Might be a shout to have a look at vertical mice. My fiancé also has big ass hands, so most mice don't fully fill his hand either as most people here, but it's a lot more comfortable. It'll take a bit to get used to, but it relieves the strain on your wrist [Zelotes C18](https://amzn.eu/d/aovfqEl) is the larger variant of vertical mice and not that expensive relatively. [Logitech MX Vertical](https://amzn.eu/d/chVGhDi) is what I'm using but it's quite large for me

[I liked the Hansker Performance better](https://www.reddit.com/r/MouseReview/comments/1jgps81/comment/mnot8po/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web3x&utm_name=web3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button). Hansker is quite big, although its smooth shape should accommodate different hand sizes. Wrist might float. If you don't mind (stiff) wire: I find GXT 144 Rexx pretty comfortable. LOD is high and not adjustable. There's also Zelotes C18, it is very vertical (maybe too much so). I used fingertip grip with it, quite heavy though. IIRC LOD is also high and not adjustable.

I'm using a zelotes c-18 and a 3 button pedal. It's no MMO mouse, but at least for now it gets the job done. There are two side buttons and an analog stick with 4 directions plus a downward press. It's sensor is also great for FPS. I think this is the best vertical mouse you can get right now for gaming. Unfortunately vertical MMO mice aren't a thing.

[https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0F21HMMV2/ref=sspa\_mw\_detail\_5?ie=UTF8&psc=1&sp\_csd=d2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9waG9uZV9kZXRhaWw](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0F21HMMV2/ref=sspa_mw_detail_5?ie=UTF8&psc=1&sp_csd=d2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9waG9uZV9kZXRhaWw) While it takes a little getting used to due to it being a vertical style mouse rather than a horizontal style one, this is the mouse I use, and it has worked well for me, and I have BIG hands. (American 3XL size gloves are what I use, if that gives you any indication of my hand size.) https://preview.redd.it/hq8d2ugp14cf1.jpeg?width=2252&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=6cde5322654ab2bcca2b1c8579d50917cf5de401
