xtrfy for my first mouse because it matches my keyboard, didn’t really like the shape, saw the gpx on eBay for cheap and thought why not, didn’t really like it too much so I decided to get the x6 and it’s the best shape for me.

r/MouseReviewWhats the best FPS mouse in your opinion and why ?

Well I can't talk about a best mouse, but I've preferences. For tactics fps (cs) I tend to prefer ergo mouses or big mouses to play and I use palm/relaxed claw at this moment I switch between ajazz 179v2 and incott g23, for arena shooters with more verticality I prefer small mouses like aigo gm80 and xtrfy m8 and I use claw/fingertip.

The shape of the mouse is good but the surface of the mouse is extremely slippery to me, borderline unusable. I applied grip tape to contact points of my fingers and I still feel like it would be more ideal to apply grip tape all over the mouse surface, for how bad it is. Fortunately, they did solve this issue with the M68, having a more traditional, UV treated surface. I genuinely don't know how they thought releasing the M8 with this surface would have been a good idea at all.

I have the same mouse completely stock and am pairing it with the Matrova Violet Mist and this is the best apex legends aiming experience I’ve had in a while. I’ve tried like 20 different mice and pad combos in the last 3 years.

I picked up the Xtrfy M8 yesterday for 290 SEK (~31 USD). At that price it almost felt wrong not to try it. The only color left was frosty mint, which honestly isn’t my first choice, but in person it actually looks better than I expected — kind of a weirdly clean pastel vibe. For context, my main mouse has been the Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro for a long time, so that’s what I’m comparing it against. First impressions: The M8 immediately felt different in a good way. The shape is flatter and shorter than the DA V3 Pro, and surprisingly comfortable for me. The overall feel in the hand is actually nicer — more “fun” I guess — even though the DA V3 Pro is obviously the more high-end product. Build quality on the M8 is solid, no creaking, and it doesn’t feel like a 31-dollar mouse at all. Weight & shape: The M8 is lighter (around 55g) compared to the DA V3 Pro (about 63–64g), but the bigger difference is the shape. The DA is long, ergonomic, and fills the hand. The M8 feels more compact and agile, and that ended up being a positive surprise. If you like flatter, more neutral shapes, the M8 is honestly great. Sensor & performance: This is where the DA V3 Pro wins easily. Razer’s Focus Pro 30K sensor and the wireless performance are still top-tier. The M8 uses Pixart 3395 sensor, which is still really good — accurate, responsive, no issues — but it’s not at the same level when you look at specs (on paper). Switches & scroll wheel: The switches on both mice are good, but the M8’s scroll wheel surprised me the most. I actually prefer it over the DA V3 Pro. It feels more defined and satisfying to use. Clicks feel crisp but maybe a bit louder, depending on how picky you are. Looks: I hate to admit it, but the M8 looks better on my desk. Even in frosty mint. The design is just more interesting and unique compared to the very plain DA V3 Pro. Overall: Objectively, the Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro is the better mouse. Better sensor, better wireless, better in almost every technical category. But subjectively, I’ve been enjoying the Xtrfy M8 more. The shape, the look, and especially the scroll wheel just hit the right spot for me. For 290 SEK, it’s honestly a steal. If you’re curious and can find it for anywhere near this price, it’s 100% worth trying — even if you own a higher-end mouse already. Note: This is not a professional review, this is mostly my first impression of the mouse. TL;DR: Got the Xtrfy M8 for 290 SEK. Even though the DA V3 Pro is objectively the superior mouse (sensor, battery, wireless, specs), I actually prefer the M8 because of its shape, looks, and way better scroll wheel. Frosty mint isn’t my favorite color but it grew on me. For the price, the M8 is insanely good.

I've seen a lot of complaints about the mouse coating. I guess for me it's not an issue because I have rough skin on my hands, so it's not really slippery.

But honestly for 30$, I can't complain, it didn't cause me to miss my shots in CS2 for example.

Yeah I love it. The switches are louder than DA v3 pro's switches, but it's not that bad, besides it doesn't bother me at all, I actually like the sound.
